Russian pancakes with delicious mushroom and potato filling topped with fresh sour cream. Yum Yum! This dish is so simple, yet so tasty and can last you few weeks, so it saves you cooking time in the future. I will be making my pancakes from scratch, and then freezing them for future dinners or lunches. They are perfect for breakfast meal, lunch or dinner and kids love these.
