Welcome
to TMZ Live.
There has been what I consider, and I use this word figuratively
and literally, a monumental act of defiance in Washington,
D.C. just days after the election.
There is a congressman.
Who is willing, and in some cases it sounds like he actually wants
to be arrested to protest one of Donald Trump's pet projects.
Is this the start of a new...
Revolution of sorts in D.C.,
where people are going to be more vocal about opposing the president.
Now, Don Beyer is a Democrat, so...
A Democrat representing parts of Virginia,
which includes Arlington National Cemetery.
Where the, and the Trump, the, well, it is the triumphal arch.
Some people call it the Arch of Trump, is going to go up,
or at least they're going to try to break ground,
I believe, next week, if...
A judge does not stop the project,
and that may happen, but Don Beyer says that he and
others will be joining him in this protest where he
is going to be camping out in that
area and says, look, if they have to arrest me, they have to arrest me.
And he has...
It's personal to him.
He has reasons,
and it has to do in part with Arlington National Cemetery.
With 80% of the vote,
why is this the hill you want to die on sort of thing?
There are 400,000 veterans buried in that cemetery,
including my parents, my grandparents,
even my sister, who was born in a U.S. Army hospital with a disability.
And so because the arch looks at the cemetery,
you're saying it's a disservice to those?
It is. It puts the cemetery in shade 240 days of the year.
One of the interesting things about the cemetery
is every little gravestone is exactly the same.
Even if you were a general or a private,
everyone's treated with the same dignity in death.
And then you have the arch, which is the opposite of dignity.
And not only that, it's memorial to a man who was a draft dodger.
Who did everything he could to avoid serving.
They're probably going to prove it because all the members
of the commission were appointed by Donald Trump.
They are his friends.
So what are you going to do then?
Are you going to do like a sit-in on the grass where
the arch is supposed to go?
You are not building it?
Yes.
Oh, you are?
Oh, it's exactly where we're going.
I have my tent and my sleeping bag ready already.
Stop it.
No!
And I won't be alone.
There'll be many people with me.
Are you going to get arrested?
Well, I hope so.
But I don't want to be arrested, but I'm willing to be arrested.
I gotta tell you, I hate saying this to you,
but you are too young to remember this.
I hate that.
First of all, first of all, that's not true.
Okay.
I do, you want to talk about Jane Fonda?
I want to talk about Jane Fonda and the Vietnam War.
Jane Fonda's more recently than the Vietnam War
been arrested protesting things in DC.
I know, but I'm thinking the Vietnam War.
That she was famously arrested for protesting in various forms.
And it reminds me of that, that this is a real act of defiance.
I'm going to stop the arch,
but I've got to tell you that there is an emboldenedness
in the last couple of days because of the election,
and I think he probably would have
done this anyway.
I think regardless of the election,
this was something that Don Beyer was going to do.
But I think it is almost,
it's a permission slip almost for some people that he's willing
to do a sit-in and get arrested, and I think that's really...
So, we should be clear,
the arch is not going to be on the grounds of the cemetery, but
it is at the entrance, if you've been to the Capitol,
over the Arlington Memorial Bridge.
From the National Mall, right when you cross the bridge,
that's where the arch will be.
So between the bridge and the cemetery is where the arch will be.
And today, there is a hearing with the National Planning Commission
where they're going to see if they finally approve it.
As he said, they're going to approve it.
They're going to approve it because they're all Trump appointees.
The court could step in.
And we don't know how that is going to go.
But if the court says yes, you can build this arch.
This is going to be really interesting.
Our chat completely agrees with the congressman saying
that this is completely absurd and shouldn't happen.
But they're also saying that congresspeople always make
these big claims saying that they're going to help stop things.
But what is he actually going to do to get it done?
Yeah, I mean, look, how effective is a sit-in?
You know, sit-ins in and of themselves don't make a difference.
But civil disobedience has changed the world.
It changed civil rights.
It changed the Vietnam War.
Civil disobedience can change hearts and minds.
And that's why this is so interesting.
I just want to make another point.
And I didn't even talk to you about this today.
But I got to say.
When I watched Donald Trump yesterday, when he...
At the ballroom.
At the ballroom.
It seems like an odd place to make
your first public comments after the election,
after the people spoke
and clearly said that that's not on their agenda, man.
And that's what I want to talk to you about.
That what I was thinking last night...
is it's sort of like when your grandpa just had a really bad day
and you take him out to the garden
and let him do something that he really likes.
And it felt that way watching him rhapsodizing about the ballroom
and not talking about the election.
It was grandpa being taken out to the garden.
Here's the thing that makes me feel good.
I'm going to go do that.
