2nd Kyu Syllabus Level 1-3 | Shihan Michael Monaco | IFK Arizona Seminar

Shihan Michael Monaco (8th Dan), President and founder of USA-IFK, teaches the IFK 3rd Kyu syllabus during the USA-IFK Arizona Seminar hosted by Kaizen-Kan Dojo in Tucson, Arizona.

The seminar participants practice the syllabus in Sanchin Dachi, beginning statically to the count before progressing through Mugorei, Levels 1, 2, and 3, followed by Ibuki breathing.

Demonstrations are performed by Senpai Dominic Veltre under the direction of Shihan Michael Monaco.
