On August 4, drones attacked the Moscow and Leningrad regions. According to preliminary data, the target of the attack was Wildberries warehouses ; eyewitnesses reported fires.
A warehouse in Krasny Bor, Leningrad Oblast, was damaged following a drone attack, Governor Alexander Drozdenko announced.
As Astra writes , Krasny Bor is home to several logistics complexes, including the Wildberries complex, which covers 154,000 square meters. Footage of a massive fire at a warehouse and a huge column of smoke is being published online.
Additionally, in Chekhov, Moscow Region, drones attacked Wildberries warehouses, and a fire broke out in a private home.
Russian media reports that a drone strike in Chekhov's Novosyolki industrial zone caused several fires, the largest of which occurred in a warehouse. An electrical substation and an administrative building were also damaged.
Fire and smoke were also reported in Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, following a drone attack.
Previously, media outlets reported how the Russian army obtains goods from the Wildberries marketplace. Purchases are made indirectly, through volunteer organizations. Most frequently, medical supplies and various instruments were ordered from there.
We also recall that on August 3, the Ukrainian Defense Forces attacked a Wildberries logistics hub in the Vladimir region. This complex is one of Wildberries' largest facilities in Central Russia .
