Ingredients:
Cherry Berry Spread:
3 TBL sugar
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 TBL water
1/2 cup dark cherries, chopped
1/2 cup raspberries
1/8 tsp lemon juice
1 TBL butter
2 TBL kirsch or brandy, optional.

Crepes:
2/3 cups flour
1/2 TBL sugar
Pinch of salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs
2 TBL butter, melted
Dash of vanilla

For spread: In a small pot, place sugar, cornstarch, and a little water. Whisk to combine. Bring to a boil. Once boil is achieved, add cherries and raspberries. Add a little lemon juice. Cook over medium head for 5-8 minutes or until mixture tightens up.

Add kirsch or brandy and cook out the booze. You can leave it out. Once it tightens up again, add butter. Place in a small bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.

For crepes: In a blender carafe, place flour, sugar, salt, milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla. Blend for 20-30 seconds until just combined. Set aside.

Place a 10-12 inch non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Spray with no-stick spray. Allow to heat up for five minutes.

When pan is ready, pour in about 1/4 cup of batter and carefully swirl around the pan. Allow to cook until it starts to get golden brown around the edges.

Flip, and cook another 10 seconds or so before placing crepe on a cooling rack. Repeat with the rest of the batter. Place cooked crepes in an airtight container for about a week in the fridge.

Mysterious Crepe from MiiTopia is an item that boosts magic and defense. The in-game description is: "Full of fruit from Peculia. You may feel a bit peculiar after a nibble..."
