TWO ROUND 2027 NFL Mock Draft | Mestemaker SLIPS?!
Nov 4, 2026
Today, we do a two-round 2027 NFL mock draft.
Let's get right into this.
If you guys are new, feel free to like, comment, and subscribe.
Below my face is my board.
It is always changing.
I was out in Arkansas this past weekend.
Beautiful wedding of one of our family friends.
So excited to be able to celebrate
that experience of Northern Arkansas.
Beautiful, by the way.
Fayetteville.
Excellent.
I was bummed out.
I was there for the night of the Missouri-Arkansas game.
Did not get to enjoy it the way I wanted to.
Honestly, the other celebrations were fantastic, so it made up for it.
But let's get into this number one.
Overall, we have the Los Angeles Chargers,
and we are not doing trades because we do
a three round with trades every single week as well.
So I see that.
Stay tuned for that.
And again, do a mock draft every single week.
But until the Chargers are not here,
we're pulling the trigger on Jeremiah Smith.
I don't think I need to explain that.
He is the goat in terms of receiver prospects, like just big freak.
Just, I mean.
It's Jeremiah Smith, right?
So, number two, we have the Tennessee Titans.
And this is the big question of the day.
Do they go after an offensive lineman?
Do they go after a corner?
Do they go after a QB?
Which, for this video, fun fact,
we're going to have several quarterbacks return.
Austin Simmons.
Technically, you know what?
We'll have Lenoris come out.
But Austin Simmons, Arch Manning, Dante Moore,
Thank you.
You know, we can end up tossing in maybe somebody else.
Anikiyama Leava, excuse me, would be another one.
So with the quarterback class, now we added Lenoris.
We could still consider Mestamaker here at number three, number two.
But let's change things up.
Let's go after a top end project player.
And that's going to be between Leonard Moore and Dylan Stewart.
If you can get Dylan Stewart's head screwed on straight,
it's the easiest selection here.
He's an absolute...
Monster like both on the field and off technically,
but he ended up actually after being suspended
pretty much putting his head down and going to work.
I love seeing that you get to see even when he had his slip up.
He did end up bouncing back
and you know made that great play at the end to seal the game
versus Tennessee South Carolina's been winning
these games versus teams that don't lose and
there's a reason for it.
These players are stepping up in the biggest moments.
We're going Dylan Stewart edge rusher out
of South Carolina there at number two.
Nice little change of pace as well,
because we usually go an alternate route, but let's
just say Dylan Stewart gets his head screwed on correctly.
Leonard Moore's stock is at an all-time high,
and I don't see that changing one bit when
he ends up going and facing Texas A&M this next week.
If we check it out over on Kalshi,
there's only a 72% chance for South Carolina to beat
Texas A&M, who has been abysmal.
Marcel Reed hasn't put anything together.
Nothing is really formulated on either side of the ball.
While South Carolina is red hot, beating the best of the best teams.
And if you did want to put $25 down
on South Carolina winning this game,
which if you use the code HMS, make it easy,
click the link in the description,
you'll get your $25 back and an additional 30 on top of that.
So let's just say Texas A&M pulls off a crazy upset.
You'll still end up netting 30 positive.
But if South Carolina wins and you put 25...
$5 down. You end up getting $33.60 and an additional $55.
That is just under $90 for
choosing something that should be an automatic.
What's great about Kalshi is that this is not
set by a house. This is the opinions of people
and the opinions of people shift. So if you do
want to take advantage of the numbers,
feel free to go and do so right away. Use that code HMS and
take advantage of the deal while you can. Number three, Miami Dolphins.
To me, it's between Colin Simmons,
Leonard Moore, and of course, Drew Messmaker.
I am going to hold off.
Drew Messmaker just threw five turnover worthy plays this past week.
And in my opinion, I love Drew.
He's my QB one.
He was my QB one coming into summer.
I still am just saying pump the brakes
a little bit on him being like the next super like
incredible top five quarterback in the NFL.
I think he needs a lot more time for that,
but that doesn't mean he's never going to
get there.
The thing is on the Dolphins.
I don't think the timeline is correct for him
to have the environment for him to get
there.
And so out of respect for him,
out of respect for the Dolphins as well, I'd be looking at
a top and pass rusher or defensive back.
Leonard Moore, Colin Simmons, both have earned
their stripes in their own right.
Both are true juniors.
Both are studs.
And both have been since the moment they took the field.
The question is, what do I feel more comfortable
with, edge or corner later on?
Of course, I don't think the Dolphins are...
I'm overly desperate for a corner position
the way that maybe some other teams are.
Again, you got Juju Brents, you got Chris Johnson,
who was a first round pick last year.
But I do think that when you end up getting
the opportunity to build a corner core of
absolute studs, you see NFL teams build
wide receiver cores of absolute studs.
You need to have something to counterbalance that.
We're going to go Leonard Moore,
cornerback out of Notre Dame there at number three.
Also, head coach is a defensive coach.
I hope that he ends up staying around too.
I mean, honestly, the situation you guys have
been in was not ideal by any stretch of the
imagination.
The Miami Dolphins have been performing way better than,
in my opinion, what they should
have.
So I'm really happy that you guys have been competitive,
even though you guys have been
losing.
Technically, he ended up beating the Jets,
who are sitting here at number four, funnily enough.
If they're sitting there at number four,
Drew Mustaine's the pick.
They're one QB away, really solid offensive line,
weapons galore, and they have a defense that's underrated.
You're going to have a new head coach coming in.
They're going to love the fact they have three first-round picks.
Drew Mustaine, the dream pick there for the New York Jets.
Number five, the Philadelphia Eagles.
Not the best way that the board could have fallen their way.
In my opinion, maybe a Leonard Moore
because of how much money he's going to be going
into this defense would end up helping out a little bit.
A Dylan Stewart, obviously Jeremiah Smith, the dream.
Drew Mustaine could be the option.
But if the Eagles are sitting here at five and we're not able
to make a move out, I'm pulling the trigger on Colin Simmons.
He was a true junior, so he's young.
They need a high-tier edge rusher.
And this is a team that just hasn't
been productive in terms of their pass rush.
And this will help out the secondary.
It'll help out the fact they have poor safeties,
which in my opinion are,
it's kind of the Achilles heel in a Vic Fangio system.
You have to have good safety play.
So if you can end up helping out whatever talent you do have,
Colin Simmons can be the one
who ends up making other players better based on
his play on the field.
Number six,
we got the New York Jets again.
Very good spot to be.
People tweaked out when I went Chris Cole.
It just shows you guys have no idea who Chris Cole is.
He's like linebacker at number six.
