The World Series may be over, but the party is just getting started.
It's unbelievable. I still can't believe it. It's crazy. I'm so happy.
As Milwaukee prepares to welcome home
the Brewers after winning the city
its first World Series championship in franchise history.
I never thought this day would come, so I'm so pumped up.
We're ready for tomorrow, too.
I have to put a bow on this thing
and enjoy another day supporting the Brewers.
That team spirit is in full force.
A signage.
Posters, and Brewers Fever is taking over the city.
It's really exciting. I'm only 27,
but I've never gotten to witness this in my life or her life.
All ready for Friday's parade.
We just love them all.
Yup, I'm putting chairs out here tonight.
We'll be here early tomorrow with a case of beer.
We'll be here.
A smart move, all to get front row seats of the champions
passing through the city.
Putting Wisconsin on the map.
I mean, it was great with the Bucs in 2021.
There's no doubt about it.
But there's something different about the Brewers, too,
that really make this the state's team and the stories
that get passed on through generations.
A special moment that was a long time coming.
These guys, you can tell they're best friends.
These guys want it so bad.
None of them are from Milwaukee, but they
want it for the city of Milwaukee so bad.
It just warms my heart.
As fans thank them for a job well done.
Let's go Brewers!
Go Brewers!
That was our Abreu Preciado reporting.
Go Brewers!
Indeed, the championship rally, it is at Meyer Festival Park.
That fun starts at 8 Friday morning.
There will be live entertainment.
All of the stages will also have live feeds of the parade and more.
The main celebration will happen
at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater.
That's at noon.
You can get into Henry Meyer Festival Park for free,
but you will need a ticket
to be in the amphitheater for the celebration.
Those were available earlier today.
Unfortunately,
They are gone.