Exactly.
Our chat's also saying that despite the timing happening right now,
won't this all just get reversed as soon as he's out of office?
Not necessarily.
Are they going to knock down the arch?
I think that's what they're saying.
I don't think you can make leap to, I mean,
you could say the same thing about the ballroom.
They're not going to knock the ballroom down.
It depends on how much progress there is.
And by the way, I don't think that that's an accident either,
that he wants to get this thing going.
He wants to actually start construction on this.
He said that.
And also, regardless of Congress, he's only got two years.
And he wants it done before he's gone.
He said he wants it ASAP.
In fairness, we should say that the actual reason
for the arch that is published
is to mark the 250th anniversary of America's independence,
not for Donald Trump.
With a big old gold thing at the top.
His face isn't on it.
Erin from Lexington, Kentucky.
I am absolutely thrilled to see some of these establishment
Democrats actually engage in social disobedience.
My great-grandfather was an officer in World War
II, and if he saw what was going
on with Trump doing all of this tacky stuff in the name
of honoring our country,
he would crawl out of the grave and slap the president.
Well, it's those graves that are the issue right now.
Well, Kendall's, Kendall Jenner,
I've said it like we're on a first name basis,
Kendall Jenner's 31st birthday is a big celebration, not only for her,
but I think a lot of her fans and even her sister Kylie's fans,
and OnlyFans, are getting something out of it as well.
Thank
During Kendall's birthday celebration,
she got a little smooch from her sister Kylie.
you.
Okay, Kylie is so drunk.
Kylie is so wasted.
Kylie is so wasted.
And I'm guessing Kendall's going like,
all right, that's not what, that's no, no, no.
I mean, these Kardashian-Jenner girls
know exactly what they're doing.
The person that posted this video was Khloe.
So, you know, Kris Jenner is probably
in the background being like, you look great, honey.
Okay, Khloe, please post that.
But so Khloe posted it and she captioned it.
She says, I love these two little pigeons.
Happy birthday to Kenny, my forever love.
And it just set the internet ablaze.
Ablaze.
Yeah, I'm sure Khloe knew exactly what kind
of engagement she was going to get when she posted that.
You know what's kind of interesting?
Are the Jenner girls different than the Kardashian girls?
People don't think they are.
They feel looser.
They feel looser.
They've had the silver spoon.
Not as guarded.
I think it's true.
I think people view the Kardashian girls as more relatable,
and the Jenner girls as more like they've had
a silver spoon since birth.
Okay, well, the silver spoon now involves a tongue.
There was no tongue there.
No tongue.
But while Kylie and Kendall were kissing,
the reason I say it is there seemed to be a more kind of...
The traditional version of what the Kardashians do.
Like you said, the older...
The older.
The elder statesman, one of the elder statesmen,
Kim, was out in New York doing what she does,
which is promote everything possible.
And that's Jennifer Lawrence under the...
Under the hoodie there.
Yeah, and you may want to know, why are they walking out like that?
So instead of smooching,
they decided to wear their jammies to the Four Seasons.
Yeah, they're not just any jammies.
It's business, guys.
They're Skims jammies.
And her line just dropped yesterday.
I mean, come on.
You know what else dropped yesterday?
What?
Stock prices.
All's fair.
Oh, yeah.
Which people are not talking about.
So you get your good friend Jennifer Lawrence to come out with you
and parade around New York City in robes.
Our viewers have no issue really with the robes at all,
but we did put a poll out saying,
is it crazy that these two sisters did what they did?
And?
Do you have any guesses what you think it is?
The poll?
Yeah.
They said, poll it again.
Roll it again so we can see.
They said the poll was, is it crazy to kiss your sister?
And it was 71% to 29%.
Yes, it's crazy.
No way.
Wow.
Okay.
And now the next poll is, but did you like it?
Oh.
Good one.
You say it.
I know.
Yeah.
Hey, Addie here from San Francisco.
Hot take, honestly, I'm having
a hard time believing anybody thinks this is weird.
Yeah, I agree with you.
Hey, can I ask you a question?
I've been dying to talk to somebody from San Francisco.
Yeah, sure.
Your mayor is getting a lot of praise from everywhere.
I'm talking to people down here in L.A. who are saying,
you've got to see this San Francisco mayor.
He is turning things around.
Listen, and he's an influencer.
Bonus points.
Have you seen his TikTok?
Not only has he seen his TikTok,
I saw when the power grid went down, and he went over there
and starts showing people in real time what they're doing to fix it.
Yeah.
Honestly, he's fantastic.
He's a huge favorite right now.
Sure, he gets a lot of criticism on TikTok.
