Hotel Scone: Afternoon Tea Scone at a 5-star hotel in England

Hello everyone!

Today, I made the afternoon tea scones featured by Conrad London, a five-star hotel in the UK, using Candia Gourmet Butter.

They seem to be a very classic, basic British-style scone.

I made a slightly adapted version of the original recipe, and I’m also sharing the original recipe provided by the Conrad Hotel.

ORIGINAL RECIPE

300 g all-purpose flour
15 g baking powder
75 g unsalted butter
60 g egg
75 g milk
45 g sugar
36 g sultana raisins