It's like, dude, got to catch up, got to catch up,
watch the players, don't scout right here,
scout the player. And Chris Cole is an absolute superstar.
He's easily my pick here at number
six. He's my number four player.
And if it wasn't for my supreme over abundant love for Jackson
Harris, he'd be my clear number three player.
And pretty much everybody that I know has basically
Dylan Stewart, Leonard Moore, Chris Cole,
Jeremiah Smith as their top four players.
And Jackson Harris, top 10 for a couple of people I know.
So I'm pretty happy with the Jets, who, in my opinion,
could use an upgrade in the linebacking
room, getting their top end player here.
So he ends up going in right away, like Demario,
not necessarily like somebody who I trust
overwhelmingly for the long haul.
I love Jamie and Sherwood for his own right.
But you get Chris Cole.
You can also use him off the edge
because he is a phenomenal edge rusher.
So you're getting so much value for just being.
Being able to get one player like he is a Swiss Army knife
and so good at all of it.
This is Arvell Reese had a child, so to speak, with Jihad Campbell.
It's a really unique freak of nature
and one that you should be willing to bet on.
Number seven for the Houston Texans.
Very intriguing spot.
Again, no trades because we got to keep it,
you know, got to keep it chalk.
If Jordan Seaton adds weight, he's the best pick here.
I think the problem is he went from 330 down to 305 to 311.
Like, that's the problem with him.
There's a chance he goes back to school,
ends up getting, like, even more into his build, but...
The Texans, obviously by their selection last year
of Kylan Rutledge, they want someone
who can end up being a mauler in the run game.
I don't think an offensive tackle pick
at this spot provides that value.
Trevor Goosby, I'm going to have him returning
with Arch Manning for the sake of this mock
draft.
So Lance Hurd, he could go as high as seven.
I just don't want to put him there.
I think that that's a little bit disgraceful.
So let's look at the team and let's find
out another spot where we could go.
And luckily, I mean.
I'm not going to go after a running back,
even though Jaden Baldwin healthy would be
someone who I would consider tight end,
not going to go that route again.
It's just like, I do want to pull the trigger on a tackle.
It's just, I don't think any of them fits.
Oh, you know, the fact is everybody says I'm too low on Lance Hurd.
This guy has 36 over 36 inch arms,
and he fits the exact archetype that the Houston
Texans want to run with their offensive line.
I don't love it myself.
But my Lord, does he fit?
And again, there's a reason you have to value the fit.
Lance Hurd going at number seven overall.
Also, the Texans took a player who I had as like a late day two,
day three type of prospect
in the first round.
They're not afraid of going after the guy they think is best.
Number eight, the New Orleans Saints.
And again, it hurts my soul,
but I'm trying to make the connection with the style of offensive
linemen that they've just been drafting recently.
So trying my best to be able to get
a little bit more of that mauler mentality.
But the Saints, excuse me, sitting here at number eight.
Very good options across the board.
I've been very much locked in on the cornerback route here.
Becker would be very intriguing.
He's a very, very good player.
There's no reason for you to try
to slander Charlie Becker in any way, shape, or form.
He deserves to be at this spot.
But I do think that this secondary is,
for the fact that I really like Brandon Staley,
I think that it could use a little bit more work,
and I think Ashton Hampton is going
to get a little bit more love than Ellis Robinson.
We're going to select Ashton Hampton there
at number eight overall, 6'2", over 200 pounds.
He's been killing it this year
and could go even higher technically than Leonard Moore,
but I think that the overall resume
of Leonard Moore will end up standing out, but we were
pretty blessed to have a really solid top
of the draft in terms of corner play.
Number nine, the Washington Commanders are sitting here.
I'm going Charlie Becker all day, every day.
Elite.
X threat, unfortunately,
scary Terry McLaurin and his career kind of seems like it's over
patellar tendon tear.
I believe there was another injury along with it as well.
It's just time to move on,
get a strong boundary X with really good deep speed and really good
hands.
And that's going to be extraordinarily valuable
to a great deep pass thrower in Jaden Daniels.
Number 10, the New York Jets are back on the clock.
Their first two selections are Chris Cole and Drew Mestemaker.
Interior offensive line is definitely one I would like to address,
but I do feel like we're going to
have a good selection at number 37.
I don't think that we're going to be disappointed there if we
were to go that route. Granted, you could move Jordan Seaton inside.
That'd just be too disrespectful
in my opinion, but if you did want Foshaneu,
who's coming up on a contract extension, to not be
It's a route you could go.
I'm not going to go there,
but it is something that I at least want to put in the mix.
I do like the idea of a boundary corner here as well.
Ellis Robinson, you end up having two Georgia defenders
and two of the best in the country.
He's young, he's feisty,
great understudy for Brandon Stevens,
or like for the Brandon Stevens role
with the Zaire Thomas there.
Like, I really do love that.
D'Angelo Pounds hopefully continues getting back to form
where he should be,
especially in a very top heavy corner class.
I don't mind this at all.
You go game changer on offense,
and then you go two game changers on defense,
all essentially top 10 type of talents.
Again, Drew Messmaker,
I have a little bit of a longer roadway with him,
and there are some players, in my opinion,
who will be falling.
So Drew will end up being a top 10 player on my board,
but you end up getting essentially three top 10 players
for your top 10 picks.
Number 11, the Arizona Cardinals are sitting here.
Quarterback is the move.
We know it. It's boring.
And I want to keep things exciting for y'all,
but you have to think about the system as well.
A lot of people want to toss in a Lenore Sellers
or a Trinidad Chambliss,
and I've debated it myself, right?
Trinidad, you could talk about the idea
of Kyler here as that number one pick
and him being the face of the franchise for a bit.
But this is a whole entire new head coach.
You look at LaFleur's past, it's...
I'm back at the Rams, and the Rams have operated well
with these pocket passers.
For me, it's CJ Carr or it's Darian Menza.
Luckily, today, I don't need to repeat
the same damn pick over and over again.
CJ Carr has been a little bit erratic,
but I do like the opportunity with the youth he
does bring for him to end up being the signal caller here for Arizona.
He operates the system extraordinarily well based off
of his overall profile.
I like the fit.
I like the player.
He's young.
You don't have to really take someone
who's ready day one to make a big splash.
Also, you went to Notre Dame last year with Jeremiah Love.
It would be cool to see a reunion.
Number 12, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Ooh, I didn't realize that they were all the way up here.
I mean, honestly, they're in a very unique spot.
I wouldn't mind Xavier Gilliam here.
Defensive interior, I think,
is an underrated position for them to target.
Edge rusher is as well.
I personally don't think that that's something I'd
be overwhelmingly worried about.
