Back to your Fox 29 weather authority now. This is a live look at future radar. Scott is tracking
some storms, more storms to move in around the dinner hour still here, Scott. Yeah, you know,
Sheba, I think it's probably going to be well after that, northern west first toward the Poconos,
Lehigh Valley, after about 9, 10 o'clock. Then, of course, moving toward the I-95 corridor,
midnight into parts of South Jersey. The Delaware Beach is between 2 a.m. And 3 a.m. Kind of similar
to what played out last night. Some of those storms packing a punch, not really looking at
a tornado risk, but damaging wind gusts as well as torrential downpours, thunder and lightning,
waking up a lot of folks last night. That could be rinse and repeat for the overnight. We're dry
and quiet, but look off to the west. Severe thunderstorm watches until midnight. That
does include portions of Lancaster County into Harrisburg, the state capitol, State College
looking at that watch off to the western part of the state. Already multiple severe thunderstorm
warnings around Pittsburgh. Then you get toward Cleveland looking at that line. So that's the
activity that will progress toward our area overnight tonight. So here's the lineup with
that threat board. You're talking about damaging winds, torrential downpours, thunder, lightning,
low risk for an isolated tornado. So that main timing after about 10, 11 o'clock north and west
moving toward the I-95 corridor around midnight and then thereafter into South Jersey sections
of Delaware. So we will be monitoring these gusty storms once again for the overnight.
Temperatures right now in the upper 80s, close to 90 degrees for many locations. Those numbers
for tonight, Philadelphia, 75 degrees, upper 60s for the Lehigh Valley. We'll go 69 degrees,
a low to mid 70s in South Jersey and Delaware. Temperatures for your Friday, mid to upper 80s.
Numbers toward the Poconos only in the mid 70s. So some drier, cooler air will be working in
far north and west for tomorrow. But take a look at these numbers for the feels like temperatures
tomorrow by noon, low 90s, Philadelphia, mid to upper 90s again for the balance of the afternoon.
So just be mindful of that. There could be a few pop up thunderstorms for your Friday afternoon
and evening, kind of few and far between, but that will set us up for a really pleasant upcoming
holiday weekend. Temple football looking great on Saturday for tailgating low humidity. Look at
this stretch Sunday, 78 degrees temperatures well below average for Labor Day itself. The
unofficial into summer 81 degrees and then numbers low to mid 80s Tuesday, Wednesday of next week,
kind of moving back into the upper 80s for next Thursday. And then we get another cool down for
the end of the week into next weekend as well. But kind of monitoring how those storms progress,
they should be weakening impacting us, but they could be a little gusty, similar to last night.
We'll update this and just a bit back over to you. Thank you, Scott.
