Jacob Manu On His Season
Oct 29, 2026
Jacob, how would you grade your season so far?
You've finally been able to play every down, every Saturday,
unlike the last two seasons.
All right.
Could you size it up a little bit?
Yeah, I think I did all right.
You know, there's still a lot more games left for me to improve.
But, yeah, I'm trying to fix those mistakes that I had.
Do the tackle numbers ever matter
because I know like three years ago you had an unreal number at Arizona
and you're right up there with this team, but do those matter to you?
Do you have to have a certain amount of,
you know, seven, eight, ten tackles to be happy?
No, I mean, I feel like the main thing for me that matters is the win,
especially as a team.
You know, that's the only goal that really matters to me.
I know you're focused on the game at hand,
Jacob, but when you go into a place, you've
never been to Nebraska before, I take it?
No.
And, you know, that place, they call it
the third largest city in Nebraska when they fill
it up because it's, you know, 75, 80,000 people.
Are you curious when you go in?
I know you're focused on playing football
and you probably lose sight of everything
around you, but still, it's an unusual surrounding.
Are you curious to see it?
Yeah, no, I'm definitely curious to see it.
You know, I know they have a great atmosphere over there.
They sell out every game, so it's going to be fun to play in.
You know, I definitely like playing
in big stadiums like that, especially when the game
is sold out, so yeah, it'll be fun.