People are saying all he does is influence.
All this guy does is go to restaurants,
but the truth is the city's never looked better.
Yeah, I heard someone saying that who was there last month.
They said that San Francisco
is not the hellhole people have described it in for years.
Yep.
Coming up!
We found out that Donna Kelsey had gotten permits
for some renovations on her home in Florida
and that she was putting in new windows.
Big deal.
Well, now we know what was really going on.
Be right back.
We broke a really big story earlier this year.
Northern Trust.
None.
Bigger, way bigger because it involved Taylor Swift.
And her mother-in-law.
It really just involved her mother-in-law.
Donna Kelsey.
And a couple of windows.
Yes.
And now we know the full story here.
We had just...
Tip of the iceberg.
Tip of the iceberg when we found out...
It's sort of like Watergate, where you just find out about a break-in,
but then you get to the president.
We found out that Donna Kelsey had gotten permits
for some renovations on her home in Florida,
and that she was putting in new windows,
and it became this huge sensation.
And a door.
Yes, and there was a door as well.
And then we got photos of them actually delivering
and installing the windows.
Big deal.
Well, now we know what was really going on.
This was not just another window job.
Nope.
This was a flip.
Well, not a flip, because she lived there.
But Donna has now sold, or she has listed...
No, she sold it.
Oh, is it sold?
It sold her?
Look at that.
She made $100,000 on the sale.
Yeah, she made $100,000.
She also-
Smart investor.
Boy.
Per the docs, she's moving on up to a bigger condo.
Now, is he Woodward or Bernstein?
Yeah, I don't know.
Both, maybe.
A little bit of both.
I never heard them break anything about window permits.
That was his idea to do this story.
It was my story.
It was a great story, we say.
Empire State Building got lit up, just saying.
It's true.
No, can we just-
No, but we're-
We're going to take you behind the curtain a little bit, because when-
Because you found the story.
I found the story.
We were all, we were like, really?
And I was like, just trust him.
Go ahead, Ryan.
Go ahead, put it up.
And what happened?
And it turned into a huge sensation.
Thank you.
Windowgate was their favorite story of the year so far.
It's amazing.
Thank you.
I think it's going to get on some
of those top ten things in New Year's Eve.
Oh, yeah.
Where is she moving is what I want to know.
She has a new condo.
It's bigger.
In the area.
She's staying in Florida.
Staying in Orlando.
How much would you spend?
$200,000 more than the last one.
Whoa.
Ah!
Good for Donna.
What kind of windows on the house?
Yeah, no, we got to monitor that.
I got to get out of that, yeah.
Check the windows.
No, that's really smart.
So that was what was going on there, and good for Donna.
We will give you an update as we get this.
Nakia from Los Angeles.
I know Donna was confused of why her story became this gigantic meme
and why it was even going viral,
but I have to give you guys your flowers
because I think if it wasn't for your story,
she might not have been able to.
I knew she was going to sell the house,
but I think she got a lot more money.
You think she got more money?
You know what?
I'm just giving you.
You have raised a good point.
Oh.
Where did Namu go?
Did you go to get your, collect your fee?
Your commission?
Kanye West doing a fashion show here in L.A.,
a new Yeezy line, and it turned into, well,
he looked like he was on daddy duty
when he arrived with all of his kids.
Not just North.
We see North at events with him all the time.
But all the kids were there, and North was sitting front row next
to her stepmom, and taking in the show.
Now, can I tell you what's...
We don't typically see this.
We don't, like, Kanye usually is with one or two of the kids at once.
Right.
But clearly this was a big event, and so...
You know, the history of this is that Kim, and I know this to be true
because we were involved in these stories for a long time now,
that she has never denied Kanye access to the children.
It's just there were periods where he just wasn't asking for it.
And seeing that is interesting for two reasons.
One is that you see that connection with him and his kids.
The other, I just keep thinking about it.
If you would have bet when he...
Got with Bianca Censori.
Right.
Would you have bet that it would have lasted this long?
No.
Definitely not.
I mean, we didn't even believe it was real
for probably the first six months.
I know.
It was just some show he was putting on.
I don't think she thought it would last this long,
but I feel like now that they have,
we've seen North and Bianca.
I think North and Bianca are actually, like, pretty cool now.
We've seen them a lot together.
Yeah, they look like chummies sitting in front row.
And I feel like that...
Actually helps Bianca. I feel like North being the oldest sibling
was able to get the other younger siblings to like she's cool
Like actually, you know stepmom Bianca. You should like her too
And now we're I thought we're gonna see all four Saint, Psalm
Chicago North with Bianca and Kanye way more often now
Maybe I mean remember Kim is out of town.
