It's time for the Good Day D.C. edition of Celebrity Family Feud.
And here's your host, Steve Harvey.
Harvey!
I tell you what! I tell you what!
I tell you guys,
welcome to Good Day D.C. edition of Celebrity Family Feud.
I'm your man, Steve Harvey, and I tell you,
we're going to have a good show today.
Today, we're rolling out the red carpet
for some of the most unforgettable characters
from your favorite movies and your popular TV shows.
I got to tell you, one of them shows, well,
they left the light on, but Ain't Nobody Home.
We got fashion icons, a time traveler, a fighter pilot.
We can't even forget about that lawyer, by the way.
And one woman who was dangerously obsessed with puppies.
So, let's meet our contestant studio audience.
Y'all ready?
Yeah, some would say that audience is tougher than a $2 steak.
Let's get to it, y'all.
Coming up first, he's smart, he's awkward, but he's got the glasses.
And he's been asking the same question for, you get it, some 35 years.
Please welcome Steve Urkel to Family Feud.
Now,
Steve.
Hi.
Steve Urkel, you've got to watch it now.
I ain't seen you since you were knee-high to a grasshopper.
I have, and I...
Steve, it's been some 35 years since the movie.
Oh, this is...
Let's see it.
Come on, let's do that.
I'm breaking it down.
Steve, how's the family been doing with you?
Oh, they're doing good.
Have you seen Lorde?
We're going to have you stay right there, Steve.
Our next celebrity contestant is coming right out of the danger zone.
Another man with sunglasses, but I got to tell you, he a bit cooler.
He's got the leather jacket, the motorcycle.
Welcome Maverick from Top Gun.
It's not Steve Harvey, my favorite host of the Celebrity Feud.
You know why you are my favorite Family Feud host?
Why is that, Maverick?
Because you're dangerous, Steve.
You're dangerous.
I like that.
I said I was dangerous, but you're dangerous.
I got to tell you yet again,
I don't have time to explain to you what you just said,
nor do I have the crowns to do so.
Maverick, how you been?
I'm doing fantastic.
I just flew in here to see you today.
This is fantastic.
This is beautiful.
This is beautiful.
arena that you have. This is a beautiful
game show setting that you have.
This is a beautiful mustache that you have.
This is, God bless America, this is
absolutely beautiful.
Compliments is how I get you there. How we gonna do this,
Maverick? We are gonna do this
the biggest, most fantastic,
over-the-top
USA Way Possible.
We are going to fly right through the danger zone,
and we're going to bring you the best Halloween celebrity family feud.
That's right.
What you got a need for?
You know what I got a need for, Steve?
What's that?
You know what I got a need for.
Say it with me.
I got a need for speed.
That's right, Maverick, you're going to take it going on over there.
All right, our next guest, these next two,
well, yes, they are beautiful.
They are fashionable, and they got the attitude.
They are truly clueless, straight out of Beverly Hills.
It's Cher and Dion.
Hey, Dee, did you get your report card?
I totally choked.
My father's going to go ballistic on me.
How'd you do?
I'm toast.
Mr. Hall was way harsh.
He gave me a C-.
Oh, my goodness.
I got a C, too.
That's going to drag down my entire average.
Well, what am I going to do?
I don't know.
Wait, wait, wait.
A little lipstick on your teeth.
Oh, my goodness.
I'm totally bugging.
The traffic here in the DMV has me going absolutely...
postal. You know, my driving instructor specifically told me
to avoid major roads like the inner loop
while I'm wearing 4-inch Mary Jane platforms.
Cher, what do you mean driving? Did
you finally pass your driver's test?
Well, not quite.
Hi.
Cher, you can really hurt someone out there.
I saw you run that stop sign in Bethesda earlier.
As if! It was so not my fault. I totally paused.
By the way, this does not look like Rodeo Drive.
Where are we?
Are we on Family Feud?
Not us being on national television?
Okay, how's my hair?
Total better.
How's the hat?
Looking great, as always.
But him, interesting choice.
