Hi guys! Welcome to my channel.
Today I'll be showing you how to make these
graveyard pots. It's going
to be light fluffy chocolate mousse topped with Oreo
biscuits and a caramel wafer.
Now let's get started. For this recipe we're going
to need Oreo cookies, dark chocolate,
eggs, mini wafers or you can use thin
biscuits, caster sugar,
butter and I'm using these small jars but you can use
anything else you have in the kitchen.
I'm going to show you a really cool
trick how to separate your egg whites
from your egg yolks. Place an egg into a
bowl, take your plastic bottle, press on it,
shake and place it into your other
bowl. Place your egg yolks into a bowl.
You want to whisk until the mixture
becomes nice and pale.
Place your egg whites into a large bowl and we're going
to whisk that until it forms nice soft peaks add
the remaining sugar take a bowl add your butter
and your dark chocolate in there add
your melted chocolate to your egg yolks with sugar
bit by bit so just gonna add that and mix it in the
next step is to lightly fold in your egg whites
into your chocolate so place a little bit
at a time now i've transferred it into a large bowl
we don't want to mix it too much just nice
and smooth color we don't want to get rid of too many
bubbles and we're going to place
this into our piping bag now take your bowls and we're going
to pipe chocolate mousse just inside just up
to here place your chocolate mousse into the fridge
for about an hour to set completely to make
the graveyard we're going to put our oreo cookies we
can separate them or you can leave them as it is into your plastic bag
and we're going to crush
them you can also do this in your food processor we're going
to cut each wafer
to make it look like a grave something like
this take your melted chocolate and
we're just gonna write rip on each cookie
so I've taken the mousse out of
the fridge now we're going
to sprinkle some Oreo cookies on top just to make
the graveyard effect lastly we're going
to add our grave just on top just like
that so here it
is let me give
this another try mmm mmm
so good the mousse is
so light and airy and creamy
and just gives that beautiful chocolatey hint the
Oreo biscuits give that crunch
and obviously I haven't tried the wafer I
know it's gonna be delicious look
at that mmm enjoy see you