We told you that she's in New York
And so all the kids. Yeah, they're look real happy together. It's Wow
What?
Rollercoaster life.
You just, yeah, there was definitely
a point where you thought this is not something you
would ever see.
Well, our chat's asked, saying that despite
what Kanye has done, which is horrible, it
is good to see them all together and happy, right?
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah.
Look, the kids are happy, and then it's working.
And I don't think the kids really, if you think about it.
I don't think they really care what Kanye's done in the past,
because he's done a lot of stuff,
and North's been old enough to see it.
People in school talk.
But North's always been a daddy's girl.
She doesn't care.
Well, North, definitely.
But I wonder if the other kids...
Wanted to go to this or to them.
Is it just like I don't know what it's like when you're a kid
Yeah, Saint does not look like he wants to be here.
Saint looks like, get me home.
But to be fair,
It doesn't look like he wants to be anywhere other than like
a soccer game. Yeah, so even when Kim takes him out place
He's like, why do we go? Yeah, you see Psalm, you see Chicago smiling ear
to ear and then Saints like get me home
Bring me home.
Bring me home.
immediately
Peta from Philly. I think it's nice
to see Kanye with his family and his friends,
especially people like Kid Cudi and 2 Chainz.
We haven't seen them together in a long time.
And seeing him with all his kids,
it's really nice to see them all together. I'm really happy
that he's doing well. I do wish that Bianca would put
on more clothes, but we can't have everything.
We think.
She had clothes on. She had a nice body suit.
It was just unzipped halfway.
I think more than normal.
Come on.
Yeah.
Coming up.
Daphne Keen played the little girl in Logan,
and being 21 years old, you'd think,
yeah, she goes out to clubs, she parties and all that,
and she says she doesn't get wasted.
Part of the reason is what she saw growing up in Hollywood.
I was getting offered coke at wrap parties.
And how old? Like...
I'm tiny.
Be right back.
TMZ's got every freaking thing.
Big celebs, big stories, big events.
Donald Rollins took TMZ DC on a city tour.
You know what the irony of this is?
A black man takes a white person to the White House.
I don't know what's happening.
TMZ.
Hollywood excesses.
We hear a lot about it.
We cover it.
And sometimes it is tragic.
And we've heard some stories over the years from people like...
Kelly Osbourne comes to mind,
talking about the perils of being young and famous in Hollywood.
But I had never heard this age put on it.
Daphne Keen is an actress.
She's 21 years old now, and you probably first got to know her.
She was in Logan, played the little girl
in Logan that Hugh Jackman saves.
Anyway, she is talking about her life in Hollywood.
And being 21 years old, you think.
Yeah, she goes out to clubs, she parties and all that,
and she says she does, but she has
learned to keep, she doesn't get wasted.
And part of the reason is what she saw growing up in Hollywood.
This is what she said.
She's talking to Michael Rosenbaum
on his podcast about parties that she was at when
she was 11, pre-teen,
and listened to what she was exposed to and could have actually
indulged in.
I don't think I've ever been.
drunk enough to even have a hangover like I'm
so I think I'm such a control freak with that
yeah because also I think as a child actor I witnessed
so much of that as a child that I
just had no interest you witnessed a lot of drinking
and yeah I was I was getting offered
coke at wrap parties at how old like tiny like 11 12 11
or 12 yeah and it was like
so I saw what that was so I
was like I don't really have any interest in that 11 or 12
Man, I didn't start that early.
Well, me neither.
I was saying no, unfortunately.
Wow.
I didn't know that was the takeaway.
I guess the follow-up would be, what age did you start, Michael?
Anyway.
You mentioned Kelly Osbourne.
We did a documentary on this.
And I'm telling you, Kelly Osbourne told a story that when she was 13,
she could go to pharmacies and get prescriptions.
She got to go to doctors, rather, get prescriptions for opioids,
opiates, and then go to a pharmacy
and they would fill it without ever asking,
did your parents approve this?
The doctors never talked to the parents.
When she was 13, she had this going.
The thing that shocks me about what Daphne just said is,
Who are the people in the room
who are like...
Hey, look at that 11-year-old.
When you see an 11-year-old, they look so young.
So when you think, like, you're saying the adult in the room,
I will say that this is around the time that she's that age.
We don't know what movie she was talking about then.
It's around the time of Logan, but she did speak.
We don't know that.
She spoke glowingly about Hugh Jackman in this interview.
Yes, before anybody starts doing math or anything.
Yeah, but the other thing is, it's like, why would that surprise you?
I just told you about doctors and pharmacists.
Hold on, but that's.