To be fair, Elijah Roberts is a stud.
I can't really like shame that too much.
But I do know people have talked about corners.
Well, like I know that that's at least on the mind, but.
Because Ben Morrison hasn't lived up to the hype.
Jacob Parrish, I love him to death.
It's good to see that at least we got some
good nickelback defensive back support.
I would love a bigger defensive interior for them.
That would be the dream here at number 12.
I wouldn't write off wide receiver either, though.
Like, I do see Jackson Harris.
Look at him.
He's creeping up.
He's been, like, inching up every single week.
And, man, this kid's special.
I mean, 6'2", 205 pounds, smooth as butter.
The problem is, I feel like the role that he'd play
can be a little bit overlapping with Emeka Buka,
even though I'm not going to say that Emeka would stop me.
I prefer to just get someone a little bit more role-specific.
So I'm not going to end up doing that.
It is a tough spot.
I can't lie.
I would love to just pull the trigger
and just be super confident with the decision
I make.
Like personally, I'm open to Jamari Johnson,
but I feel like that his blocking style would
be a little bit of an overlap with Cato.
It wouldn't make much sense.
You want more of a receiving tight end there
and interior offensive line.
Honestly, it's not the worst thing in the world.
If you are thinking about it,
Cody Malloy's up for a contract off the top of my head.
Do we actually get to see the contracts?
Oh, let's go.
So we'll see.
Cody Malloy, he's up for a contract.
Could end up being a replacement candidate there.
Why I like Edge as well.
Yaya Diaby up for a contract too.
So, you know what?
That makes me feel better.
A'shaun Robinson, if we do want to go the Xavier Gilliam route,
not a bad choice here.
Here, let's go expiring contracts.
Do we get to pick up?
Oh, hello.
Apparently it does that.
But I wanted to just see the, okay, well, ----, statistics, valuation.
That sucks.
I was hoping that we could have seen something
a little bit cooler than this.
Anyways, 64307 is kind of the information that I was looking for.
Let's go replace A'shaun Robinson.
Let's go Xavier Gilliam, defensive interior out of Tennessee.
With that contract coming up,
I don't want to go and just select a guard here at number 12.
Xavier Gilliam is someone who's going to test so well
that you're going to end up seeing him in this range.
And this is a team that values a smaller explosive defensive interior,
which is not small by any means, 6'2", 305.
But yeah, I mean, this is a good range for a player
who I have as a top 40 player.
But I think it's just because of the inconsistencies he's had.
I think he's going to end up being
a top 20 player for me when all is said and done.
Just needs a little bit more time to maturate.
Number 13, the Atlanta Falcons are sitting here.
I'm running this one to the podium.
To be fair, Penix throwing all those picks.
It is a weird situation, man.
It's a weird one.
Tua's gone.
I mean, a lot of people wanted Strand, but Strand's not that.
I can't lie.
I kind of like the idea of bringing
in a proven passer into this system.
Stefanski knows how to make it work,
and I don't think you need a super strong-armed quarterback.
You just need someone who knows how to operate this system.
And that's what Darian Mensah is.
I think offensive tackle is crucial, wide receiver is crucial,
quarterback is crucial.
At this point, Penix hasn't shown
when he's on the field to be consistent enough to overcome
your concerns with his health.
And so we're going to go Darian Mensah,
quarterback out of Miami there at 13.
I think he works well in a Stefanski system as a semi-mobile,
but more of a pocket passer
with a good processor.
Big arms, not necessary.
And I think Darian Mensah, he's
also just very underrated overall at this point.
People just have prospect fatigue on someone who deserves.
To at least be in consideration for the QB 1-2 spot.
14 Las Vegas Raiders.
Someone ended up saying, like,
look what happens when you wait to select wide receiver.
It got bailed out by Nick Marsh.
And I can't lie, y'all are 100% right.
I'm going to end up pulling the trigger on a wide receiver here.
And one that I'm going to end up planting my flag on,
it is Jackson Harris wide receiver out of LSU.
I have watched every single contested catch
that Jackson Harris has, every single rep
versus press that Jackson Harris has,
and I ended up watching a couple full games of
his as well, including his game versus Clemson
to start out the year where he was not used
very much.
He did not have a great start, and from the first rep,
I was like, holy ----, the eye
test.
I'm like.
In love, off the bat.
And again, I came into watching Jackson
Harris thinking third, fourth, fifth round.
Because it's like, oh, you know, you see
that one Mississippi State touchdown where, you
know, it takes a hitch and, you know, drives it into the end zone.
Amazing play.
I posted it over on X.
But Jackson Harris genuinely is a superstar.
He's going to be running the four threes, turns on a dime.
He has a great ability after the catch, goes and snags the ball.
One of the more dynamic receivers that, again,
not enough people are looking
at Jackson Harris as a legit draft prospect
because he's just starting to get used for LSU.
But that's the whole entire reason why I started noticing him.
And it's back-to-back weeks versus high-tier
defensive backs that he's producing.
And I love to see it.
Again, if you guys want to see his stats so far in the year,
he's already taken a big step up.
You know, he ended up doing really well for Hawaii.
So I was like, oh, well, I mean,
you're talking about Stanford and Hawaii player.
First off, don't disrespect Hawaii.
They got some ballers over there.
But secondly, he got recruited by Lane Kiffin for a reason.
This guy's an absolute star.
Again, already seven touchdowns on the year.
And you look at it, Mississippi State, 85 yards, two touchdowns.
Auburn, 178, two touchdowns.
Kentucky, 54 yards and a touchdown.
Five touchdowns in the past three weeks versus Kentucky,
Mississippi State, and Auburn.
Try to ---- on that.
Tell me that.
And I ended up watching his game versus Ole Miss.
They pretty much just ended up not targeting him very well.
And again, I watched that whole game.
Texas A&M watched that one as well.
Look at that.
Best games.
You know, again, one slip up versus Ole Miss
and then Clemson where he was not being used.
The moment September 26 came around, he has been on fire.
And just watch him.
Don't don't disrespect it.
Just watch him.
He's a first round type of talent and a true number one,
in my opinion, the dude has over
70% contested catch percentage too.
So dude's been balling. Baltimore Ravens.
I'd be very intrigued with Greg Johnson here.
You pair him up again.
I don't think the center position is
one to be worried about
because, well, you have Ben Jorgensen.
But the left guard spot, in my opinion,
I don't trust John Simpson for the long haul.
I'd be very open to going after Jordan Seaton here
to play guard in the short run
and be the tackle in the long.
I think that'd be a smart decision,
a very sound decision.
And basically, if you,
it depends if you have Lamar or not, but.
