Ukraine hit military complex in Taganrog and Syzran Oil Refinery in Samara

On the night of September 15, Ukrainian forces launched a massive missile attack on Taganrog, resulting in the Ozon warehouse and the Beriev Taganrog Aviation Scientific and Technical Complex catching fire.
Rostov Region Governor Yuri Slyusar reported that Taganrog had been subjected to what he called a "massive missile attack."
"As a result of the missile attack, the following were damaged: the windows of two apartment buildings and three private homes, an educational institution, a commercial building, a gas pipeline, agricultural warehouses, a grocery store, and an Ozon warehouse," the official listed. It's worth noting that the Taganrog Aviation Scientific and Technical Complex named after G. Beriev repairs and modernizes military aircraft.
The Syzran Oil Refinery in the Samara Region was also attacked. A UAV strike caused a fire in the plant's industrial zone. Several fires were detected there after the Ukrainian drones visited.
Later, Samara Region Governor Vyacheslav Fedorishchev reported that the region had been subjected to a drone attack overnight, resulting in "damage to one of the industrial facilities." However, as usual, he did not specify which facility. The Syzran Oil Refinery, which has been the target of repeated attacks, is part of Rosneft. It is one of the largest refineries in the region, with a capacity of approximately 7–8.9 million tons of oil per year. The refinery produces gasoline, diesel and aviation fuel, fuel oil, bitumen, and other petroleum products, and is crucial for supplying Russian military units with fuel.