Doctors and pharmacists,
and also Kelly Osbourne is probably walking in and they're like,
Oh, I know who that is.
It's weird to offer an 11-year-old girl cocaine.
That's crazy.
First of all, why is the 11-year-old at a party?
And I get it, it's a rap party, and you'd be like, oh, she was on this.
But everyone would know how old this child is.
Oh, for sure.
So it's not like someone wandered
in and they thought maybe she was 16 or something like that.
She has a really good head on her shoulders, though.
By the way, I don't know why I even said,
like, 16, as if that would be acceptable.
But that I could...
Understand happening in Hollywood.
Okay.
Not 11.
I'm, I'm.
Not 11.
I probably shouldn't say this, but.
Oh, God.
All right, how old were you?
Well, no, no, no.
No, no, no.
I don't know what you're talking about.
He's like 11.
That's a late bloomer.
When you said it was a rap party, I thought you meant R.A.P.
Oh, no.
It's okay.
So did I.
It's okay.
So did I.
No, we meant wrapping up a production,
which maybe this one shouldn't be.
Hey, hey, y'all.
I'm Constance Carter from the DMV.
And, y'all, this is absolutely insane.
This is exactly what's wrong with Hollywood, y'all.
These children are surrounded by adults
who are supposed to be protecting them.
And you thought that giving an 11-year-old cocaine was acceptable?
And then we act shocked when
these people grow up to have serious problems.
These kids don't need to be treated like
celebrities first. They need to be treated
like children. And stories like
this is exactly why they call it Hollyweird,
because there are way too many predators
and not enough people out here protecting these kids.
All right. All right.
Coming up.
Days after the election,
you knew that there had to be some finger-pointing going on in D.C.
Some of the finger-pointing involves the First Lady.
Melania Trump has been pointing fingers
at one of the president's main advisers.
Be right back.
Days after the election,
you knew that there had to be some finger-pointing going on in D.C.,
particularly at the White House.
And what's interesting is some
of the finger-pointing involves the First Lady.
The lady, Melania Trump.
According to the Wall Street Journal,
has been pointing fingers at one of the president's main advisors.
Maybe the key advisor.
The key advisor, Stephen Miller,
and what she's been pointing fingers at him about.
It's about the immigration policy.
You know, I got to say, I'm
not even sure she's necessarily pointing to Stephen.
She's just telling Trump, her husband,
that she's pissed off because some of her...
Oh, and he's pointing the finger at him.
Yes.
It's not me, honey.
It's not me.
That some of her friends have been deported
because of the immigration crackdown, which
she says has gone too far.
And according to the Wall Street Journal,
he's now saying Stephen Miller went too far.
Wow.
There is some serious scapegoating.
She goes to him.
He says it's his fault.
Stephen Miller is probably looking like, who can I point at?
So I got to tell you a story that I have not told yet,
but I'm going to tell it because
it just seems relevant.
Because everybody's asking,
does Melania Trump have power when it comes to Donald Trump?
That's what struck me about the Wall Street Journal story.
I didn't think that she was that involved,
that she would even be talking to him about any policy.
I guess it's different if it was affecting her personally.
Well, maybe she would, but please, enlighten us.
I'm going to tell you a story.
A long, long time ago, in February of 2017,
I was in Washington, D.C.
And I visited Trump in the White House and we were in the Oval Office
and he told me because the night before he had spoken to Congress
for the first time and a lot of people felt that speech he gave
was well received and that it was tempered and he got
a moment where people were saying, OK, we kind of embrace this speech.
He said to me,
That he was planning on imposing the Muslim travel ban that next day,
but on the drive
back from the Capitol to the White House,
Melania looked at him, and the way he put
it to me was she said,
you finally got some goodwill from Congress over the speech.
Don't f*** it up with, I mean,
that's the way he described it, with imposing this Muslim
travel ban.
And he looked at me and he said,
I thought she was right, so I'm going to do it in two weeks.
She was right about the fact that he got some goodwill.
And that right not to do it that day.
And then he said, I'll give it a breath and do it in two weeks.
So that was the way.
As I recall, is what happened.
And it was what happened, but that's the way he processed it.
So she actually did have an impact on him.
So he does listen to her.
At least in that situation, he listened to her.
And I found that really interesting.
Well, it'll be interesting to see if not only the immigration policy,
but a lot of policies in the administration adjust after the election.
Do you, as the president, say, okay,
clearly they want something different.
There are things, the nation voted in such a way,
in such an overwhelming way that you have to feel like...
All right, I got to move somewhat, right?
Or did somebody screw it up for you?
Well, and that may be.
Even if he's going to point the finger at other people,
you still change the policy.
