Trashy Coil, Run without a filter

All right, when I came up on this one, the condenser fan motor was not running. I had to start it with the screwdriver, so that makes me think we've got a bad capacitor. Look at this right here. Let me take this apart and do some testing and try to mount that up the way it's supposed to be. The way it's supposed to be. All right, this is a 35.5 common firm, 32.8, and I'm showing nanofarads on the five part. So that's our problem but we're going to mount a new one a lot better than what that was.