Especially with Lamar's injury history, you need to protect him.
I'm going to be going after BPA with Jordan Seton tackle out of LSU.
You will play him at guard most likely in the short term.
And again, he'll be the Ronnie Stanley replacement for the long.
Also, other LSU tackle that you ended up bringing on the squad
because you have Emory Jones sitting right there
at that guard spot as well.
But I wanted to invest in the trenches.
But yeah, Emory Jones, funnily enough, Jordan Seton,
left tackle LSU versus right tackle of LSU.
16 for the Cleveland Browns.
You guys did bring up a good point.
You know, you said like Barry has not drafted a player,
I think, above twenty one point eight years old.
It's worth at least noting,
but I don't think that stops him from going after talent.
Like, I think that there's not been a ton
of situations where you're sitting in a competitive spot.
You're building a roster for the long haul.
And granted.
I'm not overwhelmingly worried about the Seahawks taking a QB,
so like maybe you could just wait to 18 for Trinidad Chambliss,
but Chambliss operates this system so damn well.
The Monken system requires mobility, and he does it perfectly. Granted,
I do have a curveball selection here
because Andrew Berry likes his BPA.
He likes young players.
Jamari Johnson, redshirt junior, sitting here at number 16 overall.
You might say, but Alex, we already have a tight end.
We have Harold Fannin.
Harold Fannin is an amazing tight end.
Jamari Johnson is a perfect complement for him.
You're not looking at Jamari Johnson as just a pure blocking tight end.
This is an innate Brock Bowers type of pick.
You're talking about someone
who could be a genuine move-the-chain type of player,
and I think he's great.
You end up pairing him up with Harold Fannin.
You don't have to take Harold Fannin out of the equation.
You've got a really good blocking tight end right there
who is a balanced receiver and a true first-round quality tight end.
17 for the Seattle Seahawks.
Edge rusher definitely comes to mind,
and I do think we need to start trying to push
up some of these edge rushers.
Mateo Uyagale has been fantastic.
He's just coming off a nine pressure week,
ended up being a superstar of the week.
I think that he deserves to at least be in the consideration.
Granted, wide receiver is an intriguing one.
You can look at Cam Coleman.
You can look at Nick Marsh, KJ Duff.
There are impact players.
Reed Harris.
There are really big impact players here
who could make a splash difference.
Sadly, you look at the offensive line
and it looks like Gray Zabel has been having a
tough time at that right guard spot.
I think he'll end up getting accustomed to it.
But, you know, we got Nelson, Zabel and Sundell.
I'd prefer Zabel probably to test out center at this point.
And I'd be open to going after a guard just
because I don't want to like have my first
round pick struggle just because he's out of position.
And I think he'd work well as a center.
Center, but.
Regardless, I do want to end up tossing in maybe some other options.
I know that we eventually need to go after defensive interior here.
Granted, Leonard Williams is going to be there for a while.
Byron Murphy needs to get a ---- ton of money.
But Jaren Reed, like again,
you have these guys signed for multiple years.
I'm personally just thinking if you want to go BPA,
you do have a stud here in Will Echols.
I think, you know, we'll push up the edges, though.
I do think it's realistic with the edge talent in this class.
You could see some good value sniped on day two,
but let's end up not messing around here on day one.
Cleve Lubin's been a star.
He doesn't have necessarily the arm length,
so I'm going to push up Mateo Uyugule,
edge rusher out of Oregon.
Again, he's been productive this year,
like a very balanced player.
Again, he's already had six sacks,
already matched last year's.
And, you know, again, coming off a red hot week
with nine pressures, like he's a good
player, a really good player.
And he's always been the one there.
And he's has a ton of experience.
You don't need someone to be necessarily
the biggest project in the world.
Sometimes you just need them to be damn good.
18 Cleveland Browns.
I told you guys before, I'm telling you again,
I'm going quarterback for this team as often as possible.
If you do have Jamari Johnson,
you could consider Dante Moore if you want to at that pick 50 spot,
but playing the value game at QB just doesn't work.
Lenore Sellers could be an intriguing choice here for this system.
Again, you, I mean,
Todd Munkin used Lamar Jackson who didn't have the best processor,
wasn't necessarily the most consistent passer,
but was a God tier runner.
But in my opinion,
Getting somebody who pretty much brings a lot higher of a floor
is also important, and Trinidad Chambliss is a great runner too.
Again, you can go Lenore if you want,
but I'm going to go Trinidad Chambliss here at 18.
19 for the Carolina Panthers. You guys have
been digging this pick. I'm going to continue
at Greg Johnson, interior offensive lineman out
of Minnesota. The interior needs
some help. First off, center and guard
are both pretty much positions where you can end up
Replacing it, Robert Hunt, I believe,
has an out on his contract, so you can go there.
Luke Fortner has not been great
in the first place, but I do like Sam Heck.
So Greg Johnson can cover all bases if need be.
Number 20 for the Dallas Cowboys.
Might just go BPA with Will Echols here.
It's hard to see him continue to fall,
but I do like the idea of going after a wide receiver
like Cam Coleman to replace George Pickens.
Lanky route runner, where if Cam Coleman's back
at his respectable weight, which George
Pickens, if you added too much weight to him,
he wouldn't have been the slender, slim reaper
he is now.
I think Cam Coleman, if you get him into his natural body frame,
he's going to end up working
a lot similarly than what people expect.
So I'm going to go curveball rather than going
offensive line that they're going to double
down on receiver.
Cam Coleman out of Texas goes at 20, 21 New England Patriots.
Interesting to say the interior is that big
of a need for them compared to some other spots.
But corner definitely is one where I think it is
slipping into a bigger need than what people expect.
So.
Where are we at?
So Carlton Davis is a trade candidate for the deadline.
I'm seeing the Lions start to try to put out some feelers there.
For example, I personally don't think
that's the best return on investment,
but it's clear that long term you're going to need somebody there.
Kelly Jones, six, four, one ninety five is an absolute star.
I think that if you end up letting him slip, he's going to the Bengals
or he's going to go to the Lions as well unless they trade for him
or he's going to go to the Steelers like you don't want.
Kelly Jones, the slip to an opponent.
I have a true day two grade on Kelly Jones,
but the ceiling's there, speed's there,
the frame's there, the IQ's there.
22, New York Giants.
This one's a sprint to the podium one.
Will Ackles, defensive interior out of Ole Miss.
You guys have a bunch of defensive interior talent
on your team that is just not long-term.
Will Ackles is a top 10 to 15 type of player in the class.
Just falls because not a ton of teams
are going to be prioritizing defensive interior.
23, Cincinnati Bengals.
We're going after BPA.
