Meghan Markle's father arrested for possession of child sexual abuse material

Thomas Markle, senior, who's 82 years old, was arrested at a care home, actually, in Tampa, Florida, this morning, arrested and charged over possessing child sexual abuse material that was found in a storage unit that he'd been renting since 2008 in California. It believed that the federal agents searched these two storage units in Los Angeles and seized approximately 78 items, including slides, ...film negatives and books that contain suspected child sexual abuse images. That is what has led to his arrest and his charge today. We've heard, actually, from the U.S. Justice Department that issued quite a lengthy statement in regard to all of this, saying that Mr. Markle allegedly targeted innocent children and sought to steal their innocence through his criminal actions. Working with our Justice Department partners, our agents moved quickly, identified and located the express's material and arrested Mr. Markle in Florida. This FBI will use every single resource at our disposal to protect innocent kids. Any predator who targets children will have zero safe haven in the country. Now, what's really interesting about this is this does seem to come from the tip off and also follows allegations that Mr. Markle has potentially possessed other images in other countries, notably in the Philippines, where it's believed that his son, while clearing out a storage facility has found hundreds, potentially thousands of images, similar allegations in Mexico. Thomas Markle has denied all these allegations, put to him previously and labelled the idea that he possessed images of children as sick lies, he called that in the past.
