It is plugged in and charging on a base that comes with your headset. Very easy to assemble. Very ergonomic. You know you're connected and charging when you see that blue light right there. The headset is adjustable, as you can see. Let me actually take this off and get started. There it is. It's light. It's flexible. Here's your microphone right here. You put it in the up position when you want to stop. You actually pause the audio when you do that and when you're ready to resume, down it goes. The microphone can be worn on either side. Powering on is very easy to do. Your control dial right here for volume and other features is located right here. To press and to turn to customize settings to your liking. Oh, hey, what's up?