You can say, maybe publicly he says...
Do you change the policy or the person?
Well, Pete Hegseth is wondering that right now.
And that's the big thing,
that there are lots of stories now that Pete Hegseth is on the
chopping block, and that Donald Trump is saying it's Pete Hegseth's war,
and that by making
a change, that it may make Trump look better.
And make it easier to end the war.
Well, and not just make it easier to end the war.
If Trump doesn't do it before January, in January,
good luck getting somebody confirmed by the Senate.
If he does it now...
And he acknowledged that to ABC News this morning, right?
And he said that, well, while he said,
it's my intention to keep him, he also said...
Well, if I do it now, it'll be a lot easier to get someone.
And it will.
confirm someone who he really wants.
So the Democrats would hold up putting a secretary of war in power?
Exactly.
Just because?
Well, no.
But you haven't heard the candidates.
So how do we know?
Well, hold on.
That, number one, it depends on who the candidate is.
Okay.
Number two, Merrick Garland.
Remember the Supreme Court being held up by the Republicans?
Yeah, I know.
Well, but that's that's different.
He was a Supreme Court justice who was going to serve until they die.
I understand.
It was different.
He was a court of appeals justice.
No, I understand that.
But they were not going to get.
But you're acting like we're not going to give parties hold up.
No, no, of course they did.
I'm not I'm not denying that both parties hold up the same thing.
I'm saying you need a secretary of war.
It's something that we that it's a it's
a it's a position that you need right now.
And there's a position that you that ends with the.
With the administration leaving.
Right, so Donald Trump can pick another person from a news...
Why not say he has to pick somebody that's reasonable
and that can appeal to both people, or to both sides of the aisle?
Yeah, I think if he picks somebody reasonable,
who was competent, my guess is...
He'd get that person confirmed.
It depends on how you define reasonable and competent.
And that's going to be the issue.
Or the Republicans.
Or Trump.
What's, say, the chat?
Yeah, I mean, our chat is pointing out crazy,
that it is crazy that Melania only starts to care about this
once it starts to affect her directly,
and not when all these other families and people
are being broken up because of it.
There is a point there.
There is a point there.
There is a point to be made, yes.
It's a mandate from the American people.
That's what they wanted.
It's why Trump got elected.
Oh, my God.
And still, by the way, did you happen to look at the news on Wednesday?
Fifty seven percent said they got too far
and 43 percent either said it was just right or not far enough.
So who are you going to believe that or the election results?
This is, well, I mean, you're taking, you are,
you are, first of all, the way you have acted,
the way you have acted is so childish.
That is not, that is not the poll. I mean,
if you look, this is the exit polls. Oh my God.
If you look at all of the polls about immigration.
The vast majority of people are saying they've gone too far.
It's 60-40.
I mean...
Bigger.
The big point is...
You can pick one poll, but...
They lost the Latino vote.
They lost the Latino vote.
Why is that?
It moved a couple of points.
It moved a couple...
It was poorly executed.
No.
Which is a big part of why...
How many points did it move?
It moved a lot.
In Texas, it made a difference.
I have to look at the Texas numbers.
It made all the difference.
I have to look at the Texas numbers.
Texas was huge.
Right.
Right.
Hi, I'm Steven from Georgia.
And, you know, the scapegoating really just needs to stop.
Realistically, Donald Trump is the president of the United States.
The buck stops with him.
And, you know, I was actually very supportive of the Iran conflict
when it started, if he finished it quickly.
But unfortunately, he's taken bad advice
and listened to people like J.D. Vance and not done it as quickly
as it needed to be done if we were going to do it at all.
Otherwise, we needed to wait.
But when it comes to the immigration stuff,
I mean, I've got friends that were.
We're brought to this country illegally
as children, and they're great people.
But I also understand and empathize with what Melania is saying,
because, you know, we kind of have to find a balance to figure out
how we enforce our immigration laws, which we can't just ignore.
But we've also got to completely reform our immigration system, which
is something that the American people have been asking for for years.
But it keeps getting blocked in Congress by Democrats.
Well said. Well said.
Coming up.
We are just a day or so away from telling you
who gets the $20,000 F1 Grand Prix experience in Vegas.
They are going to give you 30-second closing arguments
on why they should be the recipients of this incredible prize.
Be right back.
Okay.
Closing arguments?
Closing arguments.
We are just a day or so away from telling you
who gets the $20,000,
$20,000 gift of an F1 Grand Prix experience in Vegas.
One of these three guys is going to get it.
And it's based on their 24 hours in Vegas.
So, Chris, Talia, and Luca all went for 24 hours.
24 hours in Vegas.
