The far left Houston district attorney's office on Friday charged an ICE agent who struck a Mexican illegal alien with his vehicle with one felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Ladies and gentlemen, that's going to be a Class A felony. The federal agent, Mario Alberto Morales, was driving an unmarked vehicle when he struck a Mexican construction worker who stepped in front of the car earlier this month. I said Morales was in pursuit of Perez Hernandez, who was fleeing on foot when he stepped in front of the vehicle. Hernandez did suffer a broken leg. The Harris County attorney said that Mario Alberto Morales was behind the wheel of an unmarked black vehicle on October 10th when it struck. Miguel Perez Hernandez, 48, was running away. Perez Hernandez was later placed in custody. The case in Houston was brought by District Attorney Sean Teer, a far-left liberal Democrat. Who is also investigating the fatal shooting of a Mexican home builder in July that set off protests in the nation's fourth largest city. Houston, Texas is filled with millions of illegal aliens that haven't been properly vetted and you can find a bunch of them on all the construction sites around the city. Remember. If you hire these illegal aliens, well, you're also committing a crime. They need to start putting the owners of these construction companies in jail, period. No jobs equals, well, no more illegal immigration. But if these construction owners continue to hire illegal aliens because they can get them for less than minimum wage, well...
