Found blower and heat strip stuck on. Traced problem to stuck relay on the board.

the complaint here is that the fan won't shut off.

amps
but
it's
pulling
to
use
a
9340
to
do what
that
board
was
doing.
all
right
we got
no fan
let's
go turn
things
on. so
once
again
24 volts common constant power
which is common on my blower. lead
going to my blower and this
energized when the heat strip energizes
so this is normally open and this is normally closed