That's the competition.
So, we showed you the hotel rooms they got,
and they were all incredible, we told you
about the experiences that they had,
which were pretty crazy, and we showed you their
nightlife experience.
Epic.
All of them.
All of them epic.
But only one can be...
So, we've been voting all week,
and you can continue voting, but before you do,
they are going to give you 30-second closing arguments
on why they should be the recipients of this incredible prize.
Chris, you start.
So, obviously...
I had the best suite by far, okay?
I was draining threes inside the hardwood suite.
Everybody that's on video, okay?
It's a fact.
I got to see Metallica at the Sphere.
That was unbelievable.
It was an all-time great band.
I got to gamble with a billionaire.
Okay, don't laugh.
Well, we did actually catch your shot on camera.
I've got lethal shooters.
Show me the ways.
All right?
You got to gamble with a billionaire?
I got to gamble with a billionaire.
I won $1,000.
I had the best time overall.
I got to drive a truck that was flying through the sky.
It was incredible.
I should be the winner.
Okay.
All right.
Luke, up.
Okay.
It's easy.
F1 is my sport.
I know more about it than any of these guys.
I've been dreaming about going to a Grand Prix forever.
That's not what the competition is.
But with that being said,
the reason I deserve it more is because, man, I was.
Pretty much on the field at the Rams game.
I was saying hi to Puka Nacua.
I was saying hi to Boyko Chan.
I think the Raiders would like you to say it
was the Raiders game, not the Rams game.
I was at the Raiders game.
You were in Vegas, man.
Okay.
Sorry, man.
I'm getting fired up.
I'm getting fired up.
But I was on the field at the Raiders game.
Got to party with Jay-Z, Beyonce, DJ Khaled,
who's like my best friend, by the way.
I mean, he was calling up to me.
I was calling out to him, you know, me and him had a moment.
That's special, and I mean, I think that alone should send me back.
That is pretty epic.
Not to mention the caveman steak and the caveman rib eye.
It was just so epic that I completely forgot
the flaming 64-ounce tomahawk steak
that I ate like a caveman,
which was the greatest way to eat steak, by the way.
Okay, Talia.
I'm not going to be aggressive like these two.
My Vegas experience was a beautiful mosaic of all
the things that make Las Vegas, Las Vegas.
We had elegance in the Chairman's Villa and lunch with Flavor Flav.
It doesn't get more elegant than that.
We had adrenaline rushes jumping off the Strat, flying in a helicopter.
We had entertainment at Magic Mike.
Yes, I got twerked on.
Yes, I got grinded on.
And that's why I had the most fun.
I ate Wagyu and
and Michelin star caviar.
I mean, there's nothing.
It's just a beautiful melting pot of the things
that make Vegas Vegas.
I mean, look, you all had.
Epic Vegas experiences, 24 hours in Vegas, some better than others.
But only one of you will win this prize.
So we need you guys to vote.
So, um, who,
Who had the best experience?
Go to TMZ.com and you can watch the whole 20 minutes where we
put it all together and showed you their three experiences.
Or you can go to our social media platforms.
And tomorrow we will officially announce the winner.
Coming up!
Well, right now, Russell Brand is sitting in a London jail.
He was found guilty of one count of rape
and three counts of sexual assault.
And he may be behind bars for a very, very long time.
Possibly the rest of his life.
Be right back.
I don't know.
Well, right now, Russell Brand is sitting in a London jail.
And he may be behind bars for a very...
A very long time.
Possibly the rest of his life.
It is a strong possibility.
He was found guilty today of rape, one count of rape,
and three counts of sexual assault.
Um, and
And after the trial...
This is in England.
Yes, this is in London.
He was remanded into custody.
There was a chance he was going to be released on bail,
but the judge said, nope, we are holding him.
And and then Monday will be his sentencing,
which is crazy that it's I mean, it's so quick.
It's so quick. Yes. And in the US,
it's often months after after after the verdict.
You saw this in Diddy. It was it
was a time before he was actually sentenced.
This will be on Monday. But nevertheless,
the judge indicated you're going to do considerable time behind bars.
I think was some form of the thing he said. And he denied bond.
So he thinks that Russell Brand is a dangerous person
to have out even for a weekend.
Before the sentencing.
Which is interesting because he's been out the whole time.
He has been out on bond during this,
but he was obviously convicted on the rape and the
three sexual assault.
He was found not guilty on some of the other counts.
This, by the way, is a police interview.
That's his police interview.
It's remarkable.
I do think he could face serious.
I'm talking decades giving the indications
of what the judge is showing, tipping his
hand a little bit.
You know, I got to say, um, and.