I'll tell you what, ladies, you're going to come on down here.
We're going to play the Family Feud.
Good to see you, ladies.
Mr. Harvey.
That's right.
Mr. Steve Harvey.
What in tarnation do we have here?
Gee, are you thinking what I'm thinking?
Yeah.
Oh, my God!
Okay, what are we going to do?
Ooh, that's a full Monet right there.
Yeah, ladies, we weren't doing it hard.
Looks really good far away, but close up a big mess.
The stash.
You know what?
Let's start with the stash.
Good idea.
We can fix that.
Good call.
Ladies, I'm going to need you to take a seat
and, or in this case, take a stand.
We'll get to you in just a minute.
Good to see you.
They definitely clueless.
I'm down.
Let's go shopping.
Are y'all going to win?
Yes, we are.
Obviously, Guy.
Don't be so harsh.
Okay.
Our next celebrity contestant has had one heck of a journey.
He fought the Trojan War, outsmarted Cyclops,
survived the wrath of the gods, and, well,
dear God, after a thousand years, he has finally arrived in our studio.
From the journey of Odyssey and the king of Ithaca,
the man who just wants to get home,
please welcome Odysseus.
Steve.
Come on, y'all.
Steve, it has been quite the journey.
It has been quite the journey.
Let me, let me, it's so nice to meet you, by the way.
Good to hear, Sue.
Back in our day, we didn't, we didn't have undergarments,
so I won't show you what's underneath there.
But I wanted to say to you quickly,
many of you probably saw the movie, The Island of Sirens.
That's right.
Well, behind the scenes, I stopped there for a few.
It really, it really wasn't that bad.
Oh, okay.
Yeah.
And what ended up happening there, Odysseus?
Well, I'll tell you about that after the show.
Okay, this will be about one shot.
I've got to continue on here.
I've got a, well, I've got a water fight.
I appreciate it.
Odysseus is about one fry short of a happy meal.
Deal.
Ha ha ha!
All right, keep your friends close and welcome our next celebrity.
She's the original fashion villain, the queen of black and white.
She has never met a fur coat she didn't love.
And when she walks into the room,
everybody checks to make sure their pets are accounted for.
Yes, ladies and gentlemen, please welcome.
Cruella De Vil.
Cruella De Vil.
Cruella De Vil.
I'll go myself.
No surprise they're not listening to me.
Cruella De Vil, I can about pronounce your name just like I left
the porch light on, but ain't nobody home.
Good to see you.
How are you?
I'm doing just fine, and you?
Oh, fabulous, darling.
Are we excited to get the game going?
What happened to the little doggie out there?
Oh, never listen to me, right?
That's why we have a fur coat on.
Oh, it's 75 degrees outside Cruella De Vil.
It's so cold in this studio.
I couldn't help it.
So how about you just take a seat
and we'll get started in just a second
because I've got to tell you that fur
coat is going to make me allergic.
How's that over there?
That's just fine.
Our next celebrity knows fashion.
She's smart and she knows the law.
And, well, can I say she made it all the way to Harvard Law
and reminds us to never underestimate a woman in pink.
Please welcome Legally Blonde.
Yes, this is the one and only, Elle Woods.
Hi!
I think I need to minus the extra Elle and just say good to see you.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha!
Good to see you.
This is Bruiser, of course, aka Bruiser.
Nobody told you, Elle, I happen to be allergic to dogs.
I'm not sure we're going to be able to have you as a contestant.
We'll just take a step over this way.
Just please don't put me on Cruella's team.
Oh, my gosh.
You're looking pretty in pink, by the way.
Thank you.
I don't know if you know, but I aced the history of polka dots.
And I went to Harvard Law, so I feel I'm pretty good at this game.
As you should.
We're going to keep it moving because,
yet again, I feel the highs coming on.
Have mercy!
I will head over there.
Get ready to rock out because the coolest uncle on TV is here.
Yes, if you love TV, then you love this man.
You know him as the leather jacket-wearing,
hair-flipping, Elvis-loving Uncle Jesse from Full House.
