INSIDE A $3,000,000 ONE OF A KIND, WATERFRONT HOME IN NORTH MIAMI BEACH / FLORIDA TOURS / EP: 27

All right, well, welcome back to the channel. Today we are in North Miami Beach. Sometimes I show the biggest houses. Sometimes I show the most expensive houses today. The reason I really wanted to show you this house is because it has an architectural design that I haven't seen before, that I really, the minute I saw the pictures, I was like, I need to get in there. I need to see it no matter what. And fate just happened to have it. And now we're here. So I'm really super excited to show you this property. There's so many things to talk about. And at night, it looks even nicer. Since I won't be here at night, I'm actually going to put pictures of what it looks like at night, just so you get the full grasp of why I love this place. So as you walk up, one of the first features that just blows you away is just the rock design on this wall, the black texture, and then it leads on to like a wood panel texture. Beautiful, beautiful terrain out here. It's just, it's, you're starting to feel like you're really going to somewhere special that you haven't seen before. I, I just love the whole design of this place. I love how everything kind of just like, it feels very sleek and modern. It's very nice. Let's head on in. Right away, you can, you just notice the, the personality in this house, right? Nice open living room. So you see a lot of things that you don't really see in a lot of Miami homes. For instance, these wooden floor to ceiling support beams, it looks like have like a mirror. So it makes the room emphasize a little bit. Here we have the kitchen. If you could even call it that, you know, forget kitchen. Here you have, no, it's a kitchen. It's just like one of the nicest kitchens. I wish there was a better way to describe it for you. I'm going to try doing as many scenes as I can so you really can appreciate it. But you know, for someone like me, like I feel like someone like a younger kind of crowd would have really appreciate this. It's just, it's not like so modern that it's boring, but it has so much characteristic for being so simple. Wow, that sounded really good. I mean, right here, you just notice the countertop. It goes from that nice wood finish to the detailed, you know, marble over there. And then you have these black, sleek paneled cabinets. You have Jen Eyre appliances, the best of the best. Everything's coming out perfect. Beautiful cook stove top. And then the lighting around here is just, it emphasizes that whole vibe I was telling you about. You know, normally when you see a wine room or a wine cellar, it's hidden under a stairwell or they waste a lot of space with it. This one is just off the kitchen, right by the dining room. It has, it's pretty much perfect access. And a cool detail that they have is actually, when you go into the wine room, there is a glass floor and you're like hovering over these stones. The whole thing, it just screams like elegance in class. It's screaming, cover your ears. So I'm going to get back into this kitchen really quick. If someone told me, yeah, I'll have like an all black kitchen or all sleek, like matte kitchen, you'd be like, oh, that's kind of weird. Because we're so used to like the plain color schemes. This is something like out of the ordinary, but it feels very realistic and homely. You can see your outside pool area, the living room. Everyone's inclusive. A nice fridge right over here. It continues that all black flow that everything has. The best part about this dining area, overlooking the inlet and that beautiful pool, that deep dark blue pool. The mirror against that wall, emphasizing the room. Even little things like the underlying light by the steps, so you don't trip, you can see it when it's dark outside. They really have thought of everything. So if you follow me this way, we're going to head down to the guest bedrooms. So as I make my way down this bedroom hallway, we're going to pass the first guest bedroom. So this bedroom's actually been converted into like a movie room. It's a nice quiet space. You can hear immediately like the sound is completely cut off. So it's perfect for watching a movie. Me, I'm a fan of getting the movies at home and watching them in my own comfort of my home, rather than like a busy movie theater. Who needs all that when you got it at home yourself? Big, beautiful TV on the wall, perfect lighting, tons of space. It's just a great room. And from this room, we're going to just shimmy left and take a look at the second guest bedroom. So these rooms are still also, I should mention they're still being worked on, but I still want to show it to you since they're there here. So this is the second guest bedroom. You know, it's outlaid, it's like almost like an office kind of study. And then from this room, we're going to take a look at the first guest bathroom. The texture of the tile on the floor, it feels like you're in that like Miami museum, very hype. Even the door, how it's like this thick black glass door. This is the kind of mirror when you come in, you've had a few drinks, you're just like, wow, look at you, look at you. You know the vibes, you know exactly what I'm talking about, that feeling. But from here, we're going to take a look at the master's side of the house. So as we come back around to the main living room where I came in, just love these windows going across. And at night you'll see from these pictures that it all lights up in the front. So as you're walking up, it's so lit up and beautiful. The driveway has a gorgeous light going across. This place is actually, would