Full transparency.
I didn't follow this super closely, but just some of the optics,
the way he dressed sometimes, that it just seemed.
It's weird to me that, you know,
with his shirt all the way unbuttoned down, going into court.
He's spoken openly about his, you know, sexual life.
These are some of these are decades, decades ago.
And they're very long ago allegations.
But you're right.
It's certainly come back to haunt him.
He certainly lives outwardly in this sort of open way,
dresses provocatively and so forth.
So, so, um,
This was multiple counts.
Multiple counts.
One count of rape he was found guilty of,
three counts of sexual assault he was found
not guilty on some of the other charges,
but these are serious, serious offenses.
And he kind of, he didn't deny.
He said it was consensual.
But his thing was that it was always consensual.
Yes.
But several of the victims testified.
Yes.
And clearly.
You could see in his interview, too, that footage.
He said that he would have these sexual encounters.
He would often ask them to leave quickly.
But they were all consensual, according to him.
However, the jury didn't buy it.
And it was a jury.
And it was a jury.
Which is interesting, because a lot of times they have judge trials.
That's right.
And this was a jury trial.
Hey, I'm Matthew from London.
I just want to start by saying how brave those women
were in the first place for coming forward at all.
Considering the fan base that Russell Brand has got,
that cannot have been easy.
And I think, how can I put this?
I'm so glad we now live in a world where women
are not just being listened to, but they are finally being heard.
Because on Monday, when he gets sentenced, and he will get hard time.
The world is going to see exactly what happens
to these men in power who think they can just
take advantage of women with no repercussions simply
because they're famous.
Yeah, we will see on Monday for sure.
What else do you guys want to talk about?
My name is DeCaylin. I'm from out of Dallas, Texas.
I really want to talk about the Melania
Trump concern that she has with the immigration tactics
that have been used by this current
administration. I honestly feel like this is one
of those incidents to where she is finally
We're finally receiving...
Or experience firsthand issues that we've all had our concerns with in
regards to the enforcement tactics that we are currently experiencing
on a day-to-day basis, whatever case may be, with our ICE agents.
At this current moment,
I just feel like this is one of those situations to where even
though you have just concerns in the past with the immigration tactics
that's been used, now you have to come up with a plan.
To at least get into the head of Donald Trump to have him, you know.
Step far away from the attacks that Stephen Miller's have presented
to him in regards to enforcement,
ICE agents of enforcement and things like that.
Because as we currently see, everyone is becoming a victim
of these tactics, you know, and no one is safe, no matter
if you align yourself with Donald Trump and his administration or not.
So, yeah, well, if they get if they if he fires Stephen Miller,
everybody is fair game for sure.
Sure. One more.
Welcome to the good life.
Kanye West has his runway comeback after four years
with Yeezy season one with his wife, his industry fans and friends,
and most importantly, his four beautiful children.
Can we talk about how good he looks as well?
Boy, he is. It really is this roller coaster with,
you know, aside from the kids being there.
That's a good point that, you know, he had people like 2 Chainz,
Big Sean, Kid Cudi all there. And you haven't seen.
Large groups of, I mean, obviously his concerts, I think,
was the start where he had sold out stadiums, but also got a lot
of people in the industry to show up and perform with him.
So, Kanye's back, if he was ever gone.
Coming up, you like bunny rabbits, Harvey?
Which is interesting because of the rabbit.
I know...
No, no, no, but it also sounds like a line from Airplane.
Yes, that's why I was delivering it that way.
Well, a good friend of yours is in bunny costume.
Be right back.
You like bunny rabbits, Harvey?
Which is interesting because of the rabbit, I know.
No, no, no, but it also sounds like a line from Airplane.
Yes, that's why I was delivering it that way.
Well, a good friend of yours is in bunny costume,
although not Easter Bunny.
That other bunny, yes, Playmate Bunny.
Brooks Nader on the set of the new movie Playmates.
We don't know if she's playing
a particular...
The movie is based on the writer of the film.
Lorraine Nicholson.
Yes, her growing up in the...
Her father is Jack.
Right, and growing up in the mansion or around the mansion.
And it's just her experiences.
Bill Pullman is playing Hugh Hefner, which is so interesting.
He's playing Hugh Hefner in this, and Jessica Biel is playing his wife.
You know the weird thing? I see him.
I see it when I look at Bill Pullman.
I can see it.
So it's not a biopic necessarily,
so Brooks may not be playing a particular playmate.
We don't know.
But yes, they've started filming.
It's overwhelming.
Really interesting.
Really?
It will be an interesting story.
There will be a grotto in this movie.
For sure.
We'll see you tomorrow.
