Pineapples have exceptional juiciness and a vibrant tropical flavor that balances the tastes of sweet and tart. Pineapple is very low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Fiber and a very good source of Vitamin C and Manganese. Kale is now classified as a wonder food containing array of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and other nutrients. Kale is especially high in vitamin K for healthy blood and bones, proper brain function and reducing inflammation throughout your body. I definitely could have added a lot of other different things to this pineapple.
Hello from Thailand!
A lot of people asked me on Facebook how
to make healthy smoothies that taste really good as well.
Well guys, I have some really good news.
For the next 7 days I'll be sharing
with you my favourites in this mini-series.
I have been asked a lot how do I stay so slim
and in shape whilst eating all this naughty food I post on my channel.
Well guys, I don't really have a secret at all.
I eat healthy most of the time and I
have these smoothies every morning for breakfast
because it's very very filling, it's very
delicious and super nutritious.
They only contain about 250 to 350 calories and it keeps
me going until the lunch time.
I really hope you try my recipes and they will help you
shed those unwanted pounds like it does for me.
Today I'll be showing you my favorite smoothie.
It's a pineapple, coconut and kale smoothie.
We only need three ingredients.
Pineapple, a bit of kale and some coconut milk.
We're only going to be using half of pineapple
and today I'll show you what's the best way to cut it.
Pineapple is very low in saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium.
It is also a good source of fiber
and a very good source of vitamin C and manganese.
Kale is now classified as a wonder food containing a range of vitamins,
minerals, antioxidants and
other nutrients.
Kale is especially high in vitamin K for healthy blood and bones,
proper brain function and
reducing inflammation throughout your body.
Once you've prepped all your ingredients,
the next thing you need to get a blender
and the first thing we're going to put in there is pineapple.
If you noticed, I didn't cut the core out
because it's got a lot of vitamins and nutrients in there.
If you don't like it, of course, cut it out.
Also, I keep a little tip. I keep my pineapple and coconut
in the fridge so that it's very cold and you don't have to add any ice.
First of all, we're going to blend our pineapple with coconut milk.
Now we
add
our
kale.
So here we go. Delicious smoothie.
Mmm.
Oh wow, you can really taste these tropical flavours,
you can taste the pineapple and
coconut blended together.
You can't really taste the kale at all,
so don't you worry, it's a really really good
way to get your greens into your daily intake.
Guys thank you so much for staying with me
in my kitchen, I really hope you enjoyed my
video, give me a thumbs up if you did,
please subscribe to my channel and I'll see you tomorrow
for the next smoothie.
Bye!