And today, he's bringing that same rock-and-roll attitude.
Come on up, Uncle Jesse.
Have mercy.
Have mercy.
Have mercy.
Have mercy is right.
Steve, thanks so much for having me, my man,
when I'm not hanging out in my brother-in-law's attic
making music in the basement,
hanging out with my twins, Nicky and Alex,
my nieces, Stephanie, DJ, and Michelle,
my band, The Rippers,
touring with the Beach Boys.
I'm so happy to be here with you.
I can tell you, Uncle Jesse, you're so cool,
you could make a preacher curse.
Ho ho ho ho!
Good to see you, Uncle Jesse.
Good to see you.
Just do me one favor.
Not the hair.
Not the hair.
We'd absolutely love the hair.
Jesse, go ahead and take your stand over there.
You're ready to play a little family feud.
We're going to wrap it up when he started out in West Philadelphia,
born and raised.
Maybe I have a rap coming out album soon to see you.
Yes, the one day his whole life got flipped, turned upside down,
and ended up in one of the finest zip codes
and television mansion in Bel Air.
There.
Welcome to Prince of Bel Air, Will Smith.
In West Philadelphia, born and raised.
And raised on the playground is where I spend most of my days.
Steve, bro, we got to go out here
and get some of these slimmies, brother.
We'll see what we can do out here.
You want to go get some slimmies?
Let's go get some slimmies.
You know what I'm saying?
Back in my day, we didn't call them slimmies.
We called them beautiful young ladies.
Oh, no, no, no.
We'll get some of them slimmies,
go out there and see what we can do, you know?
We're going to make a real slam.
Will Smith, Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, go ahead and take your seat.
Ladies and gentlemen, we are going to play the feud.
We are just getting started.
Let's get it underway.
Good day, D.C., Halloween, the Family Feud game coming up next.
We'll be right back.
Oh my God.
Welcome
back.
Are you all ready to play the feud?
Let me in.
Let's play the feud.
It's about to heat up as our favorite character
is battling out for bragging rights.
We have Team Maverick versus Team Odysseus.
Give me Maverick.
Give me Odysseus.
Let's go, guys.
Let's go, Maverick.
I have a question.
How old is this guy?
Too old for us to talk about.
Put your hands on the table.
We don't want to know.
So here's what's going to happen.
I'm going to pose a question.
With that question, you're all going to have to answer it.
You're going to get two tries as we go back to each side.
You mess up, the other side has an opportunity to win.
Everybody ready to play?
Let me hear you say your name.
Let's do it.
Question number one.
What is the top DMV sport?
Now, Odysseus, you've got to wait there.
But since you go ahead and.
He gets a head start because he's so old.
The question is, what is the top DMV sports team?
Washington Capitals.
Well, I can only think of one team
that it should be the Washington Commanders.
That is our top answer.
Let me get number one.
I'll take it you want to play.
You're supposed to say pass or play, but we're going to come over here.
No, we're going to play.
Okay, we're going to see how clueless you really are.
So in this case, we're talking about the top DMV sports team.
Okay, Capitals.
She said the Capitals?
Yes!
Let me see the Capitals!
Okay, somebody said that I do that.
In this case, she just dropped the cell phone.
You done did that.
Yeah.
What is the top DMV sports team?
I'm going to go with the Wizards.
Let me see the Wizards!
I want you to think about this,
Uncle Jesse, and I'm going to tell you why.
Because if you get this wrong, the other team is going
to have the opportunity to walk away with this victory.
Uncle Jesse, what you got when we're
talking about the top DMV sports teams?
I'm going to go baseball on this one.
I'm going Washington Nationals.
Let me see Washington Nationals.
All right, Odysseus.
I think you got one more.
I'm going to run a little.
All right.
You know, I naturally want to go with some next team.
I'm going to do it so much so that I think
y'all don't want this first round.
How about that, y'all?
Yes!
Yeah!
All right.
I've got to tell you guys,
you're going to have to work a little bit harder on this, okay?
All right, make sure this happens.
