I want to ask you about Chicago-Atlanta.
You know, Chicago gets blown,
gets their doors blown off by the Packers at Lambeau,
and Atlanta kind of wobbling back and forth.
They still haven't figured out the quarterback position.
They're not getting enough consistency out of it,
even though Penix looks pretty decent with Kevin Stefanski
in this ballgame here.
My biggest takeaway is actually about last week's game,
and that was probably the worst line we'll see all season.
So the Bears are going to Atlanta with Caleb
as one-and-a-half-point favorites.
Last week, they went to Green Bay with Tyson Bachman
as one-and-a-half-point favorites.
That was a really, like, someone got ahead of their skis
on what they thought Tyson Bachman was
or how bad they thought Green Bay was,
whatever it might be.
I find myself fascinated
if someone can actually put Atlanta behind.
I know they've not won every game with Penix now
having lost to Baltimore,
but I just want to see what it looks like
If Penix has to throw it 35, 40 times,
I think he can put up big numbers.
Can he, can he, can he play clean though?
Not turn the football over and finish drives with touchdowns.
That's what I'm interested
in because Penix has obviously been a big lift for them,
but it's also been some easy sledding due
to just how darn good Bijan Robinson
and Brian Robinson has been in the backfield.
So you're saying, can he throw them out of trouble, right?
You want to see if he can throw that team out of trouble.
Bears are going to get to 30,
which is what they expect to do with Caleb.
Can Penix match that?
We've got a big total here.
I mean, 51.5 in the NFL, that's a big-time number.
So I'm very interested, and I'm tempted to maybe even back
some Michael Penix props in a spot like this.
This could be a big Michael Penix game.
