Separate 7 eggs into whites and yolks.

Cake layers:
Whites - 7 pcs.
Walnuts - 300 g
Cornstarch - 20 g
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - 140 g
Vanilla sugar - 10 g

Cream:
Egg yolks - 7
Salt - a pinch
Sugar - 100 g
Milk or cream - 180 ml
Chocolate - 200 g (55% cocoa)
Butter - 120 g