be a great place to show at night if you have a potential buyer that is looking to be impressed. Bring them here around four or five o'clock in the afternoon. You're selling the house immediately. You might as well just only make one appointment because you're not going to need to make two. But from here, it's going to lead us into the third guest bedroom as the kid's room. It's honestly always funny to me when I go to a kid's bedroom that's way better than my bedroom at home. But I mean, all the space you would need. This is a huge guest bedroom, another window for light. And then this whole wall over here is basically one big window. So tons of natural light in here. It's really all, you can't complain. The ceilings are at least 12 to 13 feet high. Huge, tall ceilings. This bathroom as well has that same, it's just so, it's exactly what I'm looking for. On our left, this is the official guest bathroom. So if you had someone, you were entertaining and you wanted people to use the bathroom, this is the one they would use. The awesome thing about this bathroom, the guest bathroom is actually not even a half bathroom. It's a full, it's another full bathroom. And it's a whole new version of that awesome design. The ceiling, the roof is a black texture. That same kind of like, this is what the kitchen's countertops kind of looked like. I don't, I think that's the first time I've ever seen a black toilet. I love it. And then right here, a flawless walk-in shower. Perfect. You got the foliage around that window. Complete privacy. No one can see you. As we come out of the guest bathroom, we're going to take a look now with the master suite. This master suite has every single thing. It's not missing a single thing. Comment something down below that this place is missing so I can tell you that you're lying because it's not missing a single thing. And listen, I mean, should I call it a closet? Do I dare call it a closet? One of my favorite features is that the closet has glass windows that are dark on one side so you can see out. So you're not in like a box, but you have outdoor lighting letting it in. So you feel like it's even more open than before. Tons of closet space going all the way around. Shoe space, storage space for drawers. I just want to dance in here. I don't know. There's so much room. And as we leave that closet, it takes us into the main bedroom. Take a second. Enjoy this. The master bathroom is seriously, seriously worth talking about. It is, so you come right in. Look at this. Gorgeous. One of the, I mean, how many times have you seen the soak-in tub in the walk-in shower? A huge, beautiful window, dark on one side, but you can see out, no one can see in, complete privacy while you're taking that beautiful shower. Two pizza tray-sized rain heads. They have the hidden bathroom toilet area. The cool thing about this, unlike most conventional homes, this bathroom has a urinal. But don't worry, don't fret. There's also a regular toilet in here. Now from here, as we leave this, we're actually going to take a look outside and if you thought that this was impressive, outside is equally as impressive. So as we come on out, right away, so you can see from behind me, you can see inside the house. Total and complete privacy. Let's just get started. So first of all, you have this extremely long, gorgeous pool. And again, like I mentioned when I was inside, it has that deep, rich color. Gorgeous pool area. I can just even imagine sitting here having a drink, enjoying a day just like today in Miami. Really, honestly special. The great thing about this location too is we're so close to the city that if you work in the city, you have very easy access to get there. There's really no complaints living over here. You also have a dock. It's a perfect place to have your boat housed. And just look at all these lounging spaces out here to come relax, a great place to entertain, throw a party, really open. The profile of the house also from this angle is just so beautiful, so unique. You have these areca palms keeping privacy on both sides. You really don't feel like you're next to anybody at this point. Great thing they have out here is a half bathroom. And honestly, speakers going around, lights at night. I'll show some more pictures of how it looks out here at night because it is spectacular. So you hear realtors say it all the time. Oh yeah, there's a summer kitchen. There's an outdoor kitchen. Listen, I'm guilty. I've said the same thing. No longer can I ever refer to this as an outdoor kitchen unless it looks exactly like this because there's a difference between having a grill and a countertop and having this, which is an outdoor kitchen. So Jason, why are you being so dramatic? What do you mean by outdoor kitchen? Well, YouTube, I'll tell you. I hope I get this right because it had a lot of features that I hadn't seen before. So over here, we actually have a pizza oven. You have a grill works machine that lowers and raises the tray. I gotta be honest with you, I've never seen something like this before, but the amount of food that you can cook over here is probably insane. And then over here, we have a wok machine, which I gotta be honest with you, I didn't even know that was a real thing. I mean, this is just like, this is like a chef's paradise. And there's great outdoor area for the master suite. Just a great place to lounge, hang out. Some nice stepping stones that go across so you can come sit out here. Or maybe you're coming out in the morning, going outside. So that's the house. This is a house that I could see myself living in. I'm sure that you can see yourself living in it too.
