Splatoon 2 - Short Respawn Mocha - How to Make Crusty Sean Drinks

What You Need:

Squid Ink Chocolate Syrup:
1/2 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 TBL corn syrup
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup dutch process cocoa
1 TBL coconut charcoal

To make:
Espresso
Ice cubes
1 cup of Milk
Blue gel color

For Squid Ink Chocolate Syrup: In a blender or food processor carafe, place dutch process cocoa, coconut charcoal, and pinch of salt. In a medium pot, place water, sugar, and corn syrup. Bring to a boil. Take off the heat.

While the blender is running, pour sugar in through the top chute carefully. Run the machine for a minute or until smooth. Pour cocoa syrup into a squeeze top bottle. Place in the fridge until cool.

To make Short-Respawn Mocha: Put a shot of espresso in a small bowl and squeeze in 1 TBL or more of Squid Ink Cocoa Syrup. Whisk until combined. In a separate measuring cup place milk and blue gel color. Whisk to combine.

Squeeze syrup along the inside rim of the glass and allow it to drip down. Fill with ice. Pour in espresso mixture. Then, carefully pour in milk over a spoon. Drink immediately.
