42-year-old man dead after reported assault in Bushwick

I'm very very surprised. I think I'm in shock. Are you kidding me? He told our morning crews I couldn't do anything because there was a lot of blood coming from his mouth. Police say that attack happened shortly before 4 this morning when Martinez and the unidentified man got into an argument outside of their apartment. But that dispute turned violent quickly. Police say the attacker then ran off leaving Martinez to later die in the hospital. Cuevas says he killed him and that's not the way things are supposed to be. His family is now left grieving and trying to understand how a moment between two people could end this way. He says, I don't know if they had problems. People just need to talk.
