Make This Zelda Dish: Gourmet Poultry Pilaf
I made it once before, but this is my definitive version for Gourmet Poultry Pilaf from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It's a bit of a mix of arroz con pollo and a pilaf, and one of my favorite east comfort foods to make. Here's how you can make some!

Ingredients:
2 chicken leg quarters, 2 drumsticks or thighs
2 strips of bacon, sliced
2 TBL olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups rice
2 small packets Sazon with Saffron
3 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup chopped dried fruit, optional
Salt+pepper, to taste
Chopped parsley
Hot sauce
Sliced lemons, to serve
Dry chicken with paper towels. Season both sides with a packet of Sazon with Saffron. Set aside.
Place bacon in a cold wide skillet. An enamel skillet or a dutch oven works great here. Place over medium heat and fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon from pan. Add olive oil and place chicken skin side down.
Fry chicken until golden brown on all sides, it should take anywhere from 8-12 minutes. Set aside. Add onions and bell peppers, and fry until lightly golden. Add garlic, and fry for another minute.
Add rice. Mix constantly and fry rice until it smells nutty. Add chicken broth, reserved chicken and all its juices, cooked bacon, and dried fruit. Bring to a boil, cover, and cook for 20-30 minutes or until rice and chicken are totally cooked through.
Serve heaps of rice topped with chicken pieces. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve with lemon wedges to squeeze on if you like. Hot sauce is good too.