In my job, we don't jump the gun.
One.
Two.
We are top gun.
Not jump the gun.
That over there is team jump the gun.
And we'll make this work out.
Can I get Cher and Dionne, come on down.
Let's get y'all up here and get it on there.
Ladies, y'all ready to do this?
Yes.
I was born ready, Mr. Harvey.
Okay, can we get the question number two up on there for us, please?
All right, thank you very much.
This is question number two.
In this case, we're talking about which DMV suburb county is top.
To be fair, Steve, my body.
We pressed it and it didn't go off.
I was ready.
You don't have to blame that on the producer.
I just worked here.
Don't do that because you're clueless.
That is so harsh, Neon.
I love you, Cher.
But wait a minute.
Okay, ladies,
we're going to have to be clueless later and talk about this.
I need to get to this.
In the actual DMV Suburb County, top is?
Top is, I'm going to say Montgomery County.
We got Montgomery County as number one.
Let's go on and play the fuse.
Population.
Sing.
Thank you.
All right.
Good, Cher.
Who held the bill?
We talking about counties here.
In this case, DMV Suburb County, that happens to be the top.
What say you?
I will go with Fairfax County.
Let me see Fairfax County up there.
That's number two.
All right, Ms. Woods,
what are we thinking here when it comes to the top DMV Suburb County
in this DMV area?
Try Maryland.
PG County.
Prince George's County.
Prince George's County.
That's number two.
All right, born and raised in, well, West Philadelphia,
but we're going to take it back to the DMV.
All right.
What say you is the DMV suburb county?
Well, Uncle Steve, I was thinking about where I took my honeys
the last time that I was out there,
and I had to go all the way out there to Loudoun County
so that nobody else didn't see me.
Let me see.
Loudoun County.
Now, team, now, team, they got one more chance.
If you get this wrong, then the other team has an opportunity to steal.
Now, Maverick, I know you're flowing all over the world.
Can you fly here into the DMV and get this right?
The DMV suburb county top is?
I'm going to fly into northern Virginia,
and I'm going to fly down to represent Prince William County.
Let me see Prince William County.
That's what I call making it happen.
Last but not least.
Okay.
Do you think you can make this happen?
I think I can.
Are you going to represent for the DMV?
I'm going to try.
The top DMV suburb county is?
You got five seconds.
Two, one.
No, Anne Arundel County.
What county?
Anne Arundel County.
It's funny.
It's funny.
Okay, guys, this is the big time in order to steal.
This is the one time you can actually steal.
Are we going to steal it or are we going to move on?
We got to figure it out.
But I'm Steve Harvey.
I'll make the rules.
They're going to, they done lost and they all done won.
We're going to move on.
He won?
Yes.
Oh, my God.
He won, he said.
Did they even guess?
It's a great game.
It's called the short version.
I'm the Q.
I'm the family.
I'm the dad.
Let's move on.
Okay, Erica.
What's the worst thing about?
I'll tell you in just a minute when I get my next two contestants.
Come on down.
Let's go.
Let's go.
Oh, it's you.
I need you to make sure you don't knock over my booth there.
Okay.
Yeah.
Oh, well, I can't smoke.
That's a good rule here.
Perfect.
Are we ready for this?
Sure.
What's the worst thing about driving in the DMV?
Yet again, you done did that, Urkel.
Okay.
Let me get...
Track!
No, that's two answers.
That's my job.
What we got here?
Let me get...
Let me can't drive.
People can't drive.
Play or pass?
No, no.
No, that's not necessarily how it works.
I get two of these to go.
That's not necessarily how it works.
No, I go.
We now have a disruption in my family feud.
No, I'm sure that I get to go.
It is truly a feud.
But if you want to go, you're going to have to wait one second.
Can we play?
We can play.
You play or pass?
We want to play.
You got to wait there one second later.
Uncle Steve.
I tell you, this crew here, boy, by the audience,
you got to get as tough as a $2 steak.
All right.
You start down here.
You start right here.
There you go, down there.
I'll tell you, they done discombobulated me
and everything else.
