Planters stolen from Delco cafe supporting people with disabilities

The community is rallying around Ryan's Rise Up Cafe in Glen Mills, a non-profit employing individuals with disabilities, after a thief stole several outdoor planters. Despite the disturbing act, the business has received an outpouring of support from locals, resulting in more flowers and donations than they had before the incident.
