Do Massage Guns Help With Muscle Recovery?

Hi guys, so today I'm going to be reviewing the Q2 Mini Massage Gun by Bob and Brad. I only really do reviews on my channel if I actually use the product and I really like it. So spoiler alert, this product is really good and I found it really helps with my muscle recovery. I've always been interested in massage guns but I didn't really know which one to get. So when this company reached out to me and offered me a review product, I thought I'd give it a go because I do a lot of... 30 day and 60 day and 90 day challenges and my muscles ache quite a lot especially if i'm doing challenges like the stairmaster or jumping jacks or skipping i have problems with my leg muscles a lot so i found really good results with the massage gun i would say it didn't cure my muscle aches afterwards but it definitely made it about 50% better which i still think is a really good result i'll show you the product now it comes in a really nice case which i thought was quite high Very high quality, the whole product It feels really high quality actually. I thought massage guns would be quite a cheap and low quality product, but this one feels really good. The actual massage gun of it, I'll show you here, is actually really heavy. So it feels like it's good quality. So it comes with five different massage heads, which I'll show you them now. I'll show you my personal favorite one which is this one. It's a deep tissue massage one. It works the best for me I find and two more here. It also comes with a USB-C type charger which is really good. Okay so I'll give you a demonstration of the massage power of the machine. I'm really impressed with the massage power. I actually keep it on the lowest setting because I find the higher settings are a bit too strong and a bit much for me actually so it's really powerful. So this is the first setting as you can see it's really quite powerful I don't know if you can see on camera but it's vibrating very much and it actually does the job really well so I find it really strong and this is at max setting and yeah if you're someone that likes a deeper massage or a more strong massage I think this product will be really good for you. I have a list of the different types of massage heads here so we have the ball head which is really good for large muscle areas like the quads and the glutes. We have the air cushion one which is for sensitive parts of the body, so if you want to do any sensitive parts, this is the one for you. We also have the bullet heads which is for deep tissue trigger points and small muscle areas like the hands and the wrist but I found this one really good on my quads and my leg muscles. We have the flat head body part which is suitable for all body parts so I guess this is a good all-round one. I didn't really use this one much because I felt the others gave a better massage to me. And lastly we have the u-shaped head which is good for the spine, neck, shoulders and sensitive muscles and soft tissue. I like this one a lot and my girlfriend really likes this one for her back. The company that sent me this product also gave me a deal which was to give 10% off for my subscribers. So if you're interested in buying a massage gun and you would like 10% off of this product you just go to Amazon and type in BobBrad401 which you'll see on the screen here just at the amazon checkout and you'll get 10% off it also helps support my channel so if you're interested in buying a massage gun please feel free to use the code so yeah overall i was really impressed with this massage gun it feels like a really good high quality product not cheaply made or anything like that it feels really heavy and really gets in deep into your muscles even the case it comes in felt really high quality i also liked all of the massage heads and the power of the massage gun itself i found really strong actually so even on the lowest setting which is the setting that i use the most gave me a really good massage and deep tissue massage so really impressed with the power behind the massage gun as well so yeah that's just my quick review of a massage gun as i say i don't really do a lot of reviews on my channel only for products that i actually use and would recommend meant to my subscribers.