So what's the worst thing about driving in the DMV there?
I'm going to go with the traffic, Stephen.
Let me get traffic down here
to you good old Odysseus.
All right, worst thing about driving in the DMV.
You got about 20 seconds before we go on the break.
Construction, Steve, construction.
Let me get construction.
Come on, let's get it before we go on the break.
We got 10 seconds, 9, 8.
The question is, the worst thing about driving in the DMV?
Parking.
Let me get parking.
Family Feud, and this is how we do it, ladies and gentlemen.
Oh, it's a Family Feud, all right.
This is on Good Day, D.C.
We'll be right back.
That's what I call
a knee slapper right there.
Welcome back to the Family Feud.
I'm your host, Steve Harvey.
Let's get right to it.
Okay, we got Team Odysseus.
It's Team Maverick.
To my understanding, Team Odysseus is winning right now.
Two to one.
Let me get my next two contestants.
Come on down.
Let's go, Al.
Let's go, Al.
Let's go, Al.
Bring it on.
Here we go.
We got less than two minutes, so I got to put it to you real quick.
In this case, which road is the worst to drive on?
All right, Em, you done made it real quick,
and you know a lot about traffic, I would argue.
What say you?
Well, I don't think any of the roads here are hard to drive on,
but if I had to pick one, it would be the Beltway.
Let me get the Beltway!
That's right!
Hey, we got a plan.
Yeah.
We're playing now.
We're playing, Uncle Steve.
What road happens to be the worst to drive on,
but, well, your success, you fly it everywhere.
That's right.
That's right.
I'm going with 270, Uncle Steve.
Let me get 270.
Yeah.
All right, Maverick, I don't see you on that motorcycle before.
I'll take that motorcycle, but I'd like to take the jet even more.
As a matter of fact, it's almost time for me to fly.
Oh, so I'm going to pose a question to you.
What road is the worst to drive on?
I am going to put the number two answer up
on the board right now with I-66.
Let me get I-66.
All right, we're getting down to the last one.
What road happens to be the worst to drive on?
Ninety-five.
Let me get ninety-five.
Up there?
This is it.
This is it.
This gives you the opportunity to steal and win the game.
Okay.
I'll tell you what.
You know what we're going to do?
We're going to play one more because I know I got time.
Okay.
We want to do it.
I'm going to come on back here and I got to tell you,
my producer got more nerve than a two-faced.
Y'all get together now and tell me what y'all going to do.
You ready?
We're going to play.
You ready?
I'm ready.
My driving instructor.
The question is, which road is the worst to drive on?
B.W. Parkway.
Time!
Let me get it for the game.
B.W. Parkway.
On the side is what we call a tie,
ladies and gentlemen.
Yeah!
Yeah!
Yeah!
We're going to bring in Alex Trebek and go ahead and present the,
well, I guess the tie to both sides.
Can we show us?
Yeah, here we go.
Here we go.
Guys, I got to tell you, this went over like
a few more wrestlers on a seesaw.
Wait, we have a winner?
What is more candy?
Ladies and gentlemen, this is what we call Family Q.
Can I see what's up there?
As if.
I can make a rematch.
This is how we do it right here on Good Day DC.
It's the Family Q with Steve Harvey.
I love a little mystery.
A cute outfit, of course.
A great accessory.
But it was slimy, squishy things in a bowl.
So that's why I have Steve, Annie Mae,
and Tucker, or Odysseus, Cruella, and Maverick,
obviously, to find out what's hiding inside of these.
And they're doing it blindfolded.
OK.
Put your blindfolds on.
They are not enough designer handbags
or hand sanitizer in the world for this for me,
but I'm going to let you guys. So I would never,
but I'm so excited to watch. So Maverick,
you go first. What am I doing here? Yeah. Okay.
You have to guess what. Whoa. Oh, that's easy.
That's a cauliflower, broccoli, cauliflower.
Well, it's supposed to be brains, but yes,
it's broccoli.
Broccoli. Broccoli, you got it right, yay!
