Foggy now, of course, that's not going to be an issue
for the game since we're not playing for another day or so yet
and the roof, as far as I can tell from here, it looks to be closed.
The fog isn't nearly as widespread as yesterday.
Yesterday we could barely make out that tree in this shot,
so it is improved. But there are some pockets where it
is still pretty thick down through parts of Kenosha.
We're seeing Racine, Walworth County up to Sheboygan County.
We'll watch for a few more pockets like that through the morning.
Hopefully not as impactful as yesterday. Big picture doesn't show.
anything in the upper levels.
High pressure still our big player today. Fairly calm wind throughout
the day today and very mild air mass settling
in for the day taking us well above average. So let's
go look ahead with Sky Vision Plus.
Now short term we've got a light breeze developing from the
southwest. Tons of sunshine. Very nice conditions all day long.
Tonight we could see some fog
settling again overnight through into our Thursday morning.
Wind shifting a little bit here on
Thursday still a pleasant day
although there will be more of a pronounced breeze off the lake
to keep it a little cooler lakeside tomorrow
from the statewide point of view again not a whole lot
going on here i gotta say i mean other than
the obvious beautiful comfortable well above seasonal
weather the active weather is just kind of taking
a little day off if you will or two then as we get
into the longer range if you are traveling up north
on Friday in the northwest corner might
catch some showers there nothing here
at home we should stay dry through our Saturday little
cloudier this weekend by comparison to what we've had
the last couple of days but it's still dry
and still quite mild both Saturday
and Sunday there's some showers by Sunday afternoon up north
and then eventually by Monday i think some
of that shower activity will make it down
into our area and then we finally get
into a cooler air mass for a few days not today though
Today, we'll climb up to near 70 in most spots.
We'll get down into the upper 40s
and low 50s overnight tonight into our Thursday morning.
So with a forecast high of 70 and a forecast low of 48,
we're obviously really overperforming for the high.
Still very much overperforming for the low,
but still not quite in record territory.
Record for today is 84 set back in 1947.
Lots of little orange and red boxes popping up on the calendar.
It has been a very mild October.
We'll put a few more up there before we start
to change the pattern here.
So our Fox 6 Day Planner keeps
that mild trend going at 70 today and tomorrow.
We should be around 72 on Friday and Saturday.
Still near 70 by Sunday, but by Monday, 58 degrees.
