Sponge cake;
2 eggs. Milk 150 ml
Sugar 150 g
Vegetable oil 60 g
Flour 150 g
Cocoa 40 g
Soda 1 tsp
Boiling water 100 ml
Pinch of salt

Soufflé:
Gelatin 10 g + water 50 ml
Sugar 120 g + water 60 g
Egg whites 2 pcs
Lemon juice
Glaze:
Chocolate 100 g
Butter 50 g
Ingredients:

150 g flour
40 g cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
100 ml boiling water
A pinch of salt

Soufflé:
10 g gelatin + 50 ml water
120 g sugar + 60 ml water

Glaze:
100 g chocolate
50 g butter
