We're in Coconut Grove, and we're going to be looking at penthouse number one, but the North building. There's two buildings. This is the North one. It's going to be a five-bedroom, five-bathroom, one-half-bathroom, almost 5,000 square feet. And yeah, that's right. There's a rooftop pool area, private to you, on top of having wraparound balconies. The list goes on. Most people live in like a 1,200, 1,500-square-foot house. There's 1,200 square feet of terrace space, 900 square feet of rooftop space. That's a grand total of about 7,000 square feet for this whole unit. I know, me too. My name is Jason Batouk, and I'm going to be taking you through some, this time I'm actually taking you through some of the nicest homes on the market, because this is actually probably one of the nicest homes on the market, in my opinion. So right behind the camera guy, this room is actually one of the bedrooms, been converted into a pantry, full bathroom, enough space for the actual bedroom. But you know what? There's enough bedrooms besides this one that this is actually the perfect pantry, especially if you have a large family, you need extra space. If you like to cook, if you're a chef, this is the storage you need. So coming on in, immediately one thing that I was told about this unit, which I couldn't believe, is that this is actually wallpaper. This isn't the actual texture of the wall, this is just a wallpaper, because you can see there are some designs, there's a smiley face right there. It's the little things, custom designed door frames, all handmade. Not one machine has touched this, only these babies, the only machine that should be used. You don't have that reflective, shiny, porcelain tile. No, no, no, no, let me stop you right there. You got opaque, smooth, as if you're walking on a dream, on a dream. As you come down, look what your guests are going to see, look what you're going to see. You're going to see the kind of view that validates the money you've been making, the hard work you've put in. Let's just, we almost missed it. There's a half bathroom, and I know what you might be thinking. Oh, what's a half bathroom, Jason? Why even take us in? Because there's some details in here that you don't normally see. I'll start with this one. So when I first saw this, I said, okay, cool, just some more texture. No, no, no, no, no. Each one place is a single nail, and it creates this beautiful wall that only people with that extra level of design can really come up with on their own. Just the little details, textured wall, opens up into this. You come right in, you got your quiet little family room overlooking every single view that matters. The city, I can see the ocean, Key Biscayne. You're not directly in front of another building, so you don't, no one's looking into your apartment. I know that's a lot of the comments I've been getting. People are like, oh, but who's looking in your apartment? The birds that pass by? Congratulations. The furniture can be included for an extra price, of course, but if you end up removing this furniture, and you want to do your own furniture in here, just please make sure you do it like this. Little hints of color, little lightings. Like, look at this lighting. This, you don't walk into your friend's apartment and see that. You walk into an apartment that's been talked about by many, you got access to it, and you're like, oh yeah, those are the things I expect to see. Let's take a look. This mirror, and this is another little detail. When I look into it, imagine walking to your bedroom every day, and you see a spiral staircase leading to the roof and the ocean behind you. The great thing about this is the current owners actually expanded this room. This room was a lot smaller, they made it bigger, so this is probably one of the few units that have a master bedroom this size, and look at it. Look at it, people. Are you, are you glued to your screen right now? Because I know I would be. Private balcony. I can't even find this kind of views on Google Images. These are the only kind of views you're gonna find on Jason Batuuk's YouTube channel. How impressive can the bathroom and closet be? I'll tell you how impressive it could be. Extremely impressive. Make a slight right. Guess what you're greeted with? A smack in the face of amazing views. Look how everything is laid out. Look at the organization. If you move into this place and you don't treat it with this kind of respect, then I don't respect you. Because this is the kind of place that you treat, you come home and you're like, this is my home and I love it. Because I don't even live here and I'm in love with it. Hidden away, not to disturb anybody. You got the bathroom, you got the toilet, you got the bidet. There, there's a closet, and then there's what I'm about to show you. Tell me what you would call this, because I can't say it's a closet. Walk-in? No. I have a walk-in in my house. This is not what I have. Look at the little drawers. A nice little space to hang anything you'd like. Rocks for the shoes. Perfect slots for all of your clothes. And then, oh, you think this little corner? No, no, no. Let's go. Look at this. This, if your closet doesn't look like this and you have the audacity to call it a walk-in closet, just stop. Just stop right there, because I'm on step number 20 and I've not reached the end of this closet. Are you serious? Listen, in some of my other videos, I always talk about how much I love kitchens. Yeah, that's all out the door. I have, I have a new love in my life, and it's the kitchen of this place. I haven't, I haven't yet, I've never seen a kitchen that is this nice. Also, you'll see, before we get there, this is where the access to