Tiny dog takes protecting her territory way too seriously

How are you doing? I'm Allison and this is Sushi's story for GeoBeats. Girl, that doodle is in its own yard. She has a very big personality. She is a Great Dane in a tiny body. She is the ruler of the roost. She's so mad. If you keep her from protecting what she thinks is hers... Why? Are you okay? You good for now? So if there's anything in the yard, she will instantly start howling and barking. Some people say it sounds like hey-hey off of Moana. if she's kind of growling at the back door i'll be like sushi knock it off she will side eye me like how dare you scold me for protecting this house and i'm like but i work at home if i'm not traveling so you know i'll be like trying to work and she's howling in the background or she's growling and i'm just like i'm sorry she's not a giant dog she's very loud so i have to get on to her and she hates it because you're controlling her and she's like absolutely not okay you can okay hey where are you going don't do it she is fierce she has no qualms with starting fights with dogs that are 10 times her size but she protects the house she is just she is a little trooper she just all day every day is just on duty we always laugh because we're like she thinks we're her peasants you know like that we're she is the queen of this house and we are just the peasants that serve her because if you get on to her she will just side eye you like are you even talking to me like that and we're like okay never mind what are you doing we had her dna tested we worked with Embark to work to do her dna test and her dna results came back 100% beagle so i read comments that say they only go back so many generations she definitely has chihuahua in there which i mean i agree looking at her she does not look like a typical beagle at all her bark is the beagle bark and even though she's super tiny she did get that characteristic she's a very unique dog what are you doing girl i've always treated her like my third baby so i you know i talk to her like she's a person and i don't know if she's just learned all the good code words when she knows kind of what i'm saying can i fix your ear i do feel like she knows a little more than most because she'll crook her head at me whenever she's kind of thinking about something so i think she does understand a lot more i'll tell her quit pestering the cat and she'll kind of back up like she's been scolded most of the time i say about 80 of the time she's wherever i am you're so vicious she'll growl at my husband if he tries to take her away from me she absolutely does not allow that at all what do you see out there
