【Hands-Off Rice Cooker】Fragrant Olive Southern French Roast Pork / Roast Pork with Olive Sauce

◯Pork shoulder (block) 400g

[A] Coarsely ground black pepper

[A] Rosemary 1-2 sprigs

[B] Black olives 50g
[B] Capers 1 tbsp
[B] Anchovies 5g
[B] Olive oil 30ml
[B] Mixed nuts 5g
[B] Lemon juice 1 tsp
[B] Garlic a little
[B] Salt a little
[B] Coarsely ground black pepper
[B] Soy sauce a little (to taste)
◯Salad of choice (frill lettuce, baby greens, red onion)
◯Cherry tomatoes 1-2 pcs

■Instructions
[Preparation]Rub [A] all over the pork and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Cut cherry tomatoes into wedges.
①Quickly sear the surface of the pork in a frying pan over medium heat, place in a heat-resistant bag, remove air, and seal tightly.
②Add boiling water (1L)・① to the rice cooker, close the lid, and cook on keep-warm mode for 60–90 minutes.