That's going to be KJ Bolden, defensive back out of Georgia.
Also, first off, I think you can play some corners.
Well, that's the situation, funnily enough, that you guys are in.
But Daxton Hill, as well as DJ Turner up for contracts,
I think you should end up paying one of the two.
And then from there, you can end up adding KJ Bolden in
as more of that nickel dangerous threat, which I personally like.
I mean, he's a really good player.
Ivy, I think, can also.
Oh, I forgot DJ Ivy's up for a contract too, no ----.
That's crazy.
But yeah, there you go.
The nickel's open as well.
So you're just going to go BPA.
Tack Davis could end up being more of the boundary player,
but I want to go after the best talent available left tackle.
You guys end up pushing back on me trying
to go after an offensive tackle for the Bengals.
Let me know if you guys truly believe
that Orlando Brown has that level of security.
In my opinion, the answer is no,
but a lot of y'all were very confident in that.
Kansas City Chiefs at number 24.
That left tackle spot is looking a little bit concerning
when it comes to Josh Simmons
in terms of his overall mental situation.
I would not mind going after Zeroway Williams at this spot.
However, this organization has a reverence,
a respect for the tight end position.
And Luke Reynolds fits exactly what Travis Kelsey does.
Short range, sitting in soft spots,
taking it and making after the catch plays.
And on top of that, Luke Reynolds is a lot better of a blocker too.
He's a true round one tight end for a team
that's looking for someone to be more of a
gadget with a really good blocking ability.
He's just a damn good player.
6'4", 250.
Like you're, you're not really getting
a vertical threat in Luke Reynolds, but if you want
someone to sit in soft spots, you want someone to go up
and get some contested catches and
catches in traffic and someone
who could do the tight end screens like he fits the Kansas
City gimmick so damn well.
25 Jacksonville Jaguars.
Very intriguing spot because there
are some good talents that have slipped to this point
that you don't usually get to see.
I don't think Tay Johnson nor, where's Kingston Lopa?
Kingston Lopa is not going to be in this class as well.
It's a very interesting spot,
but I do think defensive back could be on the mind again,
not including Lopa or Johnson.
We could see an elevation of one of the other safeties.
Jalen McLean's been a stud, but I'm trying to see,
we'll look at the defensive side.
I know that a lot of people talk about some edge, some edge help.
I think that's perfectly fair,
especially when you end up looking at like just the level
two talent.
It's not good.
You need to have that rotation,
but you guys have done a good enough job at the linebacker
position corner.
Yeah, I don't, I don't understand what people are tripping out about.
I don't, I don't think that's a big issue.
The defensive back position is the issue.
So, uh, yeah, Eric Murray existing is an issue.
I think we'll go in, you know, we'll see if somebody takes a big jump.
I think Jalen McLean is getting some legit round one hype.
We'll go and take him as a flex piece here in round one.
Number 26, Detroit Lions.
I already mentioned it probably should trade for a corner,
but I think Andrew Marshall's a stud six foot one 95.
I think he's a great addition as well.
Like you have Carlton Davis there for a short term bump,
but you need somebody to be a long-term answer.
That's what Andrew Marshall is as a top 32 player on my board.
Pittsburgh Steelers sitting here at number 27.
Lenoris is lurking, but I think that we're going
to be perfectly fine in terms of that regard.
I do think that we'd be open to wide receiver.
Apparently, we've been searching for one as well.
KJ Duff, really good option in terms of just getting a consistent,
fluid, large contested catch target.
However, that kind of is what Michael Pittman was supposed to be.
So I'd prefer someone with a little bit more wiggle
and a little bit more speed.
And that would be Reed Harris here, wide receiver out of Arizona State.
The Steelers aren't afraid of taking smaller school guys.
You think about Toledo and Deontay Johnson.
And so I'm not afraid of going after Reed Harris here
and basically kind of getting
---- on for it.
Reed Harris is a superstar.
I mean, he's 6'5", 220, and he's also a track star.
Dude's great after the catch.
Coming off, it's probably his worst week of the year.
But, you know, he's he's already outproduced pretty much like
he's almost lapped all of his production, his college career.
But, yeah, I mean, apart from this past week, I mean,
you just see the production, Texas Tech, 63 and a touchdown.
I mean, I guess Hawaii is it's Hawaii.
But Baylor, they have LeVar Thornton, Jr.
Seven receptions, 125.
You put LeVar Thornton, who I have
on stock up a lot of times in stock down.
But Texas A&M, 189-2.
Like, it's just, this is a player
who ends up producing versus very solid competition.
I'm beyond excited to see him end up balling out in the NFL.
You can end up ******* off, by the way.
Okay, you guys don't see it.
I had an antivirus thing pop up on my computer.
Thank God.
I'm glad OBS can end up separating things,
but Tennessee sits here at number 28.
Their first selection was Dylan Stewart,
edge rusher out of South Carolina.
I like the idea of getting a long-term left tackle here.
You have Caden Green, you have Zeroway Williams,
you have Samson Okunlola.
There's a lot of really high upside and Melvin Siani too.
I love him to death, but he's a right tackle.
Like you really have your fair share of selections here.
I do think that Caden Green is going to get
the choice at number 28 as a player who's
going to be more of a true tackle,
even though funnily enough, a lot of people put him as
a hybrid guard.
Okunlola has way too much to learn.
Zerway Williams is a first year starter.
You're getting someone with multiple years
of starting, a very balanced player.
And again, worst case scenario, you could
kick him to the inside, but I don't think
you'd ever need to.
Number 29 for the Denver Broncos.
Trade his greens and thought here.
But I do think you're just in a position
where there's too much damn good value.
I'm going to go Zerway Williams tackle out of Utah.
He can also kick into guard.
He's a little bit smaller, 6'8", 305,
which again, you don't want 6'8 to be your guard
like for a long time, but freak athlete.
And again, the limited experience is what can put him
below some other players in terms of
who's getting drafted where.
And for a team that has a little bit of breathing room,
you can end up having to make sure
he has a smoother transition to the NFL.
Again, I have him as a top tackle in the class,
but that doesn't mean that he's going to be drafted the same way.
30 for the Minnesota Vikings.
This is a quick and easy one.
Jaden Ball has been banged up.
I don't know if he wants to go back to college or come out,
but if he is here, you end up pulling the trigger.
This team needs to have a future in the running back room.
It's been bad.
Let's end up pulling the trigger on the stud.
31, San Francisco 49ers.
Good options all around.
Again, my goal is to finalize that left tackle spot for the long haul.
And that requires someone to play guard in the short run.
That's Samson Okunlola.
Tackle out of Miami.
