The celebrations are continuing,
and I think they will for a couple of hours
after the Brewers do it in four games, sweeping the Dodgers,
and now they are the champs.
That's a live picture from Dodger Stadium.
That is not a shot from Milwaukee that you're looking at right there.
That is all of the Brewers fans that have shown up, and Ted said it.
I mean, there were more and more Brewers fans arriving.
Unlike last night, there were some, but they knew what could happen.
Some people decided after game three to just fly right out there, Terry.
I think so, and Dodger fans were less interested in going to the game.
Their team was down 3-0, and World Series tickets are so expensive.
Hey, this is probably cheaper.
This is cheaper.
Ted, bring us up to speed.
Yes, I'm here.
You found some friends.
I found a whole bunch of friends and fans.
The section here, the Dodgers have let them come.
This is as close as most of them are going to get to the field.
Not Kelsey.
Kelsey from Waukesha.
She knows how to make things happen.
Tell us the story.
You're living in D.C.
You're from Waukesha, and you said, I'm not missing this.
That's right.
Last night after the game, I said, you know what?
I'm going to book a flight right now on points.
Came out here to L.A. today, made it happen,
found a ticket and a good seat.
Made my way down and made a bunch
of friends here from all over Wisconsin.
And it feels like we're kind of back home in Milwaukee, doesn't it?
Because there's more Brewers fans here definitely than Dodgers.
So you were watching game three
at your apartment, your home, whatever, in D.C.,
got on a plane, flew here, got a ticket,
and pretty good seats down here, like you say.
why was that so important to you baseball
is everything for us the brewers is such symbolism
for us for who we are as wisconsinites just coming together
from all over the place we've been so
good for so many years and now finally
this is our chance to actually win the world series
1982 we lost in game seven to the cardinals
not going to happen again this is our year
Kelsey, you study and you studied international relations
and you work in diplomacy
what does this do to put Milwaukee on the map much like
the Bucks everybody knew about Milwaukee
because of the Bucks.
This only helps the reputation of Milwaukee, does it not?
It's true.
When I'm overseas, people say, oh,
Giannis Antetokounmpo, Milwaukee Bucks.
They associate that.
I got so many texts on my phone just now,
probably literally from 20 different countries saying congratulations.
People know how much I love baseball.
They know how much I love Wisconsin.
I think it's going to become a very international city very soon.
Kelsey, the ambassador of baseball, thanks for joining us.
She is one of the first fans we came across, guys.
Everyone up here has a similar story, so I'll go try to find some more.
If they'll let me climb through.
Kelsey's very happy over here.
You know, Ted, what amazes me about your coverage
is we were expecting to hear from Wisconsinites.
We've been hearing from Brewers fans who maybe moved somewhere else,
and then they live in different places.
There are Brewers fans everywhere.
This is L.A.
This is incredible.
There are so many fans there, Tim.
Absolutely.
The Brewers have become a very popular team,
and obviously there's a passion for Brewers fans.
wait can you guys hear me yep all you ted okay

have any idea why you should be able to hear me where
are you guys from and how'd you get here

but i went to the ALDS shout out to my cousin mike we were young
kids the last time we went to the World Series,
so this is a special one.
Hey, what does it mean to be here with your dad?
Your dad made the trip to see you
and to see this team. It's amazing.
It's a dream come true for Brewer fans.
What's next for this team?
Four more games. Just four?
Four. Okay. So you guys,
they're playing with house money, Brewer fans
are. They're pretty happy about that.
We'll keep working
the aisle unless you've got
questions, guys. You're going to have to
shout, though, because I can barely hear me.
Ted's working the aisle very hard.