Okay, next one.
This is teeth, but you tell me what it is.
Oh, that's slimy.
Wait a minute.
You're cheating.
Wait.
This is...
He can't see anyway.
I can't see.
This is popcorn teeth.
It's popcorn and teeth, but yes, that works.
Okay, good job, Maverick.
Good job, Maverick.
No, I don't want it.
Okay, Odysseus, you got a little bit of a head start.
What are you putting your hands in over here?
That is so gross, whatever it is.
Hang on, where's your face?
Oh, my God.
Wait, that is...
That's yogurt.
Is that your final answer?
Smells like yogurt.
Smell it.
I think it's mayonnaise.
Lick it.
Oh, I don't know what that is.
Wait, did I smell that last week?
Do you want to taste it?
No.
Okay.
Do you want to taste it?
No, I have no idea.
What is it?
Just tell me.
It's ketchup.
Oh, it's ketchup.
Oh, it's so gross.
Okay, this is finger bones, but you tell me.
Uh, these are little pickles you can smell.
I smell.
No, I don't know.
I have no clue what they are.
What are they?
Final answer?
Little cucumbers.
It's their carrots.
Should I just throw a carrot at you?
Okay, Maverick's winning.
Odysseus wasn't alive when these happened, so it's fine.
We'll move on to Cruella DeVille.
She's got some spooky dogs over here.
Of course she would.
Okay, Cruella, you're going to put your hand in the heart right here.
Oh, what is that?
It's not as cold as your heart, but nonetheless.
What did you put on this?
Is this an egg?
What is that?
Is that a tomato with something on it?
Yes, what's on it?
Ketchup.
Good job. Perfect. Great. Wait, you gave him and me ketchup.
Yeah, but yours had a tomato on it. Okay. This is a liver. Oh gosh.
All the way in. That's jello for sure. It is. It is. Okay.
So Odysseus completely lost. Maverick and Cruella absolutely nailed it.
You guys can take off your blindfolds now.
Now I catch up on my hands.
Here's some napkins for you.
Oh, wow, that really is ketchup.
You lost this one, that's nasty.
That's supposed to be blood, I guess, huh?
Yeah, good thing you didn't put that on your face.
You sure you don't want the brains?
Now what are we talking about for the next minute?
It smells like ketchup.
Oh, my goodness.
Okay, how bad was that, though?
Not too bad, right?
I called the experience unpleasant, for sure.
Yeah.
Yeah, I would call that something I don't need to do every day.
Okay, let's talk about the devil dog that's below me.
Your dog might...
I think your dog felt something like that before.
Feel that.
Oh, my gosh.
Oh, my gosh.
Oh, what is this?
Have a little for your catch-up.
Why are you doing that?
Hello, get your dog under control, will you ma'am? I know, sorry.
This is actually the tomato. It feels like silicone implants.
Oh, okay.
On that note, we're going to go now.
This is the right thing.
Oh, my goodness gracious.
So clueless. Wow. What can I say?
Okay. All right. We've got some cupcakes, guys.
Oh, all right. Cupcakes.
Taylor Exiton, owner of Taylor's Cake Place.
You've got some really fun jumbo cupcakes for us today.
Definitely.
So what do we have?
What flavors?
Yeah, so I have Spooky Marshmallow,
then I have Chocolate Mummy,
then I have Chocolate Googly Eye Monster right here.
Cool.
We definitely got the good station here.
It's a good station we got here.
I know, for Jesse, yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So what are the flavors for each of them?
Oh, yeah, so this is just a chocolate.
They're all chocolate-based cupcakes.
So there's chocolate,
and I just did some decorations on top.
Vanilla buttercream.
This has a toasted marshmallow and sprinkles.
This is sugar with vanilla buttercream.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And then we have here, this is vanilla buttercream,
and I just have googly eyes on top.
Wow.
It's my dream.
Okay, let's have some fun with that.
I mean, this seems perfect if you have kids at home,
two twins and three nieces in a full house, for example,
and you need to keep them busy right around Halloween.