Long-term, short-term guard, long-term tackle.
He is a freak.
Absolute freak, crazy athlete, but needs to reign it in
and needs to have a mentor kind of fine-tune the details.
Number 32 for the Buffalo Bills, a wide receiver.
They don't have a KJ Duff.
Let's be real.
They don't have a legit KJ Duff.
Keon Coleman, in my opinion,
just has not been as good as what we'd all want.
It is what it is.
But a true, dangerous, heavy X.
Not a bad idea, right?
So let's go after KJ Duff here,
wide receiver at Rutgers.
Again, 6'6", 225.
Talk about a mismatch.
And again, for someone like Josh Allen
that has that rocket arm
and has that precision,
being able to get it to a player
who you can rely on
and has that mismatch size
can end up being invaluable.
So let's see if it ends up making sense.
Number 33, the Los Angeles Chargers
took Jeremiah Smith in round one,
and I've been doing this a lot.
Not Trevor Luck, excuse me, Cade Peepers,
interior offensive lineman out of Iowa, goes at number 33.
They're not against interior offensive alignment with smaller size.
After all, they just drafted Jake Slaughter in round two,
and he was sub 300, just like Cade Peepers.
But Cade Peepers can end up moving to the guard spot
because he is a native guard.
Number 34, the Titans have gone after Dylan Stewart and Caden Green,
both really strong, proven talents.
And again, Trevor Goosby considered returning in this one.
I do think you could pop the shot on Lenora Sellers if you want.
Granted, it kind of is the same type of situation you're in.
Poor processing.
I mean, I guess you could end up saying
that your situation's a little bit better with Lenora's
in terms of better arm velocity, better athleticism.
There are elements to his game
that I think you could maximize
in a way that Cam Ward hasn't,
but it is tough to basically just say,
okay, you do handle it your way.
Uh, defensive interior wise,
I just don't think this class is that good.
Uh, Mari Washington has the freak ceiling,
but again, the consistency is not there.
So if we were to address the other spots
for the Titans running back would have been nice.
Part of me does just feel convinced
that I should pull the trigger on QB.
People want to go wide receiver, man.
I mean, I'm going to say Carnell Tate's really good.
Io Maynard's really solid.
Wandale Robinson's a good fit, especially for the Dable system.
So I don't really understand why people
are saying the weapons are trash.
I don't think that's a really strong representation.
So I personally would not do it.
The interior of the offensive line
seems pretty intact for the time being.
So I already upgraded the edge core.
Could do it again, but I do like Femiola Dejo
and see if he can end up taking that big step.
Linebacker-wise, really do like what you guys have there.
Corner, to be fair, I ******* hate Cordell Flott at this point,
but we'll go after a corner here.
We'll go after J.R. Hill, corner out of Michigan.
6'2", 190, coming off a really strong performance
just a week ago versus Indiana.
Um, he's been doing a really good job overall though.
I mean, again, not somebody I've ever really worried about
and you know, again, he's been
getting better every year.
So it's a good option there for a strong boundary corner,
35 dolphins went letterborn round
one.
And I'm pretty damn happy with that.
I still think you could try to upgrade the offensive line here.
There are good options.
And again, Trevor Goosby considered returning in this.
The question is, I do got to check this out really quick.
Um, is Austin Jackson the one that's up?
He is.
Interesting, because we don't really have
a long-term right tackle in place.
I'm going to throw a curveball.
We're going to go Melvin Siani, right tackle out of Texas there.
BPA, a player who I think should definitely go in the first round,
but just a damn good player nonetheless.
36 for the Eagles.
First pick, Colin Simmons.
I think that's very, very important.
Second pick should be offensive line or safety.
And again, I've had the safeties
in this class return for the most part,
so I'm not really in the mood to overextend
what I should be going for at the very minimum.
I've been a big fan of Austin Searveld.
I do think that's probably the best route to go.
Sadly, I don't know how much faith I have
in Markel Bell at right tackle.
We'll see.
See, but.
It's fair to say that there's a little bit of a drop off in terms of.
What you guys would be looking for in terms of talent.
Again, you could look at the corner position.
I don't think that's necessary.
The safety position.
I'm having Loka and Johnson returned.
So it does move you down to Jalen McDonald, who's been great this year.
I mean, I can't lie.
He is a very strong selection here at 36 and one I'd like to take.
People want to dog on going wide receiver.
I think if this is the options, these are the options you have.
It's fair, but I'm just not going to pull the trigger.
There is one more though.
Lenoris is here. I would get crucified.
I would get crucified for it. But to be fair, at 36,
it's not the worst decision because you essentially provide
the deep threat capabilities that are deep threat option
that Jalen used to be so good at with upgraded mobility.
And to be fair, has Jalen truly shown that he's going
to elevate the roster in a way that Lenoris couldn't?
Oh, I'm going to piss off the hive.
You know what?
You guys will forgive me by the traded mock draft one.
We all want Jalen to essentially be gone.
He's costing too much money.
And if you guys are sitting there at number five,
after being out for a year, God bless him. I hope he's healthy.
You know, again, blood clots are a very serious thing.
There's no reason to kind of skip over that.
But it is important when we end up looking at roster construction
to say this is a 50 million a year, essentially a cheaper player
who provides more skill than what we have currently.
So we're going to go Lenoris here.
36. I mean, to be fair, last time it was like,
okay, you ended up having Carson Wentz when you
ended up drafting your future at quarterback
and Jalen Hurts in the second round. It was like,
whoa, okay. Number 37, New York Jets.
Drew Messmaker, Chris Cole, Ellis Robinson.
Did I tell you guys that we'd have good options here
in round two for interior offensive line?
We do.
Austin Searveld, guard out of Ohio State.
Coming off a rough week, but he's been playing right tackle.
He's a really strong guard and has really good mobility.
Be a great protector there for Drew Mastemaker.
38 for the Indianapolis Colts.
I've been listening.
I understand.
Again, we're going to have Dante Moore transfer,
Arch Manning return, Austin Simmons return.
So it is really Jaden Maiava.
And to be fair, Jaden Maiava's most recent performance
was pretty piss poor.
I think he's been taking advantage
of really good receiver play recently.
I still think of him more as like a day two player.
There's nothing wrong with him,
but I will end up taking advantage
of really good edge rusher talent here.
We're going to go down the street
with Boubacar Traore edge out of Notre Dame,
which makes the Saints pick super easy
because I love Yonze Pierre and Kalev Lubin respectfully.
I think they're both incredible talents in their own right.
I'm going to go Kalev Lubin
because he's been a little bit more productive
and he has a little bit more starting experience
under his belt.
So really good player.
