Two 19 SEER Trane systems that needed some TLC

This is a house with three systems. I think it's this one that's not cooling and there's one with a blank thermostat. Looks like my high contactor is pulled in. The compressor is not running. Let me see what we're talking about. All of this has, judging by this, this has caught on fire at least once. You see this? The start capacitor is actually a little bit warm. It's got some bubbles on it. There's a hundred and eighty three microfarads. I don't look to help you though You get self-tapping screws for that deal with this start kit here Common cut here and super boost instead of that one with a relay This start now, excuse me, this is run. This is common and this is start let's see if it'll start now feel that that's nice and cool we got a big train air handler down here with a UV light it looks like electronic air cleaner i don't see no indication that we got power i think i'm gonna check this this disconnect first outside i got 240 how do they read that i got 28 volts i'm gonna show you what i found on this transformer on this i continue to have problems getting 24 volts to the thermostat just randomly for no reason i want you to listen you hear that sometimes it has 24 volts sometimes it don't that's hot right there you gotta be careful so um i think they might get a new transformer yep that's what's fixing to happen and if you read this common is white orange is two four eight white to white on that one speed okay this is the other one I got it to call and she said it's been cooling fine but you see this i got the power pulled right there it looks like it was short this right here is burnt we got some fixing to do on this