Exactly, it's really fun and easy to do.
So we have the googly eyes right here.
Yes.
You just take the piping bag and do something similar to this.
Just draw little lines on it and put the eyes on top.
Okay.
Yeah, walk us through it.
It is.
Yeah, I've never, I've never, I've never piped in a...
Come on, Will.
You got this, Will.
Y'all got it.
See?
Y'all are pros.
I've piped a cupcake a couple of times in my life.
There we go.
All right, there we go.
How are we doing, Taylor?
Y'all doing good.
Keep going.
Oh, yeah.
Get into your mummy.
Not me.
Now, Taylor's Cake Place, you guys are really unique in the sense,
obviously, you offer jumbo cupcakes.
Yep.
But also, you change the menu pretty frequently.
Yeah, so every month there's a new menu.
I typically release it the first week of every month.
I think it's just something different.
It goes with the seasons, with the holidays going in,
and just something that I'm feeling at the time when I feel inspired.
What's the craziest flavor you've ever come up with?
Because you do some really unique infusions.
I think the craziest one I came up with has,
It used to be chocolate, caramel, brookie.
So that was caramel on the inside and a chocolate cupcake.
Then I had a brookie on top.
So that was definitely a favorite.
And Biscoff, of course, everyone loves Biscoff.
Oh yeah.
You had a one on top?
I love these eyes.
I love these eyes, okay.
This is a true monster.
Come on now.
It is a monster.
It was good, though.
Y'all did good.
I'm not going to dig her.
No, I didn't want to.
I don't want to do it.
Yes, you have to.
That'd be a lot.
That's a little graphic.
Here.
Okay. Straight, straight into, yeah.
Yeah.
You know what?
Okay. Come on now.
You got it.
Hey, hey,
hey, hey.
Okay.
We got the French vanilla over here.
You, what?
Yeah, come on now.
Let's go.
It's been a while.
Yes.
Excellent, excellent.
So we like to have some fun around here.
Of course, that's always fun.
These are so cool.
Okay, so for anyone at home, I guess,
where do you get your inspiration from?
How do you come up with so many different flavors
and so many different fun ways, like you said, Chris,
to keep everyone busy?
To keep everyone busy.
Yeah, so definitely, I guess just walking around outside,
I'll get inspired by different things.
Definitely my nails, like my nails definitely inspire me.
I always get fun designs and I'm like,
oh, what about a cupcake like this?
So, yeah, if I see, like, treats in the stores and anything like that,
I'm like, I'm gonna make a cupcake out of that.
I love it.
Thank you.
I love it.
Love the cupcakes.
I need to get more of them.
Where can we find you?
Yeah, so you can find me online, taylorscakeplace.com,
and then also you can go on my Instagram, at taylorscakeplace.
All right, love it.
Taylor, thanks for coming back through.
Let's swipe one of these cupcakes.
Stop playing, eat a cupcake.
Yep.
How about that?
Yep.
We're back after this.
Happy Halloween, everybody.
There you go.
There's Cruella and the DJ bringing us some great music today
on our Fox 5 Halloween Spooktacular.
But as you can see from the setup here, we cannot do this without
our friends each and every year that help us out.
for Markov's Haunted Forest, Paul, Dave,
you guys knock it out of the park each and every year.
We are so eternally grateful to you, and we so appreciate it so much.
But that being said, how's the forest this year?
It's fantastic.
We're sold out pretty much every night except for next weekend.
So we've got tickets available for next weekend, Friday and Saturday.
There's an opening there.
Dave, this is the first year, perhaps,
that you have not snuck up on us from behind and scared us somehow.
I know. I know.
We got her really good with that demon dog.
I don't know if you saw it earlier on camera.
I saw the demon dog.
So, yeah, we have a couple of the eggs that we've been working on.
Talk a little bit about this,
and we'll use the demon dog as an example,
the evolution of scares throughout the years.
Yes, everybody talks about, like, technology
and how we introduce technology in The Haunt,
and that is one of them.
You know, an animatronic.
We know it's got its limited range, and this can only go so far.
