4th Kyu Syllabus | Shihan Michael Monaco | IFK Arizona Seminar

Shihan Michael Monaco (8th Dan), President and founder of USA-IFK, teaches the IFK 4th Kyu syllabus during the USA-IFK Arizona Seminar hosted by Kaizen-Kan Dojo in Tucson, Arizona.

The seminar participants practice this syllabus while advancing in zenkutsu dachi, kokutsu dachi, kiba dachi, and sanchin dachi, including transitions between stances, before advancing to Level 1 moving practice.

The lesson concludes with the complete syllabus performed from a fighting stance at full speed (Level 3), demonstrating how kihon techniques become practical combinations for kumite, self-defense, and continued technical development.

Demonstrations are performed by Senpai Dominic Veltre under the direction of Shihan Michael Monaco.