the rooftop is. If someone said, yeah, there's a stairwell in my living room, you would think it's so ugly. Not. The way they designed this, it's a piece of art. Almost like one of the pillars, but it's your access to the stairwell, and then right behind it sits a nice, like, open dining room kind of concept with the greatest views in the history of the world. Just get ready for this. You know, I could have put an ad here, and it would have been worth the wait, but I'm not going to do that, because I care about you guys. Let's take a look. Yeah, got the five-burner gas stove, Miele appliances, the best of the best. Look at the way that they have their pots and pans organized, like something out of a professional chef's kitchen. This, this is like, I went, I got taken backstage at a five-star restaurant, and they're just showing me how everything works. I'm just, like, in awe. Miele appliances for the ovens, for the warming, for the microwave, for the coffee machine, the best of the best. Another pantry over here. Your fridge and your freezer. I love the fixtures in this house. They're so beautiful. Look at this light. This is not the, they don't just have the little, little, little sparkling, little sparkling things. No, no, no. They actually have a proper, you can tell a designer sat down to work in a sweatshop, and he was drawing it out, and said, this is what I wanted to create. He made it. Just another little comfy eating place to enjoy the views. Then off the dining room, it just melts into a beautiful family entertaining room. This is the kind of place you get the fight, the game, your favorite show on, and you watch, and you just, it's just non-stop thrill. You talk about this night for days and days, unless it's yours, then you live it, you live the dream. So now we're going to start getting to the bedrooms. So the first one over here, this one is laid out as an office, and this is actually something that I, I was never aware of. I was kind of confused. Maybe you'll be confused too. Look at this. So when you look at this, you kind of think, how do you, how do you get this? Well, guess what? It's a Juliet balcony, which means you can open it, enjoy the view, but you can't cross. I just think that is amazing, an amazing feature to have in any house, and most of the windows around here have it, which is really, really cool. And you can just imagine, you just want a little hint of fresh air, a little fresh air while you're working. Subway, have it your way. All right, so we just left one of the first office bedrooms, and now we're going to take a look at the second one. Let's go. Coming in, look at this room. So the thing I, when I, when I was in this room and I was trying to, you know, talk about what I really liked about it, it was hard because all I could focus on were those views. And I know it's not like the water or anything, but I just like how you can see little houses hidden beneath the trees and just notice the texture on the walls again. Not, not just like a white paint, gray paint design, little things like this. Another full bathroom with the uniform design. And then this takes us into a room that was changed by the original owners. So in this room, there was actually, when you come in, it was a bedroom and a bathroom. They removed the bathroom, made it a great open room. This could be an extra master suite because on your left over here, this could be another breathtaking walk-in closet if you think about it. Because look how many steps, 10, 11, 12, 13 steps in a walk-in. This is an actual walk-in closet. Another reason why this could be another master suite. Look, full bathroom. Again, you don't have boring tiles on the floor. They changed it up. You still have the uniform backsplash, the uniform sinks, uniform everything. Good morning. Hi. You got friends? I don't have those kind of friends. In the master suite, let's say that, you know, you have like a, an in-law or maybe you guys just need separate rooms to do your thing. You can also have your own personal office in the room. I just think that's perfect. This can actually be a more usable master bedroom. You can make this a second closet if you want to have two closets in a bathroom. You wouldn't like me when I'm out. Key Biscayne, a nice little island, boat dock. You can see where your beautiful ship is parked. And look, I'm up here and everything is dead quiet. There's not a lot of wind. You can barely hear the traffic downstairs. This place, it just, it's checking all the boxes. If I was a potential buyer looking in this price range, how are you coming here and saying you don't want to buy it? You're not really serious then. That's all. And so on the way to that dining room, I'm sorry, is that dining room sitting on the ocean? I know what you might be thinking, you know, oh look, you're right across. You're right across from other people. Oh, I don't want to, if you're worried about who else is across from a probably multi-million dollar apartment, they, you know what they're looking at? They're looking at these views. Down where we were walking, all the bedrooms, you thought the view, oh my god, you thought, you thought the balcony stopped. No, no, no, wrong, wrong. It goes all the way down. It goes all the way. Imagine taking someone on a tour of your house and this is what you're showing them. This, this would be like, honestly, even if I owned it, I would never get used to it. I'd be like, yeah, this is my balcony. Yeah, right. No way. Way. It could be yours. You just gotta pay that price. You don't even have to leave your apartment. You want fresh air? Go jogging out here. This, this is bigger than my circle in my community. And it comes all the way out.
