Man possibly attacked by alligator in Winter Garden

Still following breaking news right now, the man possibly attacked by a gator in Winter Garden. Fox 35's Larissa Leone just got out to the scene right now. So, Larissa, I know you just got there. I can see the caution tape behind you. What else can you tell us? Hannah, Jack, it's still a very, very active scene. I want to step right out of the way so you can get a look at what I'm seeing. We have Florida Fish and Game out here. We have Winter Garden Police out here. And a lot of people in that center, crowded towards that center. Now, we also see, if you go to the left a little bit, there is Florida Fish, Wildlife, and Game. They have what appears to be almost like a fishing pole, and they're focusing on that one area of that body of water there where we believed that that man may have been. Now, we still don't know much information about that man, how he got in there, or if he is alive at this time. We're working to find those details out, but certainly a very, very large scene. there's a lot of people gathered on that other side. We're not quite sure if they are with the recovery efforts or if they are just bystanders who may have been there. Again, we saw a man running over there. It does look to be that there is a gator there. We're not sure about the size or what we can tell, but as you can see right there, they're bending over into the water. They're getting some casting lines it looks like certainly trying to manage whatever wildlife and like we said we've been hearing that it is a gator we don't know if it's multiple gators but certainly a lot of hands on deck right now you can see he's casting that line out definitely trying to maybe bait something going this way still a lot of unknowns as this is truly just an active situation that's developing by the second we'll keep our finger on the pulse here on what's going on but For right now, we're going to go ahead and send it right back to you in the studio. All right, Larissa Leone reporting live on this breaking news. Larissa, keep us posted.
