I'm 32 with Kelly Clarkson's store drama involving a fake bird intensifies and now there's surveillance video that's been released. And should dating apps reimburse singles after they're stood up? A lot going on. All the things. All the things. Let's start with Kelly Clarkson, the store drama. I mean, both sides, it's safe to say, both sides have doubled down. oh yeah so uh for those that missed it kelly clarkson went to a store like you know a store that has a bunch of unique trinkets and whatnot and it was a bird and it was uh it was jokingly for sale for fifteen thousand dollars and if you kelly clarkson you actually have fifteen thousand dollars so it's like you can buy that yeah i want that bird it's like oh um we can't sell you the bird and then she like you know posted about it on social media and they were saying that she tried to offer they tried to offer her another bird for like less money it's like hey we say it's two thousand dollar bird but we can't have this fifteen thousand dollar bird and and then now it's escalated to the point that it's like yeah we'll sell you the bird for 15 million dollars they're holding hostage this is wild bird hostage they're yes that's what's happening and it's so interesting too because it's like i mean i i think for me head crack it's just the way both sides like she is not letting up on this and they are standing their ground on this they've released surveillance video now showing you know what happened in the story and there's no sound so i don't really know what i'm supposed to be seeing in the surveillance video do you what's it showing me like sometimes when i have to do my own overdubs in my head i like it i make it worse it really needs to be it's like yo give me a bird i said i want the bird the bird's the word uh and not but but kelly clarkson has largely been very unproblematic yeah the most of the time that we've known her to be in the celebrity space so you know you gotta pick your battles man there's like terrible things happening all around the world don't know if you heard about it but you know like you know to be over here uh you know like clamoring for a bird is like man read the room man just you know sometimes you got to take your ellen silence yeah there you go there you go that's an interesting one it reminds me of the movie the toy have you ever seen that i don't think so oh my god richard pryor jackie gleason it was about this little boy who wanted to buy a man it's like yo there's a man you can't buy him but i want the man like it's a classic oh my gosh the toy the toy richard pryor jackie gleason in 1982 yeah that's interesting what a premise very interesting okay we gotta talk netflix now they've been so busy when it comes to like the documentary beat because they got young thug that rico trial that's one that they're going to be covering and then dayan love is gonna get his yeah man so dayan love for those who don't know was the guy who was acting like he was like playing for the 49ers he done uh bamboozled and catfished a lot of women with the helmet on the beach with the helmet i made the commitment to detail the work you never saw videotaped without his like you know 49ers swag on it's crazy because like and if you do that way like fraternities they'll jump you but apparently like they'll just jump you in court he's actually in jail right now this guy they say okay you know because you know you fraud well you know the things yeah a lot of money was taken from folks But the Netflix documentary, they always do an amazing deep dive on these things. I want to see the Tubi version, though. Oh, that's the one. Because, you know, Tubi will make the one, the man who played for the team. You know, it'll be like a very vague title, but we know what we're talking about. You're so right. They won't just like head on address it, but you know exactly. I'm kind of with you on this one, man. Yeah, that's what we're going to wait for. We're going to wait for the Tubi version. Okay, so here's one that's interesting, and this is something that folks may have run into if you've done the whole dating app thing. let's say you you get a match you go on a date but you get ghosted should you get reimbursed by the dating app that's it's a question that's kind of floating around okay now you think for me right like because like i got bagged at the final days of my space so like i i'm not only you've been off right yeah you've been off of it i want to be outside like i i have i want to be outside but i can't be outside you know other things so with that being said everybody who's outside says they hate it but with that being said do you have to pay to be on these apps i feel like yeah right there's a there's a something because some kind of fee so i think you should get some level of a discount but how do you track the date like do you have to take a selfie while you're on a date to prove that the date happens because like anyone could say that they went out and oh i got stood up did you you know like no picture no proof and then becoming a part-time job for someone like just claiming you've gone on these dates and getting a paycheck something like that man people will spend a whole economy you know a career off of that like my brain was working right now is thinking like this if they enacted this into law man i'm gonna be a professional tinder tinder bender a little time to to do that yeah yeah this is interesting though and i mean i because you do hear about you hear about this happening to people all the time this is the first time i'm hearing about this happening to a person about people getting ghosted nah like i mean well i hear about people getting ghosted after the fact like you know hey we went on a date and you know everything happened and then you never heard from them again okay but not like from the jump not from the jump because like most people do like you know they're excited to show up and meet the people like you know like why would you do that i know who are you who raised y'all okay you're a busy guy so we get to see you every now and again what have you been up to lately what's in the works oh well you know i still own that gym in Buckhead Pepperbox in Buckhead right behind a Buckhead theater if you want to get your best fitness life on come pull up on us and And also, I recently did burgers with Buck. That's exciting. Oh, that's right. I'm competing in an improv tournament this weekend. Nobody can compete with you. What are you, you're competing in it. You won, right? Well, I won.
