My Leatherman EDC Pouch Loadout | Surge + KBx

I wanted to build an everyday carry tool pouch centered around Leatherman, so I started with the Surge and built the rest of the loadout around the tools and accessories that complement it.
Inside this compact EDC setup I’m carrying my Leatherman Surge, KBx knife, full Leatherman bit kit, ratcheting bit driver, Streamlight USB-C flashlight, Milwaukee INKZALL marker, Rite in the Rain notebook and several replacement saw blades.
For the extra blades, I also came up with a simple storage solution using heat-shrink tubing. By sealing one end and lightly forming the tubing with a heat gun, I ended up with a compact protective sleeve that holds four interchangeable blades without taking up much room inside the pouch.
It’s a small loadout, but there’s a surprising amount of capability packed inside.