Nonetheless, I don't mind it because at number 40,
whoever you don't take between Lubin and
Pierre, I'd send to Arizona.
The value is impeccable here.
Offensive tackle.
I'm not too bugged about it because the next picks at 41.
So we're going to go after Yonze Pierre edge rusher out
of Alabama at number 40 to help
out a pass rush.
Needy Cardinals 41.
The Washington Commanders took Charlie Becker
in round number one here in round number two.
I do like the idea of going interior.
Like, you go Trevor Lauk, you do have a tall quarterback,
you have a quality offensive lineman here
who is getting a ton of love,
really good blocker overall, very consistent,
has the tackle upside as well.
Not a bad player, actually.
He's just, again, he's taller.
I thought you said, I've always thought you were 6'7".
You know what?
And don't you dare try to be a little kid
and talk about 6'7 bullshit.
But we're going to go Trevor Lauk,
offensive lineman out of Iowa.
You have someone who can play tackle,
but also someone you can kick into guard
and feel perfectly comfortable with it.
Quality player.
I'm actually really happy with that.
42 for the Cardinals.
I want a true tackle here, and I've been going with him for a while.
Drew Azapar, he's a top 50 player on my board.
Right tackle out of Washington.
Some people want to push him down the board a little bit more.
I'm personally very happy with him here at 42.
34 and three quarter inch arms, a really strong build.
And now with a really solid young quarterback in CJ Carr,
I feel very comfortable with the position
you guys are in for the long run.
43, Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
First pick was Xavier Gilliam out of Tennessee.
We're going to go, I mean, honestly,
the problem with taking Nick Marsh here is.
I don't really think he works very well in this system.
Deuce Alexander kind of feels a little bit like a heavier Tez Johnson.
I don't really like the idea of going after a receiver for this team.
Wyatt Young could be coming out.
You know what?
Let's do it.
Wyatt Young will end up being a steal in the second round.
Could end up being as high as a first round pick.
I love him to death.
I mean, he's somebody who I have very, very high.
Um
Quality player, young player,
probably should transfer, make a ---- ton of money,
and then come out as a true first next year.
Number 44, Atlanta Falcons.
We end up going after QB with Darian Menza in round one.
I do think a long-term tackle is required.
Elijah Page has been fantastic this year.
Quality left tackle as a pass blocker.
you.
Needs to work on his run blocking, but honestly,
luckily you have a running back that can end up making up
for a little bit of a lackluster performance there.
Once again, Trevor Goosby considered returning in this mock draft.
So Elijah Page is the choice there at 44.
Dallas Cowboys at 45.
Offensive line, off the board. Sucks.
Wide receiver, Cam Coleman, was the first-round selection,
and I'm perfectly happy with that.
I know a lot of people want to get extra edge talent.
Devin Tompkins would basically give you back what you already had
in DeMarcus Lawrence.
And I think it's something that you guys are sadly, sorely missing.
And what's nice about it is that basically
Devin Tompkins could be Brandon Graham,
which is what Christian Parker
and Vic Fangio system is comfortable with.
We're going to get a day one talent there in Devin Tompkins,
defensive lineman out of Alabama.
Forty six Baltimore Ravens first pick Jordan Seaton
to play the interior of the offensive line
be long term left tackle sitting here at number forty six.
I don't mind going after some extra edge support,
some extra defensive interior talent.
There's not a spot that, in my opinion, it could go horribly wrong,
but I do like getting a future defensive back here.
I want to see basically where you guys are at long term corner wise.
Like I obviously love Nate Wiggins here.
I'm trying to see the right cornerback spot.
Where the hell is the right quarterback at?
Um,
OK, interesting.
So I guess we're not going to label it.
But regardless, I'm pretty sure, yeah, Chito's also up for a contract.
Let's go after DJ McKinney corner out of Notre Dame.
Could be a late first talent, but again, build on the secondary.
It's never a bad idea to get a stronger
secondary than what you already have.
Rams at 47.
This is a quick and easy one.
Nick Marsh is here.
I just regraded him.
He will be a top 50 player on my board.
I think he will end up being probably around the 40 spot.
Just not a deep separator,
really good short range movement would have been a dream pick.
Therefore, the Seahawks specifically feels
a lot like a Cooper Cup type.
But speaking of Cooper Cup team,
we have the Seattle Seahawks at 48 wide receivers possible.
Like I said, Amari Thomas actually is not a bad choice here.
He's a very consistent receiver.
He's actually five, ten and a half.
Like he's not six foot, but.
Very balanced receiver and has a knack for the football.
I haven't put him up in the second round yet,
but honestly, this is where the Seahawks kind of go after their guys.
I'm going to go Amari Thomas, wide receiver out of Houston there.
49, Las Vegas Raiders took Jackson Harris round number one.
Very happy with that.
I'm going to look at the defensive interior here,
and I'm going to take the shot on the super high ceiling,
Amari Washington, defensive interior out of Oregon.
330 pounds, freak first step,
just hasn't gotten better since last year, and he's due
for a drop on my board big time.
Just because I didn't love him last year,
I thought he kind of clicked a little bit
at the end, but then didn't maintain that momentum this year.
50, Cleveland Browns, Chambliss and Johnson, your first two selections.
You look at maybe offensive line here
for a developmental tackle, could always do that.
Some extra offensive line talent here as well.
I don't have Anthony Boswell comes to mind,
but I don't think that's a big one that you
need to target.
I'd actually be open to a home run hitting threat
and Kwon Lacey just going BPA.
Unfortunately, Judkins hasn't been 100% himself since the injury.
We're going to take a pot shot
at a very unique situation here, which is Kwon Lacey
joining Quinshon Judkins
two Ole Miss backs 51 Carolina Panthers interior offensive line.
The first selection.
I'd be very open to a corner here with the second.
If we do find one that we do like,
sad thing is I prefer to wait till round three.
Like I love Elijah Green.
He's not coming out, hasn't played this year.
Um, but you know, you can end up looking at Bakari Swain,
Elliot Washington, like Bo
Masco ended up having some really good showings,
but I just don't trust the value here.
So you could end up looking at left tackle.
I've already drafted interior off the line.
So none of these guys really appeal to me.
Uh, but tight end would trade as green kind of feels like the,
the instant fallout option,
really good receiving tight end provides
a solid receiver at six, seven to 40.
52, New England Patriots.
Kelly Jones was their first round selection.
Running to the linebacker room here.
Very good options across the board.
I'm going to go after more of the athlete here with Tony Rojas.
53, Green Bay Packers.
Again, I've been very into offensive line for them.
However, running backs also have been pretty cheeks.
I'm trying to see who I would end up going with because I'm...