This is like an animatronic off the leash, and it is terrifying.
Guys, we've got less than a minute.
Paul, you've been doing this forever.
Forever.
Starting to show it.
No, I'm kidding you.
Come on now, Greybeard.
Is it getting more fun every year?
Absolutely.
We look forward to this every year, especially coming to see you guys.
I mean, thank you for the opportunity to come and do the set.
It's just fantastic.
What a great morning show, by the way.
Loved it.
Thank you, Paul. I appreciate it. And like Paul said,
maybe some openings coming up this weekend for Markov's Haunted Forest.
Here's the deal. And next weekend as well.
He's not nearly as old as he looks, we'll tell you that.
But he's got a throne, and we're going to see what's happening.
Is it working? I don't even know.
With that, Makia, you may be the sole survivor.
Wait, can you see my skirt? Okay, I'm done.
I'm done.
Oh my goodness.
I don't know.
Well, Deanna.
Cher, what is he doing?
Do you think he needs a makeover, too?
We can't take him, probably.
Absolutely.
We'll discuss later.
But you guys know that we love a good outfit,
hair, makeup, always a finishing touch.
Always.
And for that, we had to bring in the pros,
Mika Corum doing makeup and Shanti Walker
behind the hair and the wigs
and all of the fabulous looks that you saw.
Guys, welcome.
Thank you for having us.
Your work is amazing.
Let's start with you, Shanti.
We noticed that Marissa's look today is Steve Urkel in the wig
and just the whole look.
She really brought it to life, too.
with your help.
Thank you so much.
Talk about that process.
Well, you know, I was so excited
when they called me to come back again.
This is my fourth time doing the Halloween edition,
so this is very, very exciting.
Last year, I did an Arsenio Hall for Guy,
and so I got called back in again this year
to create a look for Steve Urkel,
and it was an amazing opportunity, and I'm so glad that
you guys called me back again.
It came out great, and Marissa really did a good thing.
Don't forget Shaboosie, too.
That was a couple years ago.
Oh, yeah, Shaboosie.
Yes, indeed.
Nika helped me with my hair and makeup
Last year when I was Cher as well, and you guys are always fantastic.
Where can people reach out to you
if they want their own full transformation?
Well, for me, like you said, last year I did hair,
and I'm doing makeup this year.
But you can reach me at TheMakeupOfHair.
That's on Instagram, at TheMakeupOfHair.
Perfect.
And Google Mika Korm as well.
And I'm at Madam Walker's Braidery
and School in Temple Hills, Maryland.
And you can find me on Instagram at ShantiTV.
Awesome.
And we just had both of your information up on the screen, guys.
Thank you so much.
Oh thank you
It was our pleasure.
Hopefully we'll see you next year.
Absolutely.
Charlene Brown.
Shout out to Charlene Brown.
She's the reason why we're here today.
That's right.
That's right.
Well, thank you again, as always.
Thank you.
All right, Cruella.
Break it down over there.
I know.
Shout out to everybody who makes this show
the show that it certainly is here on Good
Day DC.
And the reason that we do it, of course,
annually, DJ Mr. E with the tunes over here.
Why don't you tell us what it's like being involved with Fox?
He does zip trips, too, as well.
So this is the first time we've talked to him.
Tell us about, of course, the Halloween show, the prep for that.
Man, I love the Halloween show.
Each year, the thrill is to get a new costume.
Last year, I was Prince.
People don't know this time, but I am Morris Day.
This is Morris Day.
Or if somebody said this morning, Little Richard.
Hey, there you go.
We love it.
Little Richard of Boston.
What are you up to this weekend for Halloween?
Hey, tonight I'm at Oak Creek Golf Course.
There's a cigar night.
It's a party.
It's a hopefully indoor-outdoor party,
but we know we're definitely inside.
So tonight, Oak Creek Golf Course, 6 p.m. until 11 p.m., and it's free.
All right.
Well, make sure you join us.
There we go.
We are, too.
Why don't you play us out with something good?
Yeah.
