Caesar also stated when a rebellion in Russia might occur: "If someone refuses to join the army, the army could quickly become politicized. It's completely apolitical right now. When the army becomes politicized, it will be the end for Putin, because a politicized army, realizing it's waging the wrong war, not in the interests of the people of Russia, and that this war is destroying Russia, will turn against the current government ." Meanwhile, Caesar reported that Putin rejected his rescue plan, deciding to go for broke. " Putin is genuinely afraid of following in the footsteps of Nicholas II. He's afraid he won't be forgiven for losing the war, but instead of reaching a reasonable agreement now...
