Yeah, there are five player buses. So the first one has now made it
to Martin Luther King and Wisconsin here in front of us.
And this is now where, and now they are spraying the fans.
I was going to say that's, yes, William Contreras.
That looks like Bryce Turang. Spraying fans.
Take it all in, Milwaukee. Take it all in.
I'm telling you, that part is what is so fun.
I mean, they are allowing everybody to be part of this.
And I'm telling you, that's what you want.
You want to be part of it.
And Bryce Turang is making sure this crowd is.
And Bryce.
He's even getting a mist in there right now.
There's mist.
And there's Brandon Woodruff.
Brandon Woodruff.
Sal and Mickey Leach is right there.
So we are saying, hey, D.L. Hall.
And the Commissioner's Trophy is at the back of the first bus.
Yes.
All right, the second bus is rolling through.
Grant Anderson, Cooper Pratt, the rookie sensation.
Chad Patrick.
Brandon Lockridge.
Antonio Simacella, Dustin May, another big bus of big names.
Hey, Cooper, how are you?
Rolling through.
What a moment here.
Yeah.
And some of the families.
Trevor McGill, how are you?
There it is.
All right, another bus rolling through.
A number of the coaches on this one.
Jim Henderson up front in the bus number three.
Matt Erickson.
Bessie Corriando.
Hey, guys, that's awesome.
It is so good to see this group
and their families enjoying this moment.
That's what I love. We've seen this throughout,
and we've talked about it throughout the run.
It is a family affair,
and the families of all these guys are with them and enjoying this.
This is what's very cool about all of it.
They are enjoying this as much as these fans, I think.
Yes, and I think that's what was so special about this run,
is the fact that they brought so many members.
Of the family, of the staff, all their family to Tampa Bay to watch
this team potentially clinch a World Series title on the road.
And that's what makes this team a we and not a me.
And I think that mentality, again,
has trickled down throughout the entire franchise
of how much they care about everybody who has been involved in this,
especially the families and the people that have supported
these players throughout this entire long postseason run.
And I know they appreciate that, too.
Well, and if you think about it, the families
are the ones that take the burden of this.
I mean, the players go to Arizona in early February,
and they've been basically gone all the way until today
as it culminates here with this World Series championship parade.
And because of all of that,
they're the ones that have to worry about the kids getting to school
and all the other things happening at home
while the guys are focused on their baseball and on their profession.
And that, to me...
Shows you what the sacrifice is behind the scenes that we don't see.
I was talking with Brandon Woodruff
in the clubhouse during their celebration about that
and asked him, you know, if he was able
to speak to his wife at that point.
And he said, you know, sharing it with her was so important
because she has seen all the ups and downs
and knows all the challenges that he has gone through as a player,
but also what she's had to do while he's been healthy and playing.
They really play a pivotal role in the success of these players
and this organization.
