Lindsay Clancy is back in court for hearing about future of her criminal case

Clancy pleaded not guilty in the deaths of her three children in 2023.
Lindsay Clancy is back in court this morning as her lawyer is making
a bid to dismiss charges that she killed her three young children.
This hearing is the second time the Massachusetts mother has been
in court since her trial ended with a deadlocked jury in September.
Prosecutors have yet to announce whether they plan to retry Clancy.
They could choose to retry
her on first degree murder charges or pursue
lesser charges. Clancy's lawyer argued she
had postpartum psychosis and was unable to
control her behavior when she allegedly killed her children in 2023.
