Gunman kills four at Oregon elementary school

One Oregon elementary school southeast of Portland in Bend must now deal with yesterday's tragedy. At least three children and a teacher died in a shooting after police say a 16-year-old suspected gunman entered Silver Rail Elementary School in Bend, Oregon. And officials say the alleged gunman used a pump-action shotgun that his mother purchased. According to authorities, the suspect was shot and killed shortly after the attack because a witness followed him inside the school and took action. One teacher who witnessed a gunman enter the school reveals what was going through her mind when this all went down. It looks on their faces. It was really hard to see. Just trying to calm them down, you know. And some kids were praying. Some kids were consoling other kids. And so what they were doing so quietly because they know you don't want to make any noise. Police say the students killed were just 5, 8, and 11 years old. The teacher was 54. The attack also injured a 7-year-old and another teacher. Emergency crews rushed them in critical condition to a hospital. That's according to law enforcement.
