Sneak Peek! Testing My Mega Stuffed Cookies

Hi guys, it's Ala. Welcome back to my channel Ala's Yummy Food. We're here in Spain in Marbella and today I will be testing two of these boxes. So I'm gonna just pick the first two of these amazing mega stuffed cookies. gift you can ever give to someone it's full of love and you know it just looks so pretty so today I'm going to unbox two boxes I'm going to see what do I have here and we're going to try the cookies okay so today I'm going to be trying wow these flavors are amazing okay I'm just going to start with these these two and I'll show you so the first one is blueberry cheesecake which was one of the most popular voted flavors by the students by the way I did do a poll and I was asking a lot in my private group about what flavors do you think are the most popular ones that people would love to have and this was one of the top blueberry cheesecake I guess it's just one of those things that is a classic and so people wanted that in a cookie and of course the second cookie that you can see here is peanut butter strawberry jelly and of course that's an American classic that people absolutely love but of course I had to make it very very special not just peanut butter there's many things in there anyway let's give this up let's open this up let's see i just love this it's so cute so packaged and honestly like i just love that you can get so many different flavors and cookies look at that okay i'm going to show you a bit closer so peanut butter and blueberry cheesecake i did not decorate these cookies you can you can completely decorate them more now when i designed these cookies i worked on really perfectly balanced flavors like i wanted to make sure that they're super crispy and they're not too sweet because we are adding fillings inside they're sweet we're adding the things like chocolate and chocolate chips and all sorts of actual additions like nut butters and jams and cheesecakes and everything else i wanted the flavors to be very balanced so in this case uh you know look at that blueberry poking out oh so cute so in this case uh case this was my mission to make them not super sugary and sweet now if you wanted to add any additional toppings you still can and it won't be too overpowering or too sweet because like i said i perfectly managed to create an amazing recipe that works without it being overpowering and sugary because a lot of the times one of the biggest complaints was that the cookies were just way too sugary plus all the fillings inside that add extra sugar and at the end of the day you're just eating sugar and we want the flavor as you know me I like the flavor so let's just bring this together and as you can see look at that blueberry cheesecake a lot of blueberry filling crispy vanilla cookie with white chocolate and cheesecake flavor let's give this a try I forgot to say it's got lemon in there too mmm wow it's so good and again a small disclaimer if you don't like watching people eat on camera you might want to skip these bits the blueberry really comes through and the lemon cheesecake really hits you so it's kind of such a flavorful mix and if you wanted to go more you know you can make it um more lemony that's fantastic and i can still feel how crunchy it is it's been a couple of days and i've been waiting to eat these cookies as you can imagine we've been testing so many cookies so i've just been a bit quickly overdosed but wow that's amazing like i said it's so perfectly balanced it's not too sweet not too sour it's perfect next we have peanut butter peanut butter strawberry look at that look at the height now these cookies are quite big and heavy so that's another thing why they're because they're quite big and I just want to show you I apologize for my nails Wow so here we've got peanut butter ganache we've got strawberry like jam and we got peanut butter all in the vanilla peanut cookie with peanuts let's give this a try Wow again these are just so perfectly balanced and by the way i am eating them cold but they're best when they're hot because all the filling oozes out and it's all gooey and ooey and they can be kept in a fridge or a room temperature in a box and then you can just warm them up in the oven for a couple of minutes and all that filling is gonna ooze out again which i highly recommend this is so fantastic absolutely absolutely love this on this side i'm just going to try with that i don't know if you can see but there is like strawberry peanuts in the dough peanut butter on the side absolutely amazing and when it's all hot it just oozes out right let's get into our second box let me know what's your favorite flavor in the comments I'd love to know although these are the most popular most wanted and requested flavors that we've had and that's why they're here of course I added a little bit of my own twist because I don't like it to be just the same that's why they're a little bit spicy okay the next box is bueno I hope you guys all know what bueno is and dulce de leche now dulce de leche is basically caramel if you've never tried dulce de leche which is very common in Spain or South American countries it's one of the best flavors that they add everything to so one of them it was just like I had to make it you know if you don't like dulce de leche of course you could just replace it with caramel as well and then bueno again bueno has become very very famous very traditional all over that's the cookie trend because it's all just so deliciously looking right let's unwrap this box if you can guess which one is dulce de leche and which one is bueno look at that wow absolutely gorgeous so this is our dulce de leche look at that beautiful cookie look at that height the weight the size again you can decorate them how you like them you can just leave it plain as you've seen i did it previously or you can do it like i did with just a little bit extra dulce de leche on top now let's just break it oh look at that like i said when they're hot this looks even crazier it looks just so good so gooey but let's try this wow there is a twist in this cookie it's just amazing the flavors are incredible it's a vanilla cookie with walnut which is again very very popular flavor especially if you live in america and you've ever gone to these famous cookie places one of the most common flavors there is walnut chocolate chip so i wanted to do walnut dulce de leche chocolate so yeah absolutely incredible you can see it's got chocolate inside, dulce de leche and walnut cookie. Very crunchy, very nice, perfectly balanced, not too sweet and just works really really well. Now next, Bueno. I might just warm this one up just to show you how gooey and ooey it is because I think we need to see the whole spectrum. So I'll just be right back. I'm back and I'm wearing gloves because it's a little warm and I wanted to show you the cut inside hopefully I warmed it up enough for you to see but this is how I would serve it like that on a plate I should have really taken a knife but it's too late now I'm gonna break it break it with my hand over here so you can see just separate this in half look at that you see because when it's so warm it's just super soft but that's how you eat it right you wouldn't probably share that so you just bite into it like I'm gonna do right now Wow. Oh my God. Look at that. Can you see that? Oh, I won't be able to stop eating that one. Wow. It's just so good. We have hazelnut ganache in here. Chocolate bueno. Bueno. Mmm. Chocolate chip cookie. Wow. This is just so fantastic. I feel like you're at my tea party. Just fantastic. And I have completely destroyed the cookies over here.
