Bread Dough:
375g bread flour
230 mL cider
4g yeast
10g sugar
4g salt
2 TBL butter

Optional:
1 packet of picot
3g bread improver

For Melty Cheese Bread:

Lye dip:
1000 mL water
15g food grade lye

Melty Cheese Sauce:
1 cup milk
1 TBL cornstarch
Pinch of garlic powder
2 TBL chopped jalapeños
2 slices American cheese
1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
Chopped parsley

For Hylian Tomato Pizza:
Pizza dust
Pizza sauce
Sliced cherry tomatoes
Sliced peppers
Olives
Sprinking of capers
Shredded mozzarella and provolone
