The 5th American Full Contact Karate Championship, sponsored by Shinkyokushin Las Vegas, brought together fighters from across the United States, Canada, and Mexico for full-contact karate competition.

This bout marked Claudio Rodriguez’s second knockdown match. Facing Timothy Le of Hioki Dojo in the fight for third place, Claudio controlled the bout and earned a decision victory at the end of the first round.
