But our next guest did hand out roses,
won the mirror ball, and now is starring in a
new Christmas rom-com where his love life, it's a fire hazard.
I feel like he's leading me on.
I want to be here, but I think that's the third siren I heard and...
Oh, you have to go.
I want to show up for this girl for the rest of my life.
And here you are.
You need to start running towards what you want instead
of away from it.
I learned something really interesting
about fires after doing some research.
It all starts with this work.
I didn't really do the research yet on how to put it out.
I want to keep this one burning.
Oh, my goodness.
I have goosies.
In the holiday spark, Jamie Chung helps
a very single firefighter throw a Christmas party.
Somewhere between picking out a tree
and putting out fires, things, they heat up.
And the guy in the gear is here right now,
former Bachelor Joey Graziade.
But if you want to be really Italian, Joey Graziade.
Beautiful.
Ah, buongiorno.
Buongiorno.
How are you doing?
Good to see you.
I cannot believe this is your acting debut.
Yeah, a little different.
Wild.
Okay, so what was it like getting the call saying,
okay, we want you to be in a holiday
movie?
Was this on the wish list?
I mean, I was super excited, honored to even be thought of in that way.
But it was something that I was excited to do,
something that was new for me, something
that I just wanted to try to see how it would be.
But I think coming from The Bachelor
and people seeing me in that position, it wasn't crazy
to jump into a holiday role where you would play a romantic.
Yeah.
I think people are excited to see it.
Did you ever break, you know,
behind the scenes with Jamie when you had to read
some of those cliché Christmas movie lines?
Hey, people love it, you know?
I'm leading it up.
Oh, yeah.
And there were moments where you read the script,
you're like, wow, this one just
a little, maybe a little too cheesy,
but every time you hit it, you're like, oh, no, it makes
sense.
Oh, I'm here for the cheese.
It fits.
It's in the scene.
It makes it feel
like you're, you know, ready for a blanket little warmth.
Oh, yeah.
Araxia is our Christmas movie.
She loves them.
I do, too.
So give us, serve us up the cheese for sure.
Yeah, I got to.
Dating, dancing, dashing through the snow.
I mean, you truly do it all.
Is there anything else out there that you want to achieve?
I mean, right now, I'm just very lucky
that I keep getting these awesome opportunities.
I didn't know I could dance until I did Dancing with the Stars.
I didn't know that I could act until I got this ability.
So, you know, I'm just that guy that's open
and looking for the opportunities that make the most sense.
But now jumping into this role of doing something
in the scripted series and being a lead in a movie,
it's really opened up that acting bug,
and I hope I get more chances to do this.
You're a lover, you're a firefighter, and maybe...
Maybe you're a faithful, maybe you're a traitor.
We don't know.
We're gonna find out next year, right?
Yeah.
I can't say anything about it, but that is another
exciting thing coming up is being
on Traitors.
It was such a special experience
and I'm excited for everyone to be able to see it.
People go pure feral for this show.
It's a big deal.
People love it.
It's a cultural movement.
It's a cultural movement.
Exactly.
My friend has backyard parties where there's cloaks.
And we do, are you a faithful,
are you a traitor, and we play this game.
This has become, like you said, it's a phenomenon.
No, it was so, I was honored to be a part of,
and honestly, it's just been so funny
because as I've been promoting this
movie, everyone wants to know about it.
And I can't say anything, which I love that,
too, because I think there's no reason to
try to have a surprise to it.
I think everyone's going to have to wait when that time comes.
And yeah, I'm excited that people are excited about it.
People love a little mystery, so they're just going
to have to hang on a little bit longer.
The mystery is out, though, that you are.
We are getting married next year.
This is super exciting.
What has been the most fun about wedding planning?
I think it's just as it gets closer, the most fun for me
is just really picturing what that day is going to look like.
I think we've gotten a lot of the big logistical parts done,
so now it's getting the little details that she's taking the reins on.
I don't have to do anything with that,
but I'm just so excited to finally have that day with her and to have
this celebration with our friends and our family.
It's just going to be the best day ever,
and I think as it gets closer, I get more giddy about it.
I love it.
There's not something in particular I'm ready
for other than just to finally marry her.
You and Kelsey give so many people hope
as we enter a season called cuffing season.
There's a lot of singles out there.
What is a piece of advice
or a tip you can give to people looking for love this holiday season?
First tip, watch the Holiday Spark on Roku.
It's a great movie to watch with your significant other.
Possible significant other.
Possible, you're right.
My real advice I would give would be just to be yourself
and keep doing things that you love to do.
I found my fiance in the most unusual way going on a show like that.
But I do think that it was because I was in the right time in my life.
I was ready.
I was open to meeting someone.
I think the best advice I can give getting into cuffing season
is do things you love, meet people, be open, be yourself.
Make sure you know what you want and then
hopefully the right person will come along.
Oh, okay.
This is solid advice.
I love it.
And now with the holidays coming up, what is one
Unlike tradition or ritual that you have had growing up
that you want to bring into your new,
starting your new family with your wife, future wifey.
I'm open to any new tradition because right now what we
do is usually spend Thanksgiving with one of our families
and then Christmas with the other.
This year, we're spending Christmas with my nephew for the first time.
My sister just had her first kid and he's my godson.
I'm Uncle Joey now.
You're Uncle Joey like friends?
I know.
I know.
So I cannot wait for that tradition
of seeing Christmas through his eyes.
Oh, yeah.
That's our new one that both me
and Kelsey are so excited to be able to share.
So yeah, it's going to be special.
And Kelsey and Uncle Joey
and seeing Christmas through a child's eyes is so magical.
Yeah, it's going to be really special.
Well, you have a very magical rest of the year and 2027.
Yes, I do.
And you have a very lovely lady to have it all, share it with.
And another lovely lady on the screen with you, with Jamie,
in The Holiday Spark, which is a Roku original film.
The Holiday Spark is streaming for free right now.
You don't even have to wait until
Thanksgiving to get your holiday movies on.
So check that out.
And thank you so much, Joey.
And, you know, honestly, for wedding planning,
just make sure you get those RSVPs.
I got you.
Circle the wagon.
We'll be right back.
