September 14, 2026 Thin, delicate pastry filled with an abundance of apples and pears. It uses the simplest ingredients—the dough contains no eggs, just flour and water. I highly recommend making this apple and pear pastry. If you only have apples, you can make an apple *vertuta* (rolled pastry), but if you have pears, be sure to add them too—it makes it even tastier!

Hello everyone, my dear viewers.
Today we are going to make some potatoes.
They will be so delicious that, believe me,
no one will be able to resist them.
We'll take six to seven hundred grams of potatoes.
If they are small, you don't have to cut them into pieces.
If they are as big as mine,
you can cut them into more manageable pieces.
I'm cutting each potato into four pieces.
We will boil the potatoes in salted water until they're done.
I'll also add one bay leaf.
To speed up the process, I'll pour boiling water over them right away.
We'll take one onion and dice it.
Dice in 150 grams
of ham.
Smells so delicious and fragrant, and it looks very appetizing.
Just what you need for potatoes.
It's going to be delicious.
We also take one or two cloves of garlic.
I'm taking one since mine is large.
And chop it finely.
You don't have to chop it.
You can mince it any other way that's convenient for you.
My garlic is just so nice. I really wanted to slice it carefully.
We take a small piece of butter
and immediately add the onion to it so the butter doesn't burn.
We fry the onion until it's a nice golden color.
I add the garlic to the onion and mix everything together.
We fry it like this for about a minute
and then we go ahead and add the ham.
We fry the ham along with the garlic and the onion for another 2
or 3 minutes until it's perfectly cooked.
It already smells just delicious!
We add 200 milliliters of cream here.
Mine's 15% fat.
While we are busy with all this, the potatoes are already done.
I boiled them for 20 minutes, but that time is just an estimate,
because it all depends, of course, on the size of the potatoes.
And we add the potatoes here.
We put the potatoes and the cream on the stove
and cook for about 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes, carefully flip the potatoes to the other side
so that the other side gets soaked in this delicious creamy sauce.
And we put the potatoes on for another 2 minutes
so that the sauce thickens a little
and the other side of the potatoes gets soaked through well too.
Meanwhile, we take a little green onion, a little dill, and chop it up.
Look at how beautiful
this turned out!
Go ahead and add a little bit of fresh onion and dill right here.
Of course I would have added more,
but I want it to look good on camera right now, rather
than everything being covered in green onions and dill.
So to avoid overdoing it visually,
and to make sure you can see how beautifully everything
turned out, and how appetizing it smells,
I'll also add a little ground black pepper.
Oh, it turned out so beautifully!
You can even serve potatoes like this for a special occasion.
Look at this luxury we've created together.
And on top, a rich sauce with cream,
fresh green onions, and a hint of garlic.
Wow, really?
Mmm, nice.
It's very delicious.
You must try it.
The cream along with the ham, green onions,
garlic, and ground black pepper create such
an incredible ensemble that goes perfectly with these potatoes.
You can make this for an everyday meal.
Everyone will be absolutely delighted
and it would also be perfect for a holiday table.
Bye everyone!
Until the next delicious recipe!