Jacoby Williams is somebody who's getting a lot more love.
Explode.
Explosive.
Very good contact balance back.
Will be tough at his smaller frame,
which he looks a lot bigger than 185.
But again, 185, I did not know he was that light.
Isaac Brown could end up being one here as well.
He's an absolute stud.
I do know there's some people who I
who I am friends with who have Dwight Phillips,
the running back out of Georgia as high as a first round type of talent.
Great.
Crazy athlete, to say the least.
But.
I don't really like those options, personally.
I would prefer to just go after a quality offensive line play.
Jakarius Peek, when healthy, is a superstar.
Just, again, more of an interior offensive lineman.
That is the Packer way.
Quality offensive lineman to use wherever you want.
New York Giants sitting here at 54.
I think they could try to go for a home run hitting running back here.
This is where you could see an Isaac Brown sneak into the mix.
Apparently, they're just addicted to going after a running back.
They're trying to go after JT.
But.
I personally don't think that's a good idea.
It is what it is, but Deuce Alexander, you can pair him up perfectly.
You got neighbors, **** Darnell Mooney,
but sadly, Calvin Austin didn't end up working
out.
But then, of course, you end up having
Malachi Fields in that mix as well.
Deuce Alexander essentially would
be what Calvin Austin is to this team.
He needs to work on the drops, but overall,
he's a stud there for Ole Miss.
55, Kansas City, Deuce Alexander would have been great.
I'm going Ryan Coleman Williams here for him at 55.
Granted, you could say they don't really want a repeat of Hollywood,
not Hollywood Brown, but I guess similarly.
So Xavier Worthy, but Ryan Coleman Williams,
like when those guys hit, they did a really good job.
It's just the consistency, the frame, etc.
Ryan Coleman Williams when on the field is more of a game changer,
in my opinion, than Xavier Worthy was.
I did not like Xavier Worthy. Check the facts.
But yeah, Ryan Coleman Williams, I think would be a great weapon.
56 Cincinnati Bengals first pick KJ Bolden
a second selection here again not a fan of the
defensive backroom so we end up looking at some other options here
and again not not a huge fan
of the options overall um looking
at some expiring contracts here nothing nothing too crazy I just
wanted to take a quick peek I guess wide receiver
is an underrated one like I guess to be fair you
You guys have done a great job with Dante Myers.
Like that kid's doing a great job,
but it doesn't mean that you get to ignore that position.
I know a lot of you guys are clamoring
for some defensive interior talent though.
And I'm going to go Tavian Gadsden here,
defensive interior out of Kentucky.
Really good pass rusher.
Great situation for him to learn from Sexy Dexy.
You know, just boost the pass rushing upside of this team.
57, the Lions are sitting here.
First pick, Andrew Marshall.
Love the fact that your defensive backs
are starting to come back to the team.
I would be open to offensive line here.
To be fair, Nicky Prongos as a guard would be a little bit too tall.
I wouldn't be against it, but it is a little bit rough.
I do think that replacing long-term Christian
Mahogany wouldn't be the worst idea.
Fortunately, Cade Mays needs to get him back and healthy,
but it would definitely make sense
to at least look at a long-term option there.
I did forget about tight end being a big one.
You could end up seeing an early declarer here in D.J. Vaughn.
I've seen a lot of people put him as high as a first-round pick.
Same school, young player, dynamic.
Let's do it.
D.J. Vaughn, tight end, out of Iowa.
58, Jacksonville Jaguars.
Jalen McLean, the first selection.
Again, I tried to end up pushing a safety a little bit higher.
Defensive interior-wise, I do think that they'll try
to target somebody with higher floor.
It's going to be Bear Alexander here out of Oregon.
59, Chicago Bears.
I think that edge would not be a bad idea, but to be fair,
Jeffrey Simmons seems to have
been maximizing the edge core for this team.
You do need 6'5", 265. I am a big Will Held guy
for this team specifically.
I think he's an amazing, I mean amazing fit.
But let's try to see if we can feel out another option.
At the very minimum, let's check it out.
I do like the idea of going after
a high-ceiling player here in Anthony Knapp.
You look at the interior of the offensive line,
Logan Jones should be the successor to Bradbury,
but again, Joe Tooney, I don't trust the long-term chances of him
getting replaced with the current roster.
So, looking at the offensive line, again,
Nicky Prongo's a little bit too tall for that.
Uh, you know, trying to see if there's anybody down
the line that just hasn't been graded
yet.
Anthony Donko has been really solid this year.
You know what?
Let's go after him.
Anthony Donko tackle out of Penn State, move him to guard.
I have some people who I know
who have him as high as the first round, but toss in a
high quality, high upside guard there with a lot
of experience to 60 for the Pittsburgh
Steelers.
If they're sitting here at number 60, I don't think they would pass up.
I mean, again, I ended up saying Dante Morris returning, so he will.
But if Dante Morris somehow is there, I think they pull the trigger.
So I think we got to go after defensive back here.
Went after a wide receiver.
Let's go after a DB.
Jelani McDonald's a great Ty.
Benefield's great.
We're going to go after Jelani McDonald in this simulation.
61, Denver Broncos, they get Zerway Williams round number one.
I like going after a good linebacker value here in round number two.
Some very good linebackers across the board,
but I do want to have somebody who is very
well balanced and rehearsed.
That's going to be Kingston Viliamu Asa, linebacker out of Notre Dame.
Number 62, Minnesota Vikings took Jaden Baugh in round number one.
I don't think that it's off the board to go looking
at the interior of the offensive line here.
And if you end up looking at the options that you do have,
interior offensive line, center, I don't trust,
especially with Brendel's contract being up.
Trevor Keegan was just released from the team, but Wilfrey's not great.
At all, I expect that Donovan Jackson will come
in and end up providing help at one
of those spots, but let's end up finding help at the other.
We're going Carter Smith, left tackle out of Indiana,
who is going to be moved to the
interior of the offensive line.
63 San Francisco 49ers.
Let's make this easy.
High quality edge will help is still here.
We're pulling.
Well, actually, no, excuse me.
We have a Raheem Morris defense now.
Let's go after a different archetype of edge in the same realm.
Prince William Van Mielen out of LSU.
You want to look at his stats.
The dude's been killing it this year, already eight and a half sacks.
Very consistent player.
Last but not least,
we have the Bills sitting here at 64, round one, KJ Duff.
I want to get a high upside defensive back pick here,
and let's get after Ty Benefield,
linebacker, excuse me, safety out of LSU,
and that is going to be the draft.
Thank you guys so much for watching.
Showing the love you always do.
I'll see you later.
Peace.
