The 2026 midterms enter the final stretch
this weekend with control of Congress on the line.
Most polls predict Democrats will win the House,
but the Senate remains too close to call and it
could all come down to six key races.
Fox's Rebecca Castor has more on the battleground races.
If the Democrats win the midterms, they will burn it all down.
The corruption of this administration,
we are here to say, will not be rewarded.
There will be a consequence.
It's the final sprint to Election Day,
and both parties are making their closing pitch to voters.
In the last month, President Trump has made about 28 campaign stops,
and today he heads to Florida
to make sure Republicans show up on Tuesday.
We're going to have a strong Tuesday night. That's my opinion.
But historically, the party
in power doesn't perform well in the midterms.
Republicans are up against a frustrated electorate,
with many voters feeling negatively about the economy and war in Iran.
Groceries are getting really expensive.
The gas prices are higher. Food prices are higher.
People want change.
Democrats have momentum and are projected to win the House next week.
But all eyes are on the Senate, with six states positioned to determine
which party controls the chamber.
One of those is Iowa, where President Trump initially called off
a planned weekend rally.
But Fox News is now told he'll make back-to-back stops there
and in Kansas, in addition to 20 tele-rallies.
His efforts during this midterm election has been unprecedented.
Our energy is high, our voters are enthusiastic,
and we're closing very strong.
Early voting is also a big part of these midterms,
with more than 43 million Americans casting their ballots so far.
