And the Winner of the 2026 TOUR Championship Is...

What's up everybody? Holly Ledbetter here and I'm bringing you with me for the final round of the 2026 Tour Championship. Let's go. OK, right next to the 16th tee at Eastlake is the So Cool Zone. This is going to be super, super packed later, so I had to get ahead of the crowd so I could check out the fan shop. Let's go. They really leaned into the Georgia Peaks. OK, that's it. Let's go watch some golf. Time for refreshment, I think. It's going to have to be a Coke float. Thank you. Back to the media center for a quick outfit change since I'll be interviewing the FedExCup champion. Let's go watch some golf. Who do you think is going to win today? Scotty's coming back to get it all. Right. Let it go, Berg. Our guest is from Viktor Hovland. Javi. I got Scotty. And Hovland. Cam Young. Scotty. I would love to see him have another Coke setup. Tell me if you've seen this one before. It was a tight leaderboard when the final round began at the 2026 Tour Championship, with Viktor Hovland leading the way at 15 under. Eastlake played tough on Sunday with most shooting over par, but not Scotty Scheffler. The World No. 1 matched the low round of the day with a 66, cruising to a three-shot victory over Hovland, capturing his second Tour Championship in three years and all but cementing his Player of the Year campaign. With the win and $10 million prize check, Scheffler becomes the all-time PGA Tour money list leader at just 30 years old. A fitting end to an incredible 2026 season. Scotty, congratulations. Your 22nd win on the PGA Tour. How satisfying is it to finish your season in this fashion? Yeah, it's very satisfying. You know, I played a lot of good golf this year, so it's nice to be able to sneak in a few wins before the season ends. Given this is your second Tour Championship win, you already have one of these vintage Coca-Cola vending machines. Where is this one going to go? Yeah, I'm not sure. You know, maybe Ted's house. We have one down, I think, by our lake. We'll see. I'm sure Ted will love it. Congratulations. Thanks. Randy, Scotty's second Tour Championship win. Just put into words how proud you are to be his coach. Well, that's a loaded question. No, I'm extremely proud. I think the biggest thing of this one, the last three weeks have been kind of a validation. You have probably one of the best seasons that's ever been recorded, and yet the wins weren't quite there. And we never talk about it, never have. The win's gone. He was very calm. He was very confident coming into this week. It makes me very proud that he keeps himself together, you know, to where you can perform at those high levels like that. In the last three weeks, it's been just spectacular, and that makes the rest of the year feel a lot better. Scotty filling the blanket's unreal. Another day, same old Scotty. That's how he rolls. Amazing golfer. He's clutch. Congratulations. You're a pro. You're a complete professional. First time seeing him in person, it's pretty surreal. It's been a wonderful experience. If you have not been here, you need to come. The oohs and the aahs and, of course, the being quiet, it's all a part of what the golf experience is about. So I'm very excited. He doesn't give up, and he comes, and he gets it done. He's from Texas. What else would you expect? Well, congratulations, Scotty. Cheers to the winner of the 2026 Tour Championship.
