ECM replacement, on a Rheem

I've got the thermostat set to bring on the blower and nothing's happening. The tenants told me the blower stopped after it made a squeaking noise. So we're about to check it out. I've got space. I need a new blower motor. Bearings on that. It's not touching the sides of the housing. Did you hear that? That's terrible. So let's get ready to, I'll tell you what, let's get ready to take that up i pulled this out and look at my bearings so motor's shot as you can see with this it's a third horsepower 230 volt 1050 rpm and i have this a universal ecm replacement one half to one third 1075 so if i can get approval which i'm waiting on right now we'll swap this out something about these motors they are dual voltage so if you see here that says 230 volt it comes with a plug you pull this out and put this in to convert it to 115 but it's 230 already so i'm going to leave it as is and see if this thing will cool